  1. How blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, Whose sin is covered!
  2. How blessed is the man to whom the LORD does not impute iniquity, And in whose spirit there is no deceit!
  3. When I kept silent about my sin, my body wasted away Through my groaning all day long.
  4. For day and night Your hand was heavy upon me; My vitality was drained away as with the fever heat of summer. Selah.
  5. I acknowledged my sin to You, And my iniquity I did not hide; I said, "I will confess my transgressions to the LORD"; And You forgave the guilt of my sin. Selah.
  1. 〔大衛的訓誨詩。〕得赦免其過、遮蓋其罪的、這人是有福的。
  2. 凡心裡沒有詭詐、耶和華不算為有罪的、這人是有福的。
  3. 我閉口不認罪的時候、因終日唉哼、而骨頭枯乾。
  4. 黑夜白日、你的手在我身上沉重．我的精液耗盡、如同夏天的乾旱。〔細拉〕
  5. 我向你陳明我的罪、不隱瞞我的惡．我說、我要向耶和華承認我的過犯、你就赦免我的罪惡。〔細拉〕
 
 
  1. Therefore, let everyone who is godly pray to You in a time when You may be found; Surely in a flood of great waters they will not reach him.
  2. You are my hiding place; You preserve me from trouble; You surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah.
  3. I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you.
  4. Do not be as the horse or as the mule which have no understanding, Whose trappings include bit and bridle to hold them in check, Otherwise they will not come near to you.
  5. Many are the sorrows of the wicked, But he who trusts in the LORD, lovingkindness shall surround him.
  1. 為此、凡虔誠人、都當趁你可尋找的時候禱告你．大水泛溢的時候、必不能到他那裡。
  2. 你是我藏身之處．你必保佑我脫離苦難、以得救的樂歌、四面環繞我。〔細拉〕
  3. 我要教導你、指示你當行的路．我要定睛在你身上勸戒你。
  4. 你不可像那無知的騾馬、必用嚼環轡頭勒住他．不然、就不能馴服。
  5. 惡人必多受苦楚．惟獨倚靠耶和華的、必有慈愛四面環繞他。
 
 
  1. Be glad in the LORD and rejoice, you righteous ones; And shout for joy, all you who are upright in heart.
  1. 你們義人應當靠耶和華歡喜快樂．你們心裡正直的人、都當歡呼。
