  1. And the whole multitude of them arose, and led him unto Pilate.
  2. And they began to accuse him, saying, We found this fellow perverting the nation, and forbidding to give tribute to Caesar, saying that he himself is Christ a King.
  3. And Pilate asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And he answered him and said, Thou sayest it.
  4. Then said Pilate to the chief priests and to the people, I find no fault in this man.
  5. And they were the more fierce, saying, He stirreth up the people, teaching throughout all Jewry, beginning from Galilee to this place.
  1. 眾人都起來、把耶穌解到彼拉多面前。
  2. 就告他說、我們見這人誘惑國民、禁止納稅給該撒、並說自己是基督、是王。
  3. 彼拉多問耶穌說、你是猶太人的王麼。耶穌回答說、你說的是。
  4. 彼拉多對祭司長和眾人說、我查不出這人有甚麼罪來。
  5. 但他們越發極力的說、他煽惑百姓、在猶太遍地傳道、從加利利起、直到這裡了。
 
 
  1. When Pilate heard of Galilee, he asked whether the man were a Galilaean.
  2. And as soon as he knew that he belonged unto Herod's jurisdiction, he sent him to Herod, who himself also was at Jerusalem at that time.
  3. And when Herod saw Jesus, he was exceeding glad: for he was desirous to see him of a long season, because he had heard many things of him; and he hoped to have seen some miracle done by him.
  4. Then he questioned with him in many words; but he answered him nothing.
  5. And the chief priests and scribes stood and vehemently accused him.
  1. 彼拉多一聽見、就問這人是加利利人麼。
  2. 既曉得耶穌屬希律所管、就把他送到希律那裡去.那時希律正在耶路撒冷。
  3. 希律看見耶穌、就很歡喜.因為聽見過他的事、久已想要見他.並且指望看他行一件神蹟。
  4. 於是問他許多的話.耶穌卻一言不答。
  5. 祭司長和文士、都站著極力的告他。
 
 
  1. And Herod with his men of war set him at nought, and mocked him, and arrayed him in a gorgeous robe, and sent him again to Pilate.
  2. And the same day Pilate and Herod were made friends together: for before they were at enmity between themselves.
  3. And Pilate, when he had called together the chief priests and the rulers and the people,
  4. Said unto them, Ye have brought this man unto me, as one that perverteth the people: and, behold, I, having examined him before you, have found no fault in this man touching those things whereof ye accuse him:
  5. No, nor yet Herod: for I sent you to him; and, lo, nothing worthy of death is done unto him.
  1. 希律和他的兵丁就藐視耶穌、戲弄他、給他穿上華麗衣服、把他送回彼拉多那裡去。
  2. 從前希律和彼拉多彼此有仇.在那一天就成了朋友。
  3. 彼拉多傳齊了祭司長、和、官府並百姓、
  4. 就對他們說、你們解這人到我這裡、說他是誘惑百姓的.看哪、我也曾將你們告他的事、在你們面前審問他、並沒有查出他甚麼罪來.
  5. 就是希律也是如此、所以把他送回來.可見他沒有作甚麼該死的事。
 
 
  1. I will therefore chastise him, and release him.
  2. (For of necessity he must release one unto them at the feast.)
  3. And they cried out all at once, saying, Away with this man, and release unto us Barabbas:
  4. (Who for a certain sedition made in the city, and for murder, was cast into prison.)
  5. Pilate therefore, willing to release Jesus, spake again to them.
  1. 故此我要責打他、把他釋放了。〔右古卷在此有〕
  2. 〔每逢這節期巡撫必須釋放一個囚犯給他們〕
  3. 眾人卻一齊喊著說、除掉這個人、釋放巴拉巴給我們。
  4. 這巴拉巴是因在城裡作亂殺人下在監裡的。
  5. 彼拉多願意釋放耶穌、就又勸解他們.
 
 
  1. But they cried, saying, Crucify him, crucify him.
  2. And he said unto them the third time, Why, what evil hath he done? I have found no cause of death in him: I will therefore chastise him, and let him go.
  3. And they were instant with loud voices, requiring that he might be crucified. And the voices of them and of the chief priests prevailed.
  4. And Pilate gave sentence that it should be as they required.
  5. And he released unto them him that for sedition and murder was cast into prison, whom they had desired; but he delivered Jesus to their will.
  1. 無奈他們喊著說、釘他十字架、釘他十字架。
  2. 彼拉多第三次對他們說、為甚麼呢、這人作了甚麼惡事呢、我並沒有查出他甚麼該死的罪來.所以我要責打他、把他釋放了。
  3. 他們大聲催逼彼拉多、求他把耶穌釘在十字架上。他們的聲音就得了勝、
  4. 彼拉多這纔照他們所求的定案.
  5. 把他們所求的那作亂殺人下在監裡的、釋放了.把耶穌交給他們、任憑他們的意思行。
 
 
  1. And as they led him away, they laid hold upon one Simon, a Cyrenian, coming out of the country, and on him they laid the cross, that he might bear it after Jesus.
  2. And there followed him a great company of people, and of women, which also bewailed and lamented him.
  3. But Jesus turning unto them said, Daughters of Jerusalem, weep not for me, but weep for yourselves, and for your children.
  4. For, behold, the days are coming, in the which they shall say, Blessed are the barren, and the wombs that never bare, and the paps which never gave suck.
  5. Then shall they begin to say to the mountains, Fall on us; and to the hills, Cover us.
  1. 帶耶穌去的時候、有一個古利奈人西門、從鄉下來.他們就抓住他、把十字架擱在他身上、叫他背著跟隨耶穌。
  2. 有許多百姓、跟隨耶穌、內中有好些婦女、婦女們為他號咷痛哭。
  3. 耶穌轉身對他們說、耶路撒冷的女子、不要為我哭、當為自己和自己的兒女哭。
  4. 因為日子要到、人必說、不生育的、和未曾懷胎的、未曾乳養嬰孩的、有福了。
  5. 那時、人要向大山說、倒在我們身上.向小山說、遮蓋我們。
 
 
  1. For if they do these things in a green tree, what shall be done in the dry?
  2. And there were also two other, malefactors, led with him to be put to death.
  3. And when they were come to the place, which is called Calvary, there they crucified him, and the malefactors, one on the right hand, and the other on the left.
  4. Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his raiment, and cast lots.
  5. And the people stood beholding. And the rulers also with them derided him, saying, He saved others; let him save himself, if he be Christ, the chosen of God.
  1. 這些事既行在有汁水的樹上、那枯乾的樹、將來怎麼樣呢。
  2. 又有兩個犯人、和耶穌一同帶來處死。
  3. 到了一個地方、名叫髑髏地、就在那裡把耶穌釘在十字架上、又釘了兩個犯人、一個在左邊、一個在右邊。
  4. 當下耶穌說、父阿、赦免他們.因為他們所作的、他們不曉得。兵丁就拈鬮分他的衣服。
  5. 百姓站在那裡觀看。官府也嗤笑他說、他救了別人.他若是基督、 神所揀選的、可以救自己罷。
 
 
  1. And the soldiers also mocked him, coming to him, and offering him vinegar,
  2. And saying, If thou be the king of the Jews, save thyself.
  3. And a superscription also was written over him in letters of Greek, and Latin, and Hebrew, THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS.
  4. And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us.
  5. But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation?
  1. 兵丁也戲弄他、上前拿醋送給他喝、
  2. 說、你若是猶太人的王、可以救自己罷。
  3. 在耶穌以上有一個牌子、〔有古卷在此有用希利尼羅馬希伯來的文字〕寫著、這是猶太人的王。
  4. 那同釘的兩個犯人、有一個譏誚他說、你不是基督麼.可以救自己和我們罷。
  5. 那一個就應聲責備他說、你既是一樣受刑的、還不怕 神麼。
 
 
  1. And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss.
  2. And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom.
  3. And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.
  4. And it was about the sixth hour, and there was a darkness over all the earth until the ninth hour.
  5. And the sun was darkened, and the veil of the temple was rent in the midst.
  1. 我們是應該的.因我們所受的、與我們所作的相稱.但這個人沒有作過一件不好的事。
  2. 就說、耶穌阿、你得國降臨的時候、求你記念我。
  3. 耶穌對他說、我實在告訴你、今日你要同我在樂園裡了。
  4. 那時約有午正、遍地都黑暗了、直到申初、
  5. 日頭變黑了.殿裡的幔子從當中裂為兩半。
 
 
  1. And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.
  2. Now when the centurion saw what was done, he glorified God, saying, Certainly this was a righteous man.
  3. And all the people that came together to that sight, beholding the things which were done, smote their breasts, and returned.
  4. And all his acquaintance, and the women that followed him from Galilee, stood afar off, beholding these things.
  5. And, behold, there was a man named Joseph, a counsellor; and he was a good man, and a just:
  1. 耶穌大聲喊著說、父阿、我將我的靈魂交在你手裡.說了這話、氣就斷了。
  2. 百夫長看見所成的事、就歸榮耀與 神說、這真是個義人。
  3. 聚集觀看的眾人、見了這所成的事、都捶著胸回去了。
  4. 還有一切與耶穌熟識的人、和從加利利跟著他來的婦女們、都遠遠的站著、看這些事。
  5. 有一個人名叫約瑟、是個議士、為人善良公義.
 
 
  1. (The same had not consented to the counsel and deed of them;) he was of Arimathaea, a city of the Jews: who also himself waited for the kingdom of God.
  2. This man went unto Pilate, and begged the body of Jesus.
  3. And he took it down, and wrapped it in linen, and laid it in a sepulchre that was hewn in stone, wherein never man before was laid.
  4. And that day was the preparation, and the sabbath drew on.
  5. And the women also, which came with him from Galilee, followed after, and beheld the sepulchre, and how his body was laid.
  1. 眾人所謀所為、他並沒有附從.他本是猶太亞利馬太城裡素常盼望 神國的人。
  2. 這人去見彼拉多、求耶穌的身體.
  3. 就取下來用細麻布裹好、安放在石頭鑿成的墳墓裡、那裡頭從來沒有葬過人。
  4. 那日是豫備日、安息日也快到了。
  5. 那些從加利利和耶穌同來的婦女、跟在後面、看見了墳墓、和他的身體怎樣安放。
 
 
  1. And they returned, and prepared spices and ointments; and rested the sabbath day according to the commandment.
  1. 他們就回去、豫備了香料香膏。他們在安息日、便遵著誡命安息了。
