撒母耳記上 10 [繁體:KJV]   
 
  1. 撒母耳拿瓶膏油倒在掃羅的頭上、與他親嘴、說、這不是耶和華膏你作他產業的君麼。
  2. 你今日與我離別之後、在便雅憫境內的泄撒、靠近拉結的墳墓、要遇見兩個人、他們必對你說、你去找的那幾頭驢已經找著了．現在你父親不為驢掛心、反為你擔憂、說、我為兒子怎麼纔好呢。
  3. 你從那裡往前行、到了他泊的橡樹那裡、必遇見三個往伯特利去拜　神的人、一個帶著三隻山羊羔、一個帶著三個餅、一個帶著一皮袋酒。
  4. 他們必問你安、給你兩個餅、你就從他們手中接過來。
  5. 此後你到　神的山、在那裡有非利士人的防兵．你到了城的時候、必遇見一班先知從邱壇下來、前面有鼓瑟的、擊鼓的、吹笛的、彈琴的、他們都受感說話。
  1. Then Samuel took a vial of oil, and poured it upon his head, and kissed him, and said, Is it not because the LORD hath anointed thee to be captain over his inheritance?
  2. When thou art departed from me to day, then thou shalt find two men by Rachel's sepulchre in the border of Benjamin at Zelzah; and they will say unto thee, The asses which thou wentest to seek are found: and, lo, thy father hath left the care of the asses, and sorroweth for you, saying, What shall I do for my son?
  3. Then shalt thou go on forward from thence, and thou shalt come to the plain of Tabor, and there shall meet thee three men going up to God to Bethel, one carrying three kids, and another carrying three loaves of bread, and another carrying a bottle of wine:
  4. And they will salute thee, and give thee two loaves of bread; which thou shalt receive of their hands.
  5. After that thou shalt come to the hill of God, where is the garrison of the Philistines: and it shall come to pass, when thou art come thither to the city, that thou shalt meet a company of prophets coming down from the high place with a psaltery, and a tabret, and a pipe, and a harp, before them; and they shall prophesy:
 
 
  1. 耶和華的靈必大大感動你、你就與他們一同受感說話．你要變為新人．
  2. 這兆頭臨到你、你就可以趁時而作、因為　神與你同在。
  3. 你當在我以先下到吉甲、我也必下到那裡獻燔祭和平安祭．你要等候七日、等我到了那裡、指示你當行的事。
  4. 掃羅轉身離別撒母耳、　神就賜他一個新心．當日這一切兆頭都應驗了。
  5. 掃羅到了那山、有一班先知遇見他、　神的靈大大感動他、他就在先知中受感說話。
  1. And the Spirit of the LORD will come upon thee, and thou shalt prophesy with them, and shalt be turned into another man.
  2. And let it be, when these signs are come unto thee, that thou do as occasion serve thee; for God is with thee.
  3. And thou shalt go down before me to Gilgal; and, behold, I will come down unto thee, to offer burnt offerings, and to sacrifice sacrifices of peace offerings: seven days shalt thou tarry, till I come to thee, and shew thee what thou shalt do.
  4. And it was so, that when he had turned his back to go from Samuel, God gave him another heart: and all those signs came to pass that day.
  5. And when they came thither to the hill, behold, a company of prophets met him; and the Spirit of God came upon him, and he prophesied among them.
 
 
  1. 素來認識掃羅的、看見他和先知一同受感說話、就彼此說、基士的兒子遇見甚麼了、掃羅也列在先知中麼。
  2. 那地方有一個人說、這些人的父親是誰呢、此後有句俗語說、掃羅也列在先知中麼。
  3. 掃羅受感說話已畢、就上邱壇去了。
  4. 掃羅的叔叔問掃羅和他僕人說、你們往那裡去了．回答說、找驢去了．我們見沒有驢、就到了撒母耳那裡。
  5. 掃羅的叔叔說、請將撒母耳向你們所說的話告訴我。
  1. And it came to pass, when all that knew him beforetime saw that, behold, he prophesied among the prophets, then the people said one to another, What is this that is come unto the son of Kish? Is Saul also among the prophets?
  2. And one of the same place answered and said, But who is their father? Therefore it became a proverb, Is Saul also among the prophets?
  3. And when he had made an end of prophesying, he came to the high place.
  4. And Saul's uncle said unto him and to his servant, Whither went ye? And he said, To seek the asses: and when we saw that they were no where, we came to Samuel.
  5. And Saul's uncle said, Tell me, I pray thee, what Samuel said unto you.
 
 
  1. 掃羅對他叔叔說、他明明的告訴我們驢已經找著了．至於撒母耳所說的國事、掃羅卻沒有告訴叔叔。
  2. 撒母耳將百姓招聚到米斯巴耶和華那裡．
  3. 對他們說、耶和華以色列的　神如此說、我領你們以色列人出埃及、救你們脫離埃及人的手、又救你們脫離欺壓你們各國之人的手。
  4. 你們今日卻厭棄了救你們脫離一切災難的　神、說、求你立一個王治理我們、現在你們應當按著支派宗族、都站在耶和華面前。
  5. 於是撒母耳使以色列眾支派近前來掣籤、就掣出便雅憫支派來。
  1. And Saul said unto his uncle, He told us plainly that the asses were found. But of the matter of the kingdom, whereof Samuel spake, he told him not.
  2. And Samuel called the people together unto the LORD to Mizpeh;
  3. And said unto the children of Israel, Thus saith the LORD God of Israel, I brought up Israel out of Egypt, and delivered you out of the hand of the Egyptians, and out of the hand of all kingdoms, and of them that oppressed you:
  4. And ye have this day rejected your God, who himself saved you out of all your adversities and your tribulations; and ye have said unto him, Nay, but set a king over us. Now therefore present yourselves before the LORD by your tribes, and by your thousands.
  5. And when Samuel had caused all the tribes of Israel to come near, the tribe of Benjamin was taken.
 
 
  1. 又使便雅憫支派按著宗族近前來、就掣出瑪特利族、從其中又掣出基士的兒子掃羅．眾人尋找他卻尋不著、
  2. 就問耶和華說、那人到這裡來了沒有、耶和華說、他藏在器具中了。
  3. 眾人就跑去從那裡領出他來．他站在百姓中間、身體比眾民高過一頭。
  4. 撒母耳對眾民說、你們看耶和華所揀選的人、眾民中有可比他的麼．眾民就大聲歡呼說、願王萬歲。
  5. 撒母耳將國法對百姓說明、又記在書上放在耶和華面前．然後遣散眾民、各回各家去了。
  1. When he had caused the tribe of Benjamin to come near by their families, the family of Matri was taken, and Saul the son of Kish was taken: and when they sought him, he could not be found.
  2. Therefore they enquired of the LORD further, if the man should yet come thither. And the LORD answered, Behold he hath hid himself among the stuff.
  3. And they ran and fetched him thence: and when he stood among the people, he was higher than any of the people from his shoulders and upward.
  4. And Samuel said to all the people, See ye him whom the LORD hath chosen, that there is none like him among all the people? And all the people shouted, and said, God save the king.
  5. Then Samuel told the people the manner of the kingdom, and wrote it in a book, and laid it up before the LORD. And Samuel sent all the people away, every man to his house.
 
 
  1. 掃羅往基比亞回家去、有　神感動的一群人跟隨他。
  2. 但有些匪徒說、這人怎能救我們呢．就藐視他、沒有送他禮物．掃羅卻不理會。
  1. And Saul also went home to Gibeah; and there went with him a band of men, whose hearts God had touched.
  2. But the children of Belial said, How shall this man save us? And they despised him, and brought no presents. But he held his peace.
