Psalms 30 [NIV:繁體]   
 
  1. I will exalt you, O LORD, for you lifted me out of the depths and did not let my enemies gloat over me.
  2. O LORD my God, I called to you for help and you healed me.
  3. O LORD, you brought me up from the grave ; you spared me from going down into the pit.
  4. Sing to the LORD, you saints of his; praise his holy name.
  5. For his anger lasts only a moment, but his favor lasts a lifetime; weeping may remain for a night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.
  1. 〔大衛在獻殿的時候、作這詩歌。〕耶和華阿、我要尊崇你、因為你曾提拔我、不叫仇敵向我誇耀。
  2. 耶和華我的　神阿、我曾呼求你、你醫治了我。
  3. 耶和華阿、你曾把我的靈魂從陰間救上來、使我存活、不至於下坑。
  4. 耶和華的聖民哪、你們要歌頌他、稱讚他可記念的聖名
  5. 因為他的怒氣不過是轉眼之間．他的恩典乃是一生之久．一宿雖然有哭泣、早晨便必歡呼。
 
 
  1. When I felt secure, I said, "I will never be shaken."
  2. O LORD, when you favored me, you made my mountain stand firm; but when you hid your face, I was dismayed.
  3. To you, O LORD, I called; to the Lord I cried for mercy:
  4. "What gain is there in my destruction, in my going down into the pit? Will the dust praise you? Will it proclaim your faithfulness?
  5. Hear, O LORD, and be merciful to me; O LORD, be my help."
  1. 至於我、我凡事平順、便說、我永不動搖。
  2. 耶和華阿、你曾施恩、叫我的江山穩固．你掩了面、我就驚惶。
  3. 耶和華阿、我曾求告你．我向耶和華懇求、說、
  4. 我被害流血、下到坑中、有甚麼益處呢．塵土豈能稱讚你、傳說你的誠實麼。
  5. 耶和華阿、求你應允我、憐恤我。耶和華阿、求你幫助我。
 
 
  1. You turned my wailing into dancing; you removed my sackcloth and clothed me with joy,
  2. that my heart may sing to you and not be silent. O LORD my God, I will give you thanks forever.
  1. 你已將我的哀哭變為跳舞、將我的麻衣脫去、給我披上喜樂．
  2. 好叫我的靈〔原文作榮耀〕歌頌你、並不住聲。耶和華我的　神阿、我要稱謝你、直到永遠。
