  1. 尼八的兒子耶羅波安王十八年、亞比央登基作猶大王．
  2. 在耶路撒冷作王三年．他母親名叫瑪迦、是押沙龍的女兒。
  3. 亞比央行他父親在他以前所行的一切惡．他的心不像他祖大衛的心、誠誠實實的順服耶和華他的　神。
  4. 然而耶和華他的　神、因大衛的緣故、仍使他在耶路撒冷有燈光、叫他兒子接續他作王、堅立耶路撒冷．
  5. 因為大衛、除了赫人烏利亞那件事、都是行耶和華眼中看為正的事、一生沒有違背耶和華一切所吩咐的。
  1. Now in the eighteenth year of King Jeroboam, the son of Nebat, Abijam became king over Judah.
  2. He reigned three years in Jerusalem; and his mother's name was Maacah the daughter of Abishalom.
  3. He walked in all the sins of his father which he had committed before him; and his heart was not wholly devoted to the LORD his God, like the heart of his father David.
  4. But for David's sake the LORD his God gave him a lamp in Jerusalem, to raise up his son after him and to establish Jerusalem;
  5. because David did what was right in the sight of the LORD, and had not turned aside from anything that He commanded him all the days of his life, except in the case of Uriah the Hittite.
 
 
  1. 羅波安在世的日子常與耶羅波安爭戰。
  2. 亞比央其餘的事、凡他所行的、都寫在猶大列王記上．亞比央常與耶羅波安爭戰。
  3. 亞比央與他列祖同睡、葬在大衛的城裡．他兒子亞撒接續他作王。
  4. 以色列王耶羅波安二十年、亞撒登基作猶大王．
  5. 在耶路撒冷作王四十一年．他祖母名叫瑪迦、是押沙龍的女兒。
  1. There was war between Rehoboam and Jeroboam all the days of his life.
  2. Now the rest of the acts of Abijam and all that he did, are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah? And there was war between Abijam and Jeroboam.
  3. And Abijam slept with his fathers and they buried him in the city of David; and Asa his son became king in his place.
  4. So in the twentieth year of Jeroboam the king of Israel, Asa began to reign as king of Judah.
  5. He reigned forty-one years in Jerusalem; and his mother's name was Maacah the daughter of Abishalom.
 
 
  1. 亞撒效法他祖大衛行耶和華眼中看為正的事．
  2. 從國中除去孌童、又除掉他列祖所造的一切偶像。
  3. 並且貶了他祖母瑪迦太后的位、因他造了可憎的偶像亞舍拉．亞撒砍下他的偶像、燒在汲淪溪邊。
  4. 只是邱壇還沒有廢去．亞撒一生卻向耶和華存誠實的心。
  5. 亞撒將他父親所分別為聖、與自己所分別為聖的金銀和器皿、都奉到耶和華的殿裡。
  1. Asa did what was right in the sight of the LORD, like David his father.
  2. He also put away the male cult prostitutes from the land and removed all the idols which his fathers had made.
  3. He also removed Maacah his mother from being queen mother, because she had made a horrid image as an Asherah; and Asa cut down her horrid image and burned it at the brook Kidron.
  4. But the high places were not taken away; nevertheless the heart of Asa was wholly devoted to the LORD all his days.
  5. He brought into the house of the LORD the dedicated things of his father and his own dedicated things: silver and gold and utensils.
 
 
  1. 亞撒和以色列王巴沙在世的日子、常常爭戰。
  2. 以色列王巴沙上來、要攻擊猶大、修築拉瑪、不許人從猶大王亞撒那裡出入。
  3. 於是亞撒將耶和華殿、和王宮府庫裡、所剩下的金銀、都交在他臣僕手中、打發他們往住大馬色的亞蘭王、希旬的孫子、他伯利們的兒子便哈達那裡去、
  4. 說、你父曾與我父立約．我與你也要立約．現在我將金銀送你為禮物．求你廢掉你與以色列王巴沙所立的約、使他離開我。
  5. 便哈達聽從亞撒王的話、派軍長去攻擊以色列的城邑、他們就攻破以雲、但、亞伯伯瑪迦、基尼烈全境、拿弗他利全境。
  1. Now there was war between Asa and Baasha king of Israel all their days.
  2. Baasha king of Israel went up against Judah and fortified Ramah in order to prevent anyone from going out or coming in to Asa king of Judah.
  3. Then Asa took all the silver and the gold which were left in the treasuries of the house of the LORD and the treasuries of the king's house, and delivered them into the hand of his servants And King Asa sent them to Ben-hadad the son of Tabrimmon, the son of Hezion, king of Aram, who lived in Damascus, saying,
  4. "Let there be a treaty between you and me, as between my father and your father. Behold, I have sent you a present of silver and gold; go, break your treaty with Baasha king of Israel so that he will withdraw from me."
  5. So Ben-hadad listened to King Asa and sent the commanders of his armies against the cities of Israel, and conquered Ijon, Dan, Abel-beth-maacah and all Chinneroth, besides all the land of Naphtali.
 
 
  1. 巴沙聽見、就停工、不修築拉瑪了、仍住在得撒。
  2. 於是亞撒王宣告猶大眾人、不准一個推辭、吩咐他們將巴沙修築拉瑪所用的石頭、木頭、都運去、用以修築便雅憫的迦巴、和米斯巴。
  3. 亞撒其餘的事、凡他所行的、並他的勇力、與他所建築的城邑、都寫在猶大列王記上。亞撒年老的時候、腳上有病。
  4. 亞撒與他列祖同睡、葬在他祖大衛城、他列祖的墳地裡．他兒子約沙法接續他作王。
  5. 猶大王亞撒第二年、耶羅波安的兒子拿答登基作以色列王共二年。
  1. When Baasha heard of it, he ceased fortifying Ramah and remained in Tirzah.
  2. Then King Asa made a proclamation to all Judah--none was exempt--and they carried away the stones of Ramah and its timber with which Baasha had built. And King Asa built with them Geba of Benjamin and Mizpah.
  3. Now the rest of all the acts of Asa and all his might and all that he did and the cities which he built, are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah? But in the time of his old age he was diseased in his feet.
  4. And Asa slept with his fathers and was buried with his fathers in the city of David his father; and Jehoshaphat his son reigned in his place.
  5. Now Nadab the son of Jeroboam became king over Israel in the second year of Asa king of Judah, and he reigned over Israel two years.
 
 
  1. 拿答行耶和華眼中看為惡的事、行他父親所行的、犯他父親使以色列人陷在罪裡的那罪。
  2. 以薩迦人亞希雅的兒子巴沙背叛拿答、在非利士的基比頓殺了他．那時拿答和以色列眾人正圍困基比頓。
  3. 在猶大王亞撒第三年巴沙殺了他、篡了他的位。
  4. 巴沙一作王、就殺了耶羅波安的全家．凡有氣息的、沒有留下一個、都滅盡了、正應驗耶和華藉他僕人示羅人亞希雅所說的話。
  5. 這是因為耶羅波安所犯的罪、使以色列人陷在罪裡、惹動耶和華以色列　神的怒氣。
  1. He did evil in the sight of the LORD, and walked in the way of his father and in his sin which he made Israel sin.
  2. Then Baasha the son of Ahijah of the house of Issachar conspired against him, and Baasha struck him down at Gibbethon, which belonged to the Philistines, while Nadab and all Israel were laying siege to Gibbethon.
  3. So Baasha killed him in the third year of Asa king of Judah and reigned in his place.
  4. It came about as soon as he was king, he struck down all the household of Jeroboam. He did not leave to Jeroboam any persons alive, until he had destroyed them, according to the word of the LORD, which He spoke by His servant Ahijah the Shilonite,
  5. and because of the sins of Jeroboam which he sinned, and which he made Israel sin, because of his provocation with which he provoked the LORD God of Israel to anger.
 
 
  1. 拿答其餘的事、凡他所行的、都寫在以色列諸王記上。
  2. 亞撒和以色列王巴沙在世的日子、常常爭戰。
  3. 猶大王亞撒第三年、亞希雅的兒子巴沙在得撒登基作以色列眾人的王、共二十四年。
  4. 他行耶和華眼中看為惡的事、行耶羅波安所行的道、犯他使以色列人陷在罪裡的那罪。
  1. Now the rest of the acts of Nadab and all that he did, are they not written in the Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Israel?
  2. There was war between Asa and Baasha king of Israel all their days.
  3. In the third year of Asa king of Judah, Baasha the son of Ahijah became king over all Israel at Tirzah, and reigned twenty-four years.
  4. He did evil in the sight of the LORD, and walked in the way of Jeroboam and in his sin which he made Israel sin.
