箴言 24 [繁體:NIV]   
 
  1. 你不要嫉妒惡人、也不要起意與他們相處.
  2. 因為他們的心、圖謀強暴.他們的口、談論奸惡。
  3. 房屋因智慧建造、又因聰明立穩.
  4. 其中因知識充滿各樣美好寶貴的財物。
  5. 智慧人大有能力.有知識的人、力上加力。
  1. Do not envy wicked men, do not desire their company;
  2. for their hearts plot violence, and their lips talk about making trouble.
  3. By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established;
  4. through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures.
  5. A wise man has great power, and a man of knowledge increases strength;
 
 
  1. 你去打仗、要憑智謀.謀士眾多、人便得勝。
  2. 智慧極高、非愚昧人所能及、所以在城門內、不敢開口。
  3. 設計作惡的、必稱為奸人。
  4. 愚妄人的思念、乃是罪惡.褻慢者為人所憎惡。
  5. 你在患難之日若膽怯、你的力量就微小。
  1. for waging war you need guidance, and for victory many advisers.
  2. Wisdom is too high for a fool; in the assembly at the gate he has nothing to say.
  3. He who plots evil will be known as a schemer.
  4. The schemes of folly are sin, and men detest a mocker.
  5. If you falter in times of trouble, how small is your strength!
 
 
  1. 人被拉到死地、你要解救.人將被殺、你須攔阻。
  2. 你若說、這事我未曾知道.那衡量人心的、豈不明白麼.保守你命的豈不知道麼.他豈不按各人所行、的報應各人麼。
  3. 我兒、你要喫蜜、因為是好的.喫蜂房下滴的蜜、便覺甘甜。
  4. 你心得了智慧、也必覺得如此.你若找著、至終必有善報.你的指望、也不至斷絕。
  5. 你這惡人、不要埋伏攻擊義人的家.不要毀壞他安居之所。
  1. Rescue those being led away to death; hold back those staggering toward slaughter.
  2. If you say, "But we knew nothing about this," does not he who weighs the heart perceive it? Does not he who guards your life know it? Will he not repay each person according to what he has done?
  3. Eat honey, my son, for it is good; honey from the comb is sweet to your taste.
  4. Know also that wisdom is sweet to your soul; if you find it, there is a future hope for you, and your hope will not be cut off.
  5. Do not lie in wait like an outlaw against a righteous man's house, do not raid his dwelling place;
 
 
  1. 因為義人雖七次跌倒、仍必興起.惡人卻被禍患傾倒。
  2. 你仇敵跌倒、你不要歡喜.他傾倒、你心不要快樂。
  3. 恐怕耶和華看見就不喜悅、將怒氣從仇敵身上轉過來。
  4. 不要為作惡的心懷不平.也不要嫉妒惡人.
  5. 因為惡人終不得善報.惡人的燈、也必熄滅。
  1. for though a righteous man falls seven times, he rises again, but the wicked are brought down by calamity.
  2. Do not gloat when your enemy falls; when he stumbles, do not let your heart rejoice,
  3. or the LORD will see and disapprove and turn his wrath away from him.
  4. Do not fret because of evil men or be envious of the wicked,
  5. for the evil man has no future hope, and the lamp of the wicked will be snuffed out.
 
 
  1. 我兒、你要敬畏耶和華與君王.不要與反覆無常的人結交.
  2. 因為他們的災難、必忽然而起.耶和華與君王所施行的毀滅、誰能知道呢。
  3. 以下也是智慧人的箴言。審判時看人情面、是不好的。
  4. 對惡人說、你是義人的、這人萬民必咒詛、列邦必憎惡。
  5. 責備惡人的、必得喜悅.美好的福、也必臨到他。
  1. Fear the LORD and the king, my son, and do not join with the rebellious,
  2. for those two will send sudden destruction upon them, and who knows what calamities they can bring? Further Sayings of the Wise
  3. These also are sayings of the wise: To show partiality in judging is not good:
  4. Whoever says to the guilty, "You are innocent"-- peoples will curse him and nations denounce him.
  5. But it will go well with those who convict the guilty, and rich blessing will come upon them.
 
 
  1. 應對正直的、猶如與人親嘴。
  2. 你要在外頭豫備工料、在田間辦理整齊、然後建造房屋。
  3. 不可無故作見證、陷害鄰舍.也不可用嘴欺騙人。
  4. 不可說、人怎樣待我、我也怎樣待他、我必照他所行的報復他。
  5. 我經過懶惰人的田地、無知人的葡萄園.
  1. An honest answer is like a kiss on the lips.
  2. Finish your outdoor work and get your fields ready; after that, build your house.
  3. Do not testify against your neighbor without cause, or use your lips to deceive.
  4. Do not say, "I'll do to him as he has done to me; I'll pay that man back for what he did."
  5. I went past the field of the sluggard, past the vineyard of the man who lacks judgment;
 
 
  1. 荊棘長滿了地皮、刺草遮蓋了田面、石牆也坍塌了.
  2. 我看見就留心思想、我看著就領了訓誨。
  3. 再睡片時、打盹片時、抱著手躺臥片時、
  4. 你的貧窮、就必如強盜速來、你的缺乏、彷彿拿兵器的人來到。
  1. thorns had come up everywhere, the ground was covered with weeds, and the stone wall was in ruins.
  2. I applied my heart to what I observed and learned a lesson from what I saw:
  3. A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest-
  4. and poverty will come on you like a bandit and scarcity like an armed man.
