  1. Praise the LORD. How good it is to sing praises to our God, how pleasant and fitting to praise him!
  2. The LORD builds up Jerusalem; he gathers the exiles of Israel.
  3. He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.
  4. He determines the number of the stars and calls them each by name.
  5. Great is our Lord and mighty in power; his understanding has no limit.
  1. 你們要讚美耶和華、因歌頌我們的　神為善為美．讚美的話是合宜的。
  2. 耶和華建造耶路撒冷、聚集以色列中被趕散的人。
  3. 他醫好傷心的人、裹好他們的傷處。
  4. 他數點星宿的數目、一一稱他的名。
  5. 我們的主為大、最有能力．他的智慧、無法測度。
 
 
  1. The LORD sustains the humble but casts the wicked to the ground.
  2. Sing to the LORD with thanksgiving; make music to our God on the harp.
  3. He covers the sky with clouds; he supplies the earth with rain and makes grass grow on the hills.
  4. He provides food for the cattle and for the young ravens when they call.
  5. His pleasure is not in the strength of the horse, nor his delight in the legs of a man;
  1. 耶和華扶持謙卑人、將惡人傾覆於地。
  2. 你們要以感謝向耶和華歌唱、用琴向我們的　神歌頌。
  3. 他用雲遮天。為地降雨、使草生長在山上。
  4. 他賜食給走獸、和啼叫的小烏鴉。
  5. 他不喜悅馬的力大、不喜愛人的腿快。
 
 
  1. the LORD delights in those who fear him, who put their hope in his unfailing love.
  2. Extol the LORD, O Jerusalem; praise your God, O Zion,
  3. for he strengthens the bars of your gates and blesses your people within you.
  4. He grants peace to your borders and satisfies you with the finest of wheat.
  5. He sends his command to the earth; his word runs swiftly.
  1. 耶和華喜愛敬畏、和盼望他慈愛的人。
  2. 耶路撒冷阿、你要頌讚耶和華．錫安哪、你要讚美你的　神。
  3. 因為他堅固了你的門閂、賜福給你中間的兒女。
  4. 他使你境內平安．用上好的麥子使你滿足。
  5. 他發命在地．他的話頒行最快。
 
 
  1. He spreads the snow like wool and scatters the frost like ashes.
  2. He hurls down his hail like pebbles. Who can withstand his icy blast?
  3. He sends his word and melts them; he stirs up his breezes, and the waters flow.
  4. He has revealed his word to Jacob, his laws and decrees to Israel.
  5. He has done this for no other nation; they do not know his laws. Praise the LORD.
  1. 他降雪如羊毛、撒霜如爐灰。
  2. 他擲下冰雹如碎渣．他發出寒冷、誰能當得起呢。
  3. 他一出令、這些就都消化．他使風颳起、水便流動。
  4. 他將他的道指示雅各、將他的律例典章指示以色列。
  5. 別國他都沒有這樣待過．至於他的典章、他們向來沒有知道。你們要讚美耶和華。
