約書亞記 1 [繁體:KJV]   
 
  1. 耶和華的僕人摩西死了以後、耶和華曉諭摩西的幫手嫩的兒子約書亞、說、
  2. 我的僕人摩西死了。現在你要起來、和眾百姓過這約但河、往我所要賜給以色列人的地去。
  3. 凡你們腳掌所踏之地、我都照著我所應許摩西的話賜給你們了。
  4. 從曠野、和這利巴嫩、直到伯拉大河、赫人的全地、又到大海日落之處、都要作你們的境界。
  5. 你平生的日子、必無一人能在你面前站立得住．我怎樣與摩西同在、也必照樣與你同在．我必不撇下你、也不丟棄你。
  1. Now after the death of Moses the servant of the LORD it came to pass, that the LORD spake unto Joshua the son of Nun, Moses' minister, saying,
  2. Moses my servant is dead; now therefore arise, go over this Jordan, thou, and all this people, unto the land which I do give to them, even to the children of Israel.
  3. Every place that the sole of your foot shall tread upon, that have I given unto you, as I said unto Moses.
  4. From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your coast.
  5. There shall not any man be able to stand before thee all the days of thy life: as I was with Moses, so I will be with thee: I will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
 
 
  1. 你當剛強壯膽．因為你必使這百姓承受那地為業、就是我向他們列祖起誓應許賜給他們的地。
  2. 只要剛強、大大壯膽、謹守遵行我僕人摩西所吩咐你的一切律法．不可偏離左右、使你無論往那裡去、都可以順利。
  3. 這律法書不可離開你的口．總要晝夜思想、好使你謹守遵行這書上所寫的一切話．如此你的道路就可以亨通、凡事順利。
  4. 我豈沒有吩咐你麼．你當剛強壯膽．不要懼怕、也不要驚惶、因為你無論往那裡去、耶和華你的　神必與你同在。
  5. 於是約書亞吩咐百姓的官長、說、
  1. Be strong and of a good courage: for unto this people shalt thou divide for an inheritance the land, which I sware unto their fathers to give them.
  2. Only be thou strong and very courageous, that thou mayest observe to do according to all the law, which Moses my servant commanded thee: turn not from it to the right hand or to the left, that thou mayest prosper withersoever thou goest.
  3. This book of the law shall not depart out of thy mouth; but thou shalt meditate therein day and night, that thou mayest observe to do according to all that is written therein: for then thou shalt make thy way prosperous, and then thou shalt have good success.
  4. Have not I commanded thee? Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.
  5. Then Joshua commanded the officers of the people, saying,
 
 
  1. 你們要走遍營中、吩咐百姓、說、當豫備食物．因為三日之內、你們要過這約但河、進去得耶和華你們　神賜你們為業之地。
  2. 約書亞對流便人、迦得人、和瑪拿西半支派的人、說、
  3. 你們要追念耶和華的僕人摩西所吩咐你們的話、說、耶和華你們的　神使你們得享平安、也必將這地賜給你們。
  4. 你們的妻子、孩子、和牲畜都可以留在約但河東摩西所給你們的地．但你們中間一切大能的勇士、都要帶著兵器、在你們的弟兄前面過去、幫助他們．
  5. 等到耶和華使你們的弟兄、像你們一樣得享平安、並且得著耶和華你們　神所賜他們為業之地．那時纔可以回你們所得之地、承受為業、就是耶和華的僕人摩西在約但河東向日出之地所給你們的。
  1. Pass through the host, and command the people, saying, Prepare you victuals; for within three days ye shall pass over this Jordan, to go in to possess the land, which the LORD your God giveth you to possess it.
  2. And to the Reubenites, and to the Gadites, and to half the tribe of Manasseh, spake Joshua, saying,
  3. Remember the word which Moses the servant of the LORD commanded you, saying, The LORD your God hath given you rest, and hath given you this land.
  4. Your wives, your little ones, and your cattle, shall remain in the land which Moses gave you on this side Jordan; but ye shall pass before your brethren armed, all the mighty men of valour, and help them;
  5. Until the LORD have given your brethren rest, as he hath given you, and they also have possessed the land which the LORD your God giveth them: then ye shall return unto the land of your possession, and enjoy it, which Moses the LORD's servant gave you on this side Jordan toward the sunrising.
 
 
  1. 他們回答約書亞說、你所吩咐我們行的、我們都必行．你所差遣我們去的、我們都必去。
  2. 我們從前在一切事上怎樣聽從摩西、現在也必照樣聽從你．惟願耶和華你的　神與你同在、像與摩西同在一樣。
  3. 無論甚麼人違背你的命令、不聽從你所吩咐他的一切話、就必治死他。你只要剛強壯膽。
  1. And they answered Joshua, saying, All that thou commandest us we will do, and whithersoever thou sendest us, we will go.
  2. According as we hearkened unto Moses in all things, so will we hearken unto thee: only the LORD thy God be with thee, as he was with Moses.
  3. Whosoever he be that doth rebel against thy commandment, and will not hearken unto thy words in all that thou commandest him, he shall be put to death: only be strong and of a good courage.
