- 看哪、僕人的眼睛怎樣望主人的手、使女的眼睛怎樣望主母的手、我們的眼睛也照樣望耶和華我們的 神、直到他憐憫我們。
- 耶和華阿、求你憐憫我們、憐憫我們．因為我們被藐視、已到極處。
- 我們被那些安逸人的譏誚、和驕傲人的藐視、已到極處。

- To You I lift up my eyes, O You who are enthroned in the heavens!
- Behold, as the eyes of servants look to the hand of their master, As the eyes of a maid to the hand of her mistress, So our eyes look to the LORD our God, Until He is gracious to us.
- Be gracious to us, O LORD, be gracious to us, For we are greatly filled with contempt.
- Our soul is greatly filled With the scoffing of those who are at ease, And with the contempt of the proud.
