1 Kings 13 [NIV:繁體]   
 
  1. By the word of the LORD a man of God came from Judah to Bethel, as Jeroboam was standing by the altar to make an offering.
  2. He cried out against the altar by the word of the LORD : "O altar, altar! This is what the LORD says: 'A son named Josiah will be born to the house of David. On you he will sacrifice the priests of the high places who now make offerings here, and human bones will be burned on you.' "
  3. That same day the man of God gave a sign: "This is the sign the LORD has declared: The altar will be split apart and the ashes on it will be poured out."
  4. When King Jeroboam heard what the man of God cried out against the altar at Bethel, he stretched out his hand from the altar and said, "Seize him!" But the hand he stretched out toward the man shriveled up, so that he could not pull it back.
  5. Also, the altar was split apart and its ashes poured out according to the sign given by the man of God by the word of the LORD.
  1. 那時有一個神人奉耶和華的命從猶大來到伯特利.耶羅波安正站在壇旁、要燒香。
  2. 神人奉耶和華的命向壇呼叫、說、壇哪、壇哪、耶和華如此說、大衛家裡必生一個兒子、名叫約西亞.他必將邱壇的祭司、就是在你上面燒香的、殺在你上面、人的骨頭也必燒在你上面。
  3. 當日神人設個豫兆、說、這壇必破裂、壇上的灰必傾撒.這是耶和華說的豫兆。
  4. 耶羅波安王聽見神人向伯特利的壇所呼叫的話、就從壇上伸手、說、拿住他罷。王向神人所伸的手就枯乾了、不能彎回。
  5. 壇也破裂了、壇上的灰傾撒了、正如神人奉耶和華的命所設的豫兆。
 
 
  1. Then the king said to the man of God, "Intercede with the LORD your God and pray for me that my hand may be restored." So the man of God interceded with the LORD, and the king's hand was restored and became as it was before.
  2. The king said to the man of God, "Come home with me and have something to eat, and I will give you a gift."
  3. But the man of God answered the king, "Even if you were to give me half your possessions, I would not go with you, nor would I eat bread or drink water here.
  4. For I was commanded by the word of the LORD : 'You must not eat bread or drink water or return by the way you came.' "
  5. So he took another road and did not return by the way he had come to Bethel.
  1. 王對神人說、請你為我禱告、求耶和華你 神的恩典、使我的手復原。於是神人祈禱耶和華、王的手就復了原、仍如尋常一樣。
  2. 王對神人說、請你同我回去喫飯、加添心力、我也必給你賞賜。
  3. 神人對王說、你就是把你的宮一半給我、我也不同你進去、也不在這地方喫飯喝水、
  4. 因為有耶和華的話囑咐我、說、不可在伯特利喫飯喝水、也不可從你去的原路回來。
  5. 於是神人從別的路回去、不從伯特利來的原路回去。
 
 
  1. Now there was a certain old prophet living in Bethel, whose sons came and told him all that the man of God had done there that day. They also told their father what he had said to the king.
  2. Their father asked them, "Which way did he go?" And his sons showed him which road the man of God from Judah had taken.
  3. So he said to his sons, "Saddle the donkey for me." And when they had saddled the donkey for him, he mounted it
  4. and rode after the man of God. He found him sitting under an oak tree and asked, "Are you the man of God who came from Judah?" "I am," he replied.
  5. So the prophet said to him, "Come home with me and eat."
  1. 有一個老先知住在伯特利、他兒子們來將神人當日在伯特利所行的一切事、和向王所說的話、都告訴了父親。
  2. 父親問他們說、神人從那條路去了呢.兒子們就告訴他。原來他們看見那從猶大來的神人所去的路。
  3. 老先知就吩咐他兒子們說、你們為我備驢.他們備好了驢、他就騎上、
  4. 去追趕神人、遇見他坐在橡樹底下、就問他說、你是從猶大來的神人不是.他說、是。
  5. 老先知對他說、請你同我回家喫飯。
 
 
  1. The man of God said, "I cannot turn back and go with you, nor can I eat bread or drink water with you in this place.
  2. I have been told by the word of the LORD : 'You must not eat bread or drink water there or return by the way you came.' "
  3. The old prophet answered, "I too am a prophet, as you are. And an angel said to me by the word of the LORD : 'Bring him back with you to your house so that he may eat bread and drink water.' " (But he was lying to him.)
  4. So the man of God returned with him and ate and drank in his house.
  5. While they were sitting at the table, the word of the LORD came to the old prophet who had brought him back.
  1. 神人說、我不可同你回去、進你的家、也不可在這裡同你喫飯喝水.
  2. 因為有耶和華的話囑咐我說、你在那裡不可喫飯喝水、也不可從你去的原路回來。
  3. 老先知對他說、我也是先知、和你一樣.有天使奉耶和華的命、對我說、你去把他帶回你的家、叫他喫飯喝水.這都是老先知誆哄他。
  4. 於是神人同老先知回去、在他家裡喫飯喝水。
  5. 二人坐席的時候、耶和華的話臨到那帶神人回來的先知.
 
 
  1. He cried out to the man of God who had come from Judah, "This is what the LORD says: 'You have defied the word of the LORD and have not kept the command the LORD your God gave you.
  2. You came back and ate bread and drank water in the place where he told you not to eat or drink. Therefore your body will not be buried in the tomb of your fathers.' "
  3. When the man of God had finished eating and drinking, the prophet who had brought him back saddled his donkey for him.
  4. As he went on his way, a lion met him on the road and killed him, and his body was thrown down on the road, with both the donkey and the lion standing beside it.
  5. Some people who passed by saw the body thrown down there, with the lion standing beside the body, and they went and reported it in the city where the old prophet lived.
  1. 他就對那從猶大來的神人說、耶和華如此說、你既違背耶和華的話、不遵守耶和華你 神的命令.
  2. 反倒回來、在耶和華禁止你喫飯喝水的地方、喫了喝了.因此你的屍身不得入你列祖的墳墓。
  3. 喫喝完了、老先知為所帶回來的先知備驢。
  4. 他就去了.在路上有個獅子遇見他、將他咬死、屍身倒在路上、驢站在屍身旁邊、獅子也站在屍身旁邊。
  5. 有人從那裡經過、看見屍身倒在路上、獅子站在屍身旁邊、就來到老先知所住的城裡述說這事。
 
 
  1. When the prophet who had brought him back from his journey heard of it, he said, "It is the man of God who defied the word of the LORD. The LORD has given him over to the lion, which has mauled him and killed him, as the word of the LORD had warned him."
  2. The prophet said to his sons, "Saddle the donkey for me," and they did so.
  3. Then he went out and found the body thrown down on the road, with the donkey and the lion standing beside it. The lion had neither eaten the body nor mauled the donkey.
  4. So the prophet picked up the body of the man of God, laid it on the donkey, and brought it back to his own city to mourn for him and bury him.
  5. Then he laid the body in his own tomb, and they mourned over him and said, "Oh, my brother!"
  1. 那帶神人回來的先知聽見這事、就說、這是那違背了耶和華命令的神人.所以耶和華把他交給獅子.獅子抓傷他、咬死他、是應驗耶和華對他說的話。
  2. 老先知就吩咐他兒子們說、你們為我備驢.他們就備了驢。
  3. 他去了、看見神人的屍身倒在路上、驢和獅子站在屍身旁邊、獅子卻沒有喫屍身、也沒有抓傷驢。
  4. 老先知就把神人的屍身馱在驢上、帶回自己的城裡、要哀哭他、葬埋他.
  5. 就把他的屍身葬在自己的墳墓裡、哀哭他、說、哀哉、我兄阿。
 
 
  1. After burying him, he said to his sons, "When I die, bury me in the grave where the man of God is buried; lay my bones beside his bones.
  2. For the message he declared by the word of the LORD against the altar in Bethel and against all the shrines on the high places in the towns of Samaria will certainly come true."
  3. Even after this, Jeroboam did not change his evil ways, but once more appointed priests for the high places from all sorts of people. Anyone who wanted to become a priest he consecrated for the high places.
  4. This was the sin of the house of Jeroboam that led to its downfall and to its destruction from the face of the earth.
  1. 安葬之後、老先知對他兒子們說、我死了你們要葬我在神人的墳墓裡、使我的屍骨靠近他的屍骨。
  2. 因為他奉耶和華的命指著伯特利的壇、和撒瑪利亞各城有邱壇之殿、所說的話、必定應驗。
  3. 這事以後、耶羅波安仍不離開他的惡道、將凡民立為邱壇的祭司.凡願意的、他都分別為聖、立為邱壇的祭司。
  4. 這事叫耶羅波安的家陷在罪裡、甚至他的家從地上除滅了。
