2 Thessalonians 1 [NASB:繁體]   
 
  1. Paul and Silvanus and Timothy, To the church of the Thessalonians in God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ:
  2. Grace to you and peace from God the Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
  3. We ought always to give thanks to God for you, brethren, as is only fitting, because your faith is greatly enlarged, and the love of each one of you toward one another grows ever greater;
  4. therefore, we ourselves speak proudly of you among the churches of God for your perseverance and faith in the midst of all your persecutions and afflictions which you endure.
  5. This is a plain indication of God's righteous judgment so that you will be considered worthy of the kingdom of God, for which indeed you are suffering.
  1. 保羅、西拉、提摩太、寫信給帖撒羅尼迦在　神我們的父與主耶穌基督裡的教會．
  2. 願恩惠平安、從父　神和主耶穌基督、歸與你們。
  3. 弟兄們、我們該為你們常常感謝　神、這本是合宜的．因你們的信心格外增長、並且你們眾人彼此相愛的心也都充足．
  4. 甚至我們在　神的各教會裡為你們誇口、都因你們在所受的一切逼迫患難中、仍舊存忍耐和信心．
  5. 這正是　神公義判斷的明證．叫你們可算配得　神的國、你們就是為這國受苦。
 
 
  1. For after all it is only just for God to repay with affliction those who afflict you,
  2. and to give relief to you who are afflicted and to us as well when the Lord Jesus will be revealed from heaven with His mighty angels in flaming fire,
  3. dealing out retribution to those who do not know God and to those who do not obey the gospel of our Lord Jesus.
  4. These will pay the penalty of eternal destruction, away from the presence of the Lord and from the glory of His power,
  5. when He comes to be glorified in His saints on that day, and to be marveled at among all who have believed--for our testimony to you was believed.
  1. 　神既是公義的、就必將患難報應那加患難給你們的人．
  2. 也必使你們這受患難的人、與我們同得平安．那時、主耶穌同他有能力的天使、從天上在火焰中顯現、
  3. 要報應那不認識　神、和那不聽從我主耶穌福音的人。
  4. 他們要受刑罰、就是永遠沉淪、離開主的面和他權能的榮光．
  5. 這正是主降臨要在他聖徒的身上得榮耀、又在一切信的人身上顯為希奇的那日子．（我們對你們作的見證、你們也信了。）
 
 
  1. To this end also we pray for you always, that our God will count you worthy of your calling, and fulfill every desire for goodness and the work of faith with power,
  2. so that the name of our Lord Jesus will be glorified in you, and you in Him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ.
  1. 因此、我們常為你們禱告、願我們的　神看你們配得過所蒙的召．又用大能成就你們一切所羨慕的良善、和一切因信心所作的工夫．
  2. 叫我們主耶穌的名、在你們身上得榮耀、你們也在他身上得榮耀、都照著我們的　神並主耶穌基督的恩。
