  1. God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
  2. Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;
  3. Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.
  4. There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.
  5. God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.
  1. 〔可拉後裔的詩歌、交與伶長、調用女音。〕　神是我們的避難所、是我們的力量、是我們在患難中隨時的幫助。
  2. 所以地雖改變、山雖搖動到海心、
  3. 其中的水雖匉訇翻騰、山雖因海漲而戰抖、我們也不害怕。〔細拉〕
  4. 有一道河．這河的分汊、使　神的城歡喜．這城就是至高者居住的聖所。
  5. 　神在其中．城必不動搖．到天一亮、　神必幫助這城。
 
 
  1. The heathen raged, the kingdoms were moved: he uttered his voice, the earth melted.
  2. The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
  3. Come, behold the works of the LORD, what desolations he hath made in the earth.
  4. He maketh wars to cease unto the end of the earth; he breaketh the bow, and cutteth the spear in sunder; he burneth the chariot in the fire.
  5. Be still, and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth.
  1. 外邦喧嚷、列國動搖．　神發聲、地便鎔化。
  2. 萬軍之耶和華與我們同在．雅各的　神是我們的避難所。〔細拉〕
  3. 你們來看耶和華的作為、看他使地怎樣荒涼。
  4. 他止息刀兵、直到地極．他折弓、斷槍、把戰車焚燒在火中。
  5. 你們要休息、要知道我是　神．我必在外邦中被尊崇、在遍地上也被尊崇。
 
 
  1. The LORD of hosts is with us; the God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
  1. 萬軍之耶和華與我們同在．雅各的　神是我們的避難所。
