1 Corinthians 1 [KJV:Azerbaycan]   
 
  1. Paul called to be an apostle of Jesus Christ through the will of God, and Sosthenes our brother,
  2. Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both their's and our's:
  3. Grace be unto you, and peace, from God our Father, and from the Lord Jesus Christ.
  4. I thank my God always on your behalf, for the grace of God which is given you by Jesus Christ;
  5. That in every thing ye are enriched by him, in all utterance, and in all knowledge;
  1. Allahın iradəsi ilə Məsih İsanın həvarisi olmağa çağırılmış mən Pauldan və qardaşımız Sostendən
  2. Allahın Korinfdə olan imanlılar cəmiyyətinə salam! Siz Məsih İsada təqdis olunmusunuz. Rəbbimiz İsa Məsihin adını hər yerdə çağıran hamı ilə birlikdə müqəddəs olmağa çağırılmısınız. O həm onların, həm də bizim Rəbbimizdir.
  3. Atamız Allahdan və Rəbb İsa Məsihdən sizə lütf və sülh olsun!
  4. Allahın Məsih İsada sizə bəxş etdiyi lütfə görə sizin üçün həmişə Allahıma şükür edirəm.
  5. Çünki siz Məsihdə hər cəhətdən – hər cür sözdə və bilikdə zənginləşmisiniz.
 
 
  1. Even as the testimony of Christ was confirmed in you:
  2. So that ye come behind in no gift; waiting for the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ:
  3. Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
  4. God is faithful, by whom ye were called unto the fellowship of his Son Jesus Christ our Lord.
  5. Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.
  1. Buna görə Məsih haqqındakı şəhadətimiz sizdə təsdiqləndi.
  2. Bu səbəbdən siz Rəbbimiz İsa Məsihin zühurunu gözləyərək ruhani ənamdan heç bir korluq çəkmirsiniz.
  3. Rəbbimiz İsa Məsih Öz günündə nöqsansız olmanız üçün sizi sonadək qüvvətləndirəcək.
  4. Sizi Oğlu Rəbbimiz İsa Məsihlə şərik olmağa çağıran Allah sadiqdir.
  5. Ey qardaşlar, Rəbbimiz İsa Məsih naminə sizə yalvarıram: hamınız həmfikir olun. Qoy aranızda dəstəbazlıq olmasın, eyni düşüncədə və eyni ağılda birləşin.
 
 
  1. For it hath been declared unto me of you, my brethren, by them which are of the house of Chloe, that there are contentions among you.
  2. Now this I say, that every one of you saith, I am of Paul; and I of Apollos; and I of Cephas; and I of Christ.
  3. Is Christ divided? was Paul crucified for you? or were ye baptized in the name of Paul?
  4. I thank God that I baptized none of you, but Crispus and Gaius;
  5. Lest any should say that I had baptized in mine own name.
  1. Qardaşlarım, Xloinin evindəkilərdən aranızda münaqişələr olduğunu öyrəndim.
  2. Demək istədiyim budur ki, hər biriniz «mən Paulun ardıcılıyam», «mən Apollonun ardıcılıyam», «mən Kefanın ardıcılıyam» və yaxud «mən Məsihin ardıcılıyam» deyir.
  3. Məgər Məsih bölünmüşdü? Məgər sizə görə çarmıxa çəkilən Paul idi? Məgər siz Paulun adı ilə vəftiz edildiniz?
  4. Mən Krisp və Qaydan başqa sizlərdən heç kimi vəftiz etmədiyimə görə Allaha şükür edirəm.
  5. Belə etdim ki, heç kim mənim adımla vəftiz edildiyini deməsin.
 
 
  1. And I baptized also the household of Stephanas: besides, I know not whether I baptized any other.
  2. For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.
  3. For the preaching of the cross is to them that perish foolishness; but unto us which are saved it is the power of God.
  4. For it is written, I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, and will bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent.
  5. Where is the wise? where is the scribe? where is the disputer of this world? hath not God made foolish the wisdom of this world?
  1. Yeri gəlmişkən, mən bir də Stefananın evindəkiləri vəftiz etdim. Bundan başqa kimisə vəftiz etdiyimi xatırlamıram.
  2. Axı Məsih məni vəftiz etməyə deyil, Müjdəni yaymağa göndərdi. Məsihin çarmıxı boşa çıxmasın deyə Müjdəni müdrik sözlərlə yaymıram.
  3. Çünki çarmıx barəsindəki kəlam məhv yolunda olanlar üçün ağılsızlıq, xilas yolunda olan bizlər üçünsə Allahın qüdrətidir.
  4. Necə ki yazılıb: «Müdriklərin müdrikliyini məhv edəcəyəm, Aqillərin ağlını yox edəcəyəm».
  5. Hanı müdrik? Hanı alim? Hanı bu dövrün mahir mübahisəçisi? Məgər Allah dünyanın müdrikliyinin ağılsızlıq olduğunu nümayiş etdirmədi?
 
 
  1. For after that in the wisdom of God the world by wisdom knew not God, it pleased God by the foolishness of preaching to save them that believe.
  2. For the Jews require a sign, and the Greeks seek after wisdom:
  3. But we preach Christ crucified, unto the Jews a stumblingblock, and unto the Greeks foolishness;
  4. But unto them which are called, both Jews and Greeks, Christ the power of God, and the wisdom of God.
  5. Because the foolishness of God is wiser than men; and the weakness of God is stronger than men.
  1. Allahın müdrikliyində dünya öz müdrikliyi ilə Allahı tanımadığı üçün Allah iman edənləri ağılsız sayılan vəz vasitəsilə xilas etməyə razı oldu.
  2. Çünki Yəhudilər möcüzəli əlamətlər istəyir, Yunanlar müdriklik axtarırlar.
  3. Bizsə çarmıxa çəkilmiş Məsihi vəz edirik. Bu, Yəhudilər üçün büdrəmə daşı, başqa millətlər üçün isə ağılsızlıq sayılır.
  4. Amma çağırılan həm Yəhudilər, həm də Yunanlar üçün Məsih Allahın qüdrəti və Allahın müdrikliyidir.
  5. Çünki Allahın «ağılsızlığı» insan müdrikliyindən daha üstündür, Allahın «zəifliyi» insan gücündən daha güclüdür.
 
 
  1. For ye see your calling, brethren, how that not many wise men after the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called:
  2. But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty;
  3. And base things of the world, and things which are despised, hath God chosen, yea, and things which are not, to bring to nought things that are:
  4. That no flesh should glory in his presence.
  5. But of him are ye in Christ Jesus, who of God is made unto us wisdom, and righteousness, and sanctification, and redemption:
  1. Qardaşlar, aldığınız çağırış barəsində düşünün. Bir çoxunuz bəşəri nöqteyi-nəzərdən müdrik, nüfuzlu və yaxud əsilzadə deyildiniz.
  2. Allah isə müdrikləri utandırmaq üçün dünyanın ağılsız saydığı, güclüləri utandırmaq üçün dünyanın zəif saydığı,
  3. dünyanın dəyərli sayılanlarını heç etmək üçün dünyanın xor baxdığı, əsilsiz və dəyərsiz sayılan kəsləri də seçdi ki,
  4. Allahın qarşısında heç bir insan öyünməsin.
  5. Amma siz Allahın sayəsində Məsih İsadasınız. O bizim üçün ilahi müdriklik, salehlik, müqəddəslik və satınalınma oldu.
 
 
  1. That, according as it is written, He that glorieth, let him glory in the Lord.
  1. Buna görə yazıldığı kimi «öyünən Rəbdə öyünsün».
