  1. And as they spake unto the people, the priests, and the captain of the temple, and the Sadducees, came upon them,
  2. Being grieved that they taught the people, and preached through Jesus the resurrection from the dead.
  3. And they laid hands on them, and put them in hold unto the next day: for it was now eventide.
  4. Howbeit many of them which heard the word believed; and the number of the men was about five thousand.
  5. And it came to pass on the morrow, that their rulers, and elders, and scribes,
  1. 使徒對百姓說話的時候、祭司們和守殿官、並撒都該人、忽然來了.
  2. 因他們教訓百姓、本著耶穌、傳說死人復活、就很煩惱.
  3. 於是下手拿住他們.因為天已經晚了、就把他們押到第二天。
  4. 但聽道之人、有許多信的、男丁數目、約到五千。
  5. 第二天、官府、長老、和文士、在耶路撒冷聚會.
 
 
  1. And Annas the high priest, and Caiaphas, and John, and Alexander, and as many as were of the kindred of the high priest, were gathered together at Jerusalem.
  2. And when they had set them in the midst, they asked, By what power, or by what name, have ye done this?
  3. Then Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, said unto them, Ye rulers of the people, and elders of Israel,
  4. If we this day be examined of the good deed done to the impotent man, by what means he is made whole;
  5. Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole.
  1. 又有大祭司亞那、和該亞法、約翰、亞力山大、並大祭司的親族都在那裡。
  2. 叫使徒站在當中、就問他們說、你們用甚麼能力、奉誰的名、作這事呢。
  3. 那時、彼得被聖靈充滿、對他們說、
  4. 治民的官府、和長老阿、倘若今日、因為在殘疾人身上所行的善事、查問我們他是怎麼得了痊愈.
  5. 你們眾人、和以色列百姓、都當知道、站在你們面前的這人得痊愈、是因你們所釘十字架、 神叫他從死裡復活的、拿撒勒人耶穌基督的名。
 
 
  1. This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner.
  2. Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
  3. Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.
  4. And beholding the man which was healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it.
  5. But when they had commanded them to go aside out of the council, they conferred among themselves,
  1. 他是你們匠人所棄的石頭、已成了房角的頭塊石頭。
  2. 除他以外、別無拯救.因為在天下人間、沒有賜下別的名、我們可以靠著得救。
  3. 他們見彼得約翰的膽量、又看出他們原是沒有學問的小民、就希奇、認明他們是跟過耶穌的。
  4. 又看見那治好了的人、和他們一同站著、就無話可駁。
  5. 於是吩咐他們從公會出去、就彼此商議說、
 
 
  1. Saying, What shall we do to these men? for that indeed a notable miracle hath been done by them is manifest to all them that dwell in Jerusalem; and we cannot deny it.
  2. But that it spread no further among the people, let us straitly threaten them, that they speak henceforth to no man in this name.
  3. And they called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Jesus.
  4. But Peter and John answered and said unto them, Whether it be right in the sight of God to hearken unto you more than unto God, judge ye.
  5. For we cannot but speak the things which we have seen and heard.
  1. 我們當怎樣辦這兩個人呢、因為他們誠然行了一件明顯的神蹟、凡住耶路撒冷的人都知道、我們也不能說沒有。
  2. 惟恐這事越發傳揚在民間、我們必須恐嚇他們、叫他們不再奉這名對人講論。
  3. 於是叫了他們來、禁止他們、總不可奉耶穌的名講論教訓人。
  4. 彼得約翰說、聽從你們、不聽從 神、這在 神面前合理不合理、你們自己酌量罷.
  5. 我們所看見所聽見的、不能不說。
 
 
  1. So when they had further threatened them, they let them go, finding nothing how they might punish them, because of the people: for all men glorified God for that which was done.
  2. For the man was above forty years old, on whom this miracle of healing was shewed.
  3. And being let go, they went to their own company, and reported all that the chief priests and elders had said unto them.
  4. And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, Lord, thou art God, which hast made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all that in them is:
  5. Who by the mouth of thy servant David hast said, Why did the heathen rage, and the people imagine vain things?
  1. 官長為百姓的緣故、想不出法子刑罰他們、又恐嚇一番、把他們釋放了.這是因眾人為所行的奇事、都歸榮耀與 神。
  2. 原來藉著神蹟醫好的那人、有四十多歲了。
  3. 二人既被釋放、就到會友那裡去、把祭司長和長老所說的話、都告訴他們。
  4. 他們聽見了、就同心合意的、高聲向 神說、主阿、你是造天、地、海、和其中萬物的.
  5. 你曾藉著聖靈、託你僕人我們祖宗大衛的口、說、『外邦為甚麼爭鬧、萬民為甚麼謀算虛妄的事.
 
 
  1. The kings of the earth stood up, and the rulers were gathered together against the Lord, and against his Christ.
  2. For of a truth against thy holy child Jesus, whom thou hast anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together,
  3. For to do whatsoever thy hand and thy counsel determined before to be done.
  4. And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word,
  5. By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus.
  1. 世上的君王一齊起來、臣宰也聚集、要敵擋主、並主的受高膏者。〔或作基督〕』
  2. 希律和本丟彼拉多、外邦人和以色列民、果然在這城裡聚集、要攻打你所膏的聖僕耶穌、〔僕或作子〕
  3. 成就你手和你意旨所豫定必有的事。
  4. 他們恐嚇我們、現在求主鑒察.一面叫你僕人大放膽量、講你的道、一面伸出你的手來、醫治疾病、並且使神蹟奇事、因著你聖僕耶穌的名行出來。〔僕或作子〕

  1. And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.
  2. And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.
  3. And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.
  4. Neither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold,
  5. And laid them down at the apostles' feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need.
  1. 禱告完了、聚會的地方震動.他們就都被聖靈充滿、放膽講論 神的道。
  2. 那許多信的人、都是一心一意的、沒有一人說、他的東西有一樣是自己的、都是大家公用。
  3. 使徒有大能力、見證主耶穌復活.眾人也都蒙大恩。
  4. 內中也沒有一個缺乏的、因為人人將田產房屋都賣了、把所賣的價銀拿來、放在使徒腳前.
  5. 照各人所需用的、分給各人。
 
 
  1. And Joses, who by the apostles was surnamed Barnabas, (which is, being interpreted, The son of consolation,) a Levite, and of the country of Cyprus,
  2. Having land, sold it, and brought the money, and laid it at the apostles' feet.
  1. 有一個利未人、生在居比路、名叫約瑟、使徒稱他為巴拿巴。(巴拿巴繙出來、就是勸慰子)
  2. 他有田地、也賣了、把價銀拿來、放在使徒腳前。
