約伯記 33 [繁體:NIV]   
 
  1. 約伯阿、請聽我的話、留心聽我一切的言語。
  2. 我現在開口、用舌發言。
  3. 我的言語、要發明心中所存的正直.我所知道的、我嘴唇要誠實的說出。
  4.  神的靈造我、全能者的氣使我得生。
  5. 你若回答我、就站起來、在我面前陳明。
  1. "But now, Job, listen to my words; pay attention to everything I say.
  2. I am about to open my mouth; my words are on the tip of my tongue.
  3. My words come from an upright heart; my lips sincerely speak what I know.
  4. The Spirit of God has made me; the breath of the Almighty gives me life.
  5. Answer me then, if you can; prepare yourself and confront me.
 
 
  1. 我在 神面前與你一樣、也是用土造成。
  2. 我不用威嚴驚嚇你、也不用勢力重壓你。
  3. 你所說的我聽見了、也聽見你的言語、說、
  4. 我是清潔無過的.我是無辜的、在我裡面也沒有罪孽。
  5.  神找機會攻擊我、以我為仇敵、
  1. I am just like you before God; I too have been taken from clay.
  2. No fear of me should alarm you, nor should my hand be heavy upon you.
  3. "But you have said in my hearing-- I heard the very words-
  4. 'I am pure and without sin; I am clean and free from guilt.
  5. Yet God has found fault with me; he considers me his enemy.
 
 
  1. 把我的腳上了木狗、窺察我一切的道路。
  2. 我要回答你說、你這話無理.因 神比世人更大。
  3. 你為何與他爭論呢、因他的事都不對人解說。
  4.  神說、一次、兩次、世人卻不理會。
  5. 人躺在床上沉睡的時候 神就用夢、和夜間的異象、
  1. He fastens my feet in shackles; he keeps close watch on all my paths.'
  2. "But I tell you, in this you are not right, for God is greater than man.
  3. Why do you complain to him that he answers none of man's words ?
  4. For God does speak--now one way, now another-- though man may not perceive it.
  5. In a dream, in a vision of the night, when deep sleep falls on men as they slumber in their beds,
 
 
  1. 開通他們的耳朵、將當受的教訓印在他們心上、
  2. 好叫人不從自己的謀算、不行驕傲的事.〔原文作將驕傲向人隱藏〕
  3. 攔阻人不陷於坑裡、不死在刀下。
  4. 人在床上被懲治、骨頭中不住的疼痛.
  5. 以致他的口厭棄食物、心厭惡美味。
  1. he may speak in their ears and terrify them with warnings,
  2. to turn man from wrongdoing and keep him from pride,
  3. to preserve his soul from the pit, his life from perishing by the sword.
  4. Or a man may be chastened on a bed of pain with constant distress in his bones,
  5. so that his very being finds food repulsive and his soul loathes the choicest meal.
 
 
  1. 他的肉消瘦、不得再見、先前不見的骨頭、都凸出來。
  2. 他的靈魂臨近深坑、他的生命近於滅命的。
  3. 一千天使中、若有一個作傳話的、與 神同在、指示人所當行的事.
  4.  神就給他開恩、說、救贖他免得下坑.我已經得了贖價。
  5. 他的肉要比孩童的肉更嫩.他就反老還童。
  1. His flesh wastes away to nothing, and his bones, once hidden, now stick out.
  2. His soul draws near to the pit, and his life to the messengers of death.
  3. "Yet if there is an angel on his side as a mediator, one out of a thousand, to tell a man what is right for him,
  4. to be gracious to him and say, 'Spare him from going down to the pit ; I have found a ransom for him'-
  5. then his flesh is renewed like a child's; it is restored as in the days of his youth.
 
 
  1. 他禱告 神、 神就喜悅他、使他歡呼朝見 神的面. 神又看他為義。
  2. 他在人前歌唱說、我犯了罪、顛倒是非、這竟與我無益。
  3.  神救贖我的靈魂免入深坑.我的生命也必見光。
  4.  神兩次、三次、向人行這一切的事.
  5. 為要從深坑救回人的靈魂、使他被光照耀與活人一樣。
  1. He prays to God and finds favor with him, he sees God's face and shouts for joy; he is restored by God to his righteous state.
  2. Then he comes to men and says, 'I sinned, and perverted what was right, but I did not get what I deserved.
  3. He redeemed my soul from going down to the pit, and I will live to enjoy the light.'
  4. "God does all these things to a man-- twice, even three times-
  5. to turn back his soul from the pit, that the light of life may shine on him.
 
 
  1. 約伯阿、你當側耳聽我的話.不要作聲、等我講說。
  2. 你若有話說、就可以回答我.你只管說、因我願以你為是。
  3. 若不然、你就聽我說、你不要作聲、我便將智慧教訓你。
  1. "Pay attention, Job, and listen to me; be silent, and I will speak.
  2. If you have anything to say, answer me; speak up, for I want you to be cleared.
  3. But if not, then listen to me; be silent, and I will teach you wisdom."
