約伯記 14 [繁體:NASB]   
 
  1. 人為婦人所生、日子短少、多有患難．
  2. 出來如花、又被割下．飛去如影、不能存留。
  3. 這樣的人你豈睜眼看他麼．又叫我來受審麼。
  4. 誰能使潔淨之物出於污穢之中呢．無論誰也不能。
  5. 人的日子既然限定、他的月數在你那裡、你也派定他的界限、使他不能越過、
  1. "Man, who is born of woman, Is short-lived and full of turmoil.
  2. "Like a flower he comes forth and withers He also flees like a shadow and does not remain.
  3. "You also open Your eyes on him And bring him into judgment with Yourself.
  4. "Who can make the clean out of the unclean? No one!
  5. "Since his days are determined, The number of his months is with You; And his limits You have set so that he cannot pass.
 
 
  1. 便求你轉眼不看他、使他得歇息、直等他像雇工人完畢他的日子。
  2. 樹若被砍下、還可指望發芽、嫩枝生長不息、
  3. 其根雖然衰老在地裡、榦也死在土中．
  4. 及至得了水氣、還要發芽、又長枝條、像新栽的樹一樣。
  5. 但人死亡而消滅．他氣絕、竟在何處呢。
  1. "Turn Your gaze from him that he may rest, Until he fulfills his day like a hired man.
  2. "For there is hope for a tree, When it is cut down, that it will sprout again, And its shoots will not fail.
  3. "Though its roots grow old in the ground And its stump dies in the dry soil,
  4. At the scent of water it will flourish And put forth sprigs like a plant.
  5. "But man dies and lies prostrate Man expires, and where is he?
 
 
  1. 海中的水絕盡、江河消散乾涸．
  2. 人也是如此、躺下不再起來、等到天沒有了、仍不得復醒、也不得從睡中喚醒。
  3. 惟願你把我藏在陰間．存於隱密處、等你的忿怒過去、願你為我定了日期、記念我。
  4. 人若死了、豈能再活呢。我只要在我一切爭戰的日子、等我被釋放的時候來到。〔被釋放或作改變〕
  5. 你呼叫、我便回答．你手所作的、你必羨慕。
  1. "As water evaporates from the sea, And a river becomes parched and dried up,
  2. So man lies down and does not rise. Until the heavens are no longer, He will not awake nor be aroused out of his sleep.
  3. "Oh that You would hide me in Sheol, That You would conceal me until Your wrath returns to You, That You would set a limit for me and remember me!
  4. "If a man dies, will he live again? All the days of my struggle I will wait Until my change comes.
  5. "You will call, and I will answer You; You will long for the work of Your hands.
 
 
  1. 但如今你數點我的腳步、豈不窺察我的罪過麼。
  2. 我的過犯被你封在囊中、也縫嚴了我的罪孽。
  3. 山崩變為無有．磐石挪開原處。
  4. 水流消磨石頭．所流溢的、洗去地上的塵土．你也照樣滅絕人的指望。
  5. 你攻擊人常常得勝、使他去世、你改變他的容貌、叫他往而不回。
  1. "For now You number my steps, You do not observe my sin.
  2. "My transgression is sealed up in a bag, And You wrap up my iniquity.
  3. "But the falling mountain crumbles away, And the rock moves from its place;
  4. Water wears away stones, Its torrents wash away the dust of the earth; So You destroy man's hope.
  5. "You forever overpower him and he departs; You change his appearance and send him away.
 
 
  1. 他兒子得尊榮他也不知道．降為卑他也不覺得。
  2. 但知身上疼痛、心中悲哀。
  1. "His sons achieve honor, but he does not know it; Or they become insignificant, but he does not perceive it.
  2. "But his body pains him, And he mourns only for himself."
