  1. Then Jonah prayed to the LORD his God from the stomach of the fish,
  2. and he said, "I called out of my distress to the LORD, And He answered me I cried for help from the depth of Sheol; You heard my voice.
  3. "For You had cast me into the deep, Into the heart of the seas, And the current engulfed me All Your breakers and billows passed over me.
  4. "So I said, 'I have been expelled from Your sight Nevertheless I will look again toward Your holy temple.'
  5. "Water encompassed me to the point of death The great deep engulfed me, Weeds were wrapped around my head.
  1. 約拿在魚腹中禱告耶和華他的　神、
  2. 說、我遭遇患難求告耶和華、你就應允我．從陰間的深處呼求、你就俯聽我的聲音。
  3. 你將我投下深淵、就是海的深處．大水環繞我．你的波浪洪濤、都漫過我身。
  4. 我說、我從你眼前雖被驅逐、我仍要仰望你的聖殿。
  5. 諸水環繞我、幾乎淹沒我．深淵圍住我、海草纏繞我的頭．
 
 
  1. "I descended to the roots of the mountains The earth with its bars was around me forever, But You have brought up my life from the pit, O LORD my God.
  2. "While I was fainting away, I remembered the LORD, And my prayer came to You, Into Your holy temple.
  3. "Those who regard vain idols Forsake their faithfulness,
  4. But I will sacrifice to You With the voice of thanksgiving That which I have vowed I will pay Salvation is from the LORD."
  5. Then the LORD commanded the fish, and it vomited Jonah up onto the dry land.
  1. 我下到山根．地的門將我永遠關住。耶和華我的　神阿、你卻將我的性命從坑中救出來。
  2. 我心在我裡面發昏的時候、我就想念耶和華。我的禱告進入你的聖殿、達到你的面前。
  3. 那信奉虛無之神的人、離棄憐愛他們的主．
  4. 但我必用感謝的聲音獻祭與你．我所許的願、我必償還。救恩出於耶和華。
  5. 耶和華吩咐魚、魚就把約拿吐在旱地上。
