Isaiah 50 [NIV:繁體]   
 
  1. This is what the LORD says: "Where is your mother's certificate of divorce with which I sent her away? Or to which of my creditors did I sell you? Because of your sins you were sold; because of your transgressions your mother was sent away.
  2. When I came, why was there no one? When I called, why was there no one to answer? Was my arm too short to ransom you? Do I lack the strength to rescue you? By a mere rebuke I dry up the sea, I turn rivers into a desert; their fish rot for lack of water and die of thirst.
  3. I clothe the sky with darkness and make sackcloth its covering."
  4. The Sovereign LORD has given me an instructed tongue, to know the word that sustains the weary. He wakens me morning by morning, wakens my ear to listen like one being taught.
  5. The Sovereign LORD has opened my ears, and I have not been rebellious; I have not drawn back.
  1. 耶和華如此說、我休你們的母親、休書在那裡呢．我將你們賣給我哪一個債主呢。你們被賣、是因你們的罪孽．你們的母親被休、是因你們的過犯。
  2. 我來的時候、為何無人等候呢．我呼喚的時候、為何無人答應呢。我的膀臂豈是縮短、不能救贖麼．我豈無拯救之力麼．看哪、我一斥責、海就乾了、我使江河變為曠野．其中的魚、因無水腥臭、乾渴而死。
  3. 我使諸天以黑暗為衣服、以麻布為遮蓋。
  4. 主耶和華賜我受教者的舌頭、使我知道怎樣用言語扶助疲乏的人．主每早晨提醒、題醒我的耳朵、使我能聽、像受教者一樣。
  5. 主耶和華開通我的耳朵、我並沒有違背、也沒有退後。
 
 
  1. I offered my back to those who beat me, my cheeks to those who pulled out my beard; I did not hide my face from mocking and spitting.
  2. Because the Sovereign LORD helps me, I will not be disgraced. Therefore have I set my face like flint, and I know I will not be put to shame.
  3. He who vindicates me is near. Who then will bring charges against me? Let us face each other! Who is my accuser? Let him confront me!
  4. It is the Sovereign LORD who helps me. Who is he that will condemn me? They will all wear out like a garment; the moths will eat them up.
  5. Who among you fears the LORD and obeys the word of his servant? Let him who walks in the dark, who has no light, trust in the name of the LORD and rely on his God.
  1. 人打我的背、我任他打．人拔我腮頰的鬍鬚、我由他拔．人辱我吐我、我並不掩面。
  2. 主耶和華必幫助我、所以我不抱愧．我硬著臉面好像堅石、我也知道我必不至蒙羞。
  3. 稱我為義的與我相近．誰與我爭論、可以與我一同站立．誰與我作對、可以就近我來。
  4. 主耶和華要幫助我．誰能定我有罪呢。他們都像衣服漸漸舊了、為蛀蟲所咬。
  5. 你們中間誰是敬畏耶和華聽從他僕人之話的．這人行在暗中、沒有亮光、當倚靠耶和華的名、仗賴自己的　神。
 
 
  1. But now, all you who light fires and provide yourselves with flaming torches, go, walk in the light of your fires and of the torches you have set ablaze. This is what you shall receive from my hand: You will lie down in torment.
  1. 凡你們點火用火把圍繞自己的．可以行在你們的火燄裡、並你們所點的火把中。這是我手所定的．你們必躺在悲慘之中。
