  1. 〔大衛逃避他兒子押沙龍的時候作的詩。〕耶和華阿、我的敵人何其加增．有許多人起來攻擊我。
  2. 有許多人議論我說、他得不著　神的幫助。〔細拉〕
  3. 但你耶和華是我四圍的盾牌．是我的榮耀、又是叫我抬起頭來的。
  4. 我用我的聲音求告耶和華、他就從他的聖山上應允我。〔細拉〕
  5. 我躺下睡覺．我醒著．耶和華都保佑我。
  1. O LORD, how my adversaries have increased! Many are rising up against me.
  2. Many are saying of my soul, "There is no deliverance for him in God." Selah.
  3. But You, O LORD, are a shield about me, My glory, and the One who lifts my head.
  4. I was crying to the LORD with my voice, And He answered me from His holy mountain. Selah.
  5. I lay down and slept; I awoke, for the LORD sustains me.
 
 
  1. 雖有成萬的百姓來周圍攻擊我、我也不怕。
  2. 耶和華阿、求你起來．我的　神阿、求你救我．因為你打了我一切仇敵的腮骨、敲碎了惡人的牙齒。
  3. 救恩屬乎耶和華．願你賜福給你的百姓。〔細拉〕
  1. I will not be afraid of ten thousands of people Who have set themselves against me round about.
  2. Arise, O LORD; save me, O my God! For You have smitten all my enemies on the cheek; You have shattered the teeth of the wicked.
  3. Salvation belongs to the LORD; Your blessing be upon Your people! Selah.
