  1. Now there were at Antioch, in the church that was there, prophets and teachers: Barnabas, and Simeon who was called Niger, and Lucius of Cyrene, and Manaen who had been brought up with Herod the tetrarch, and Saul.
  2. While they were ministering to the Lord and fasting, the Holy Spirit said, "Set apart for Me Barnabas and Saul for the work to which I have called them."
  3. Then, when they had fasted and prayed and laid their hands on them, they sent them away.
  4. So, being sent out by the Holy Spirit, they went down to Seleucia and from there they sailed to Cyprus.
  5. When they reached Salamis, they began to proclaim the word of God in the synagogues of the Jews; and they also had John as their helper.
  1. 在安提阿的教會中、有幾位先知和教師、就是巴拿巴、和稱呼尼結的西面、古利奈人路求、與分封之王希律同養的馬念、並掃羅。
  2. 他們事奉主、禁食的時候、聖靈說、要為我分派巴拿巴和掃羅、去作我召他們所作的工。
  3. 於是禁食禱告、按手在他們頭上、就打發他們去了。
  4. 他們既被聖靈差遣、就下到西流基、從那裡坐船往居比路去。
  5. 到了撒拉米、就在猶太人各會堂裡傳講 神的道.也有約翰作他們的幫手。
 
 
  1. When they had gone through the whole island as far as Paphos, they found a magician, a Jewish false prophet whose name was Bar-Jesus,
  2. who was with the proconsul, Sergius Paulus, a man of intelligence. This man summoned Barnabas and Saul and sought to hear the word of God.
  3. But Elymas the magician (for so his name is translated) was opposing them, seeking to turn the proconsul away from the faith.
  4. But Saul, who was also known as Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit, fixed his gaze on him,
  5. and said, "You who are full of all deceit and fraud, you son of the devil, you enemy of all righteousness, will you not cease to make crooked the straight ways of the Lord?
  1. 經過全島、直到帕弗、在那裡遇見一個有法術假充先知的猶太人、名叫巴耶穌。
  2. 這人常和方伯士求保羅同在、士求保羅是個通達人.他請了巴拿巴和掃羅來、要聽 神的道。
  3. 只是那行法術的以呂馬、(這名繙出來就是行法術的意思)敵擋使徒、要叫方伯不信真道。
  4. 掃羅又名保羅、被聖靈充滿、定睛看他、
  5. 說、你這充滿各樣詭詐奸惡、魔鬼的兒子、眾善的仇敵、你混亂主的正道還不止住麼。
 
 
  1. "Now, behold, the hand of the Lord is upon you, and you will be blind and not see the sun for a time." And immediately a mist and a darkness fell upon him, and he went about seeking those who would lead him by the hand.
  2. Then the proconsul believed when he saw what had happened, being amazed at the teaching of the Lord.
  3. Now Paul and his companions put out to sea from Paphos and came to Perga in Pamphylia; but John left them and returned to Jerusalem.
  4. But going on from Perga, they arrived at Pisidian Antioch, and on the Sabbath day they went into the synagogue and sat down.
  5. After the reading of the Law and the Prophets the synagogue officials sent to them, saying, "Brethren, if you have any word of exhortation for the people, say it."
  1. 現在主的手加在你身上.你要瞎眼、暫且不見日光。他的眼睛、立刻昏蒙黑暗、四下裡求人拉著手領他。
  2. 方伯看見所作的事、很希奇主的道、就信了。
  3. 保羅和他的同人、從帕弗開船、來到旁非利亞的別加.約翰就離開他們回耶路撒冷去。
  4. 他們離了別加往前行、來到彼西底的安提阿.在安息日進會堂坐下。
  5. 讀完了律法和先知的書、管會堂的叫人過去、對他們說、二位兄台、若有甚麼勸勉眾人的話、請說。
 
 
  1. Paul stood up, and motioning with his hand said, "Men of Israel, and you who fear God, listen:
  2. "The God of this people Israel chose our fathers and made the people great during their stay in the land of Egypt, and with an uplifted arm He led them out from it.
  3. "For a period of about forty years He put up with them in the wilderness.
  4. "When He had destroyed seven nations in the land of Canaan, He distributed their land as an inheritance--all of which took about four hundred and fifty years.
  5. "After these things He gave them judges until Samuel the prophet.
  1. 保羅就站起來、舉手說、以色列人、和一切敬畏 神的人、請聽。
  2. 這以色列民的 神、揀選了我們的祖宗、當民寄居埃及的時候、抬舉他們、用大能的手領他們出來。
  3. 又在曠野容忍他們約有四十年。〔容忍或作撫養〕
  4. 既滅了迦南地七族的人、就把那地分給他們為業。
  5. 此後、給他們設立士師、約有四百五十年、直到先知撒母耳的時候。
 
 
  1. "Then they asked for a king, and God gave them Saul the son of Kish, a man of the tribe of Benjamin, for forty years.
  2. "After He had removed him, He raised up David to be their king, concerning whom He also testified and said, 'I HAVE FOUND DAVID the son of Jesse, A MAN AFTER MY HEART, who will do all My will.'
  3. "From the descendants of this man, according to promise, God has brought to Israel a Savior, Jesus,
  4. after John had proclaimed before His coming a baptism of repentance to all the people of Israel.
  5. "And while John was completing his course, he kept saying, 'What do you suppose that I am? I am not He. But behold, one is coming after me the sandals of whose feet I am not worthy to untie.'
  1. 後來他們求一個王、 神就將便雅憫支派中、基士的兒子掃羅、給他們作王四十年。
  2. 既廢了掃羅、就選立大衛作他們的王.又為他作見證說、『我尋得耶西的兒子大衛、他是合我心意的人、凡事要遵行我的旨意。』
  3. 從這人的後裔中、 神已經照著所應許的、為以色列人立了一位救主、就是耶穌。
  4. 在他沒有出來以先、約翰向以色列眾民宣講悔改的洗禮。
  5. 約翰將行盡他的程途說、你們以為我是誰、我不是基督.只是有一位在我以後來的、我解他腳上的鞋帶、也是不配的。
 
 
  1. "Brethren, sons of Abraham's family, and those among you who fear God, to us the message of this salvation has been sent.
  2. "For those who live in Jerusalem, and their rulers, recognizing neither Him nor the utterances of the prophets which are read every Sabbath, fulfilled these by condemning Him.
  3. "And though they found no ground for putting Him to death, they asked Pilate that He be executed.
  4. "When they had carried out all that was written concerning Him, they took Him down from the cross and laid Him in a tomb.
  5. "But God raised Him from the dead;
  1. 弟兄們、亞伯拉罕的子孫、和你們中間敬畏 神的人哪、這救世的道、是傳給我們的。
  2. 耶路撒冷居住的人、和他們的官長、因為不認識基督、也不明白每安息日所讀眾先知的書、就把基督定了死罪、正應了先知的豫言。
  3. 雖然查不出他有當死的罪來、還是求彼拉多殺他。
  4. 既成就了經上指著他所記的一切話、就把他從木頭上取下來、放在墳墓裡。
  5.  神卻叫他從死裡復活。
 
 
  1. and for many days He appeared to those who came up with Him from Galilee to Jerusalem, the very ones who are now His witnesses to the people.
  2. "And we preach to you the good news of the promise made to the fathers,
  3. that God has fulfilled this promise to our children in that He raised up Jesus, as it is also written in the second Psalm, 'YOU ARE MY SON; TODAY I HAVE BEGOTTEN YOU.'
  4. "As for the fact that He raised Him up from the dead, no longer to return to decay, He has spoken in this way: 'I WILL GIVE YOU THE HOLY and SURE blessings OF DAVID.'
  5. "Therefore He also says in another Psalm, 'YOU WILL NOT ALLOW YOUR HOLY ONE TO UNDERGO DECAY.'
  1. 那從加利利同他上耶路撒冷的人多日看見他、這些人如今在民間是他的見證。
  2. 我們也報好信息給你們、就是那應許祖宗的話、
  3.  神已經向我們這作兒女的應驗、叫耶穌復活了.正如詩篇第二篇上記著說、『你是我的兒子、我今日生你。』
  4. 論到 神叫他從死裡復活、不再歸於朽壞、就這樣說、『我必將所應許大衛那聖潔可靠的恩典、賜給你們。』
  5. 又有一篇上說、『你必不叫你的聖者見朽壞。』
 
 
  1. "For David, after he had served the purpose of God in his own generation, fell asleep, and was laid among his fathers and underwent decay;
  2. but He whom God raised did not undergo decay.
  3. "Therefore let it be known to you, brethren, that through Him forgiveness of sins is proclaimed to you,
  4. and through Him everyone who believes is freed from all things, from which you could not be freed through the Law of Moses.
  5. "Therefore take heed, so that the thing spoken of in the Prophets may not come upon you:
  1. 大衛在世的時候、遵行了 神的旨意、就睡了、〔或作大衛按 神的旨意服事了他那一世的人就睡了〕歸到他祖宗那裡、已見朽壞.
  2. 惟獨 神所復活的、他並未見朽壞。
  3. 所以弟兄們、你們當曉得、赦罪的道是由這人傳給你們的。
  4. 你們靠摩西的律法、在一切不得稱義的事上、信靠這人、就都得稱義了。
  5. 所以你們務要小心、免得先知書上所說的臨到你們。
 
 
  1. 'BEHOLD, YOU SCOFFERS, AND MARVEL, AND PERISH; FOR I AM ACCOMPLISHING A WORK IN YOUR DAYS, A WORK WHICH YOU WILL NEVER BELIEVE, THOUGH SOMEONE SHOULD DESCRIBE IT TO YOU.'"
  2. As Paul and Barnabas were going out, the people kept begging that these things might be spoken to them the next Sabbath.
  3. Now when the meeting of the synagogue had broken up, many of the Jews and of the God-fearing proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas, who, speaking to them, were urging them to continue in the grace of God.
  4. The next Sabbath nearly the whole city assembled to hear the word of the Lord.
  5. But when the Jews saw the crowds, they were filled with jealousy and began contradicting the things spoken by Paul, and were blaspheming.
  1. 主說、『你們這輕慢的人要觀看、要驚奇、要滅亡.因為在你們的時候、我行一件事、雖有人告訴你們、你們總是不信。』
  2. 他們出會堂的時候、眾人請他們到下安息日、再講這話給他們聽。
  3. 散會以後、猶太人和敬虔進猶太教的人、多有跟從保羅、巴拿巴的、二人對他們講道、勸他們務要恆久在 神的恩中。
  4. 到下安息日、合城的人、幾乎都來聚集、要聽 神的道。
  5. 但猶太人看見人這樣多、就滿心嫉妒、硬駁保羅所說的話、並且毀謗。
 
 
  1. Paul and Barnabas spoke out boldly and said, "It was necessary that the word of God be spoken to you first; since you repudiate it and judge yourselves unworthy of eternal life, behold, we are turning to the Gentiles.
  2. "For so the Lord has commanded us, 'I HAVE PLACED YOU AS A LIGHT FOR THE GENTILES, THAT YOU MAY BRING SALVATION TO THE END OF THE EARTH.'"
  3. When the Gentiles heard this, they began rejoicing and glorifying the word of the Lord; and as many as had been appointed to eternal life believed.
  4. And the word of the Lord was being spread through the whole region.
  5. But the Jews incited the devout women of prominence and the leading men of the city, and instigated a persecution against Paul and Barnabas, and drove them out of their district.
  1. 保羅和巴拿巴放膽說、 神的道先講給你們、原是應當的、只因你們棄絕這道、斷定自己不配得永生、我們就轉向外邦人去。
  2. 因為主曾這樣吩咐我們說、『我已經立你作外邦人的光、叫你施行救恩直到地極。』
  3. 外邦人聽見這話、就歡喜了、讚美 神的道.凡豫定得永生的人都信了。
  4. 於是立的道、傳遍了那一帶地方。
  5. 但猶太人挑唆虔敬尊貴的婦女、和城內有名望的人、逼迫保羅、巴拿巴、將他們趕出境外。
 
 
  1. But they shook off the dust of their feet in protest against them and went to Iconium.
  2. And the disciples were continually filled with joy and with the Holy Spirit.
  1. 二人對著眾人跺下腳上的塵土、就往以哥念去了。
  2. 門徒滿心喜樂、又被聖靈充滿。
