箴言 12 [繁體:NIV]   
 
  1. 喜愛管教的、就是喜愛知識.恨惡責備的、卻是畜類。
  2. 善人必蒙耶和華的恩惠.設詭計的人、耶和華必定他的罪。
  3. 人靠惡行不能堅立.義人的根必不動搖。
  4. 才德的婦人、是丈夫的冠冕.貽羞的婦人、如同朽爛在他丈夫的骨中。
  5. 義人的思念是公平.惡人的計謀是詭詐。
  1. Whoever loves discipline loves knowledge, but he who hates correction is stupid.
  2. A good man obtains favor from the LORD, but the LORD condemns a crafty man.
  3. A man cannot be established through wickedness, but the righteous cannot be uprooted.
  4. A wife of noble character is her husband's crown, but a disgraceful wife is like decay in his bones.
  5. The plans of the righteous are just, but the advice of the wicked is deceitful.
 
 
  1. 惡人的言論、是埋伏流人的血.正直人的口、必拯救人。
  2. 惡人傾覆、歸於無有.義人的家、必站得住。
  3. 人必按自己的智慧被稱讚.心中乖謬的、必被藐視。
  4. 被人輕賤、卻有僕人、強如自尊、缺少食物。
  5. 義人顧惜他牲畜的命.惡人的憐憫、也是殘忍。
  1. The words of the wicked lie in wait for blood, but the speech of the upright rescues them.
  2. Wicked men are overthrown and are no more, but the house of the righteous stands firm.
  3. A man is praised according to his wisdom, but men with warped minds are despised.
  4. Better to be a nobody and yet have a servant than pretend to be somebody and have no food.
  5. A righteous man cares for the needs of his animal, but the kindest acts of the wicked are cruel.
 
 
  1. 耕種自己田地的、必得飽食.追隨虛浮的、卻是無知。
  2. 惡人想得壞人的網羅.義人的根、得以結實。
  3. 惡人嘴中的過錯、是自己的網羅.但義人必脫離患難。
  4. 人因口所結的果子、必飽得美福.人手所作的、必為自己的報應。
  5. 愚妄人所行的、在自己眼中看為正直.惟智慧人、肯聽人的勸教。
  1. He who works his land will have abundant food, but he who chases fantasies lacks judgment.
  2. The wicked desire the plunder of evil men, but the root of the righteous flourishes.
  3. An evil man is trapped by his sinful talk, but a righteous man escapes trouble.
  4. From the fruit of his lips a man is filled with good things as surely as the work of his hands rewards him.
  5. The way of a fool seems right to him, but a wise man listens to advice.
 
 
  1. 愚妄人的惱怒、立時顯露.通達人能忍辱藏羞。
  2. 說出真話的、顯明公義.作假見證的、顯出詭詐。
  3. 說話浮躁的、如刀刺人.智慧人的舌頭、卻為醫人的良藥。
  4. 口吐真言、永遠堅立.舌說謊話、只存片時。
  5. 圖謀惡事的、心存詭詐.勸人和睦的、便得喜樂。
  1. A fool shows his annoyance at once, but a prudent man overlooks an insult.
  2. A truthful witness gives honest testimony, but a false witness tells lies.
  3. Reckless words pierce like a sword, but the tongue of the wise brings healing.
  4. Truthful lips endure forever, but a lying tongue lasts only a moment.
  5. There is deceit in the hearts of those who plot evil, but joy for those who promote peace.
 
 
  1. 義人不遭災害.惡人滿受禍患。
  2. 說謊言的嘴、為耶和華所憎惡.行事誠實的、為他所喜悅。
  3. 通達人隱藏知識.愚昧人的心、彰顯愚昧。
  4. 殷勤人的手必掌權.懶惰的人必服苦。
  5. 人心憂慮、屈而不伸.一句良言、使心歡樂。
  1. No harm befalls the righteous, but the wicked have their fill of trouble.
  2. The LORD detests lying lips, but he delights in men who are truthful.
  3. A prudent man keeps his knowledge to himself, but the heart of fools blurts out folly.
  4. Diligent hands will rule, but laziness ends in slave labor.
  5. An anxious heart weighs a man down, but a kind word cheers him up.
 
 
  1. 義人引導他的鄰舍.惡人的道、叫人失迷。
  2. 懶惰的人、不烤打獵所得的.殷勤的人、卻得寶貴的財物。
  3. 在公義的道上有生命.其路之中、並無死亡。
  1. A righteous man is cautious in friendship, but the way of the wicked leads them astray.
  2. The lazy man does not roast his game, but the diligent man prizes his possessions.
  3. In the way of righteousness there is life; along that path is immortality.
