  1. 尼尼微阿、那打碎邦國的上來攻擊你．你要看守保障、謹防道路、使腰強壯、大大勉力。
  2. 耶和華復興雅各的榮華、好像以色列的榮華一樣．因為使地空虛的、已經使雅各和以色列空虛、將他們的葡萄枝毀壞了。
  3. 他勇士的盾牌是紅的、精兵都穿朱紅衣服．在他豫備爭戰的日子、戰車上的鋼鐵閃爍如火、柏木把的槍、也掄起來了．
  4. 車輛在街上〔或作城外〕急行、在寬闊處奔來奔去、形狀如火把、飛跑如閃電。
  5. 尼尼微王招聚他的貴冑．他們步行絆跌、速上城牆、豫備擋牌。
  1. He that dasheth in pieces is come up before thy face: keep the munition, watch the way, make thy loins strong, fortify thy power mightily.
  2. For the LORD hath turned away the excellency of Jacob, as the excellency of Israel: for the emptiers have emptied them out, and marred their vine branches.
  3. The shield of his mighty men is made red, the valiant men are in scarlet: the chariots shall be with flaming torches in the day of his preparation, and the fir trees shall be terribly shaken.
  4. The chariots shall rage in the streets, they shall justle one against another in the broad ways: they shall seem like torches, they shall run like the lightnings.
  5. He shall recount his worthies: they shall stumble in their walk; they shall make haste to the wall thereof, and the defence shall be prepared.
 
 
  1. 河閘開放、宮殿沖沒。
  2. 王后蒙羞、被人擄去．宮女搥胸、哀鳴如鴿．此乃命定之事。
  3. 尼尼微自古以來充滿人民、如同聚水的池子．現在居民卻都逃跑．雖有人呼喊說、站住、站住、卻無人回顧。
  4. 你們搶掠金銀罷。因為所積蓄的無窮、華美的寶器無數。
  5. 尼尼微現在空虛荒涼、人心消化、雙膝相碰、腰都疼痛、臉都變色。
  1. The gates of the rivers shall be opened, and the palace shall be dissolved.
  2. And Huzzab shall be led away captive, she shall be brought up, and her maids shall lead her as with the voice of doves, tabering upon their breasts.
  3. But Nineveh is of old like a pool of water: yet they shall flee away. Stand, stand, shall they cry; but none shall look back.
  4. Take ye the spoil of silver, take the spoil of gold: for there is none end of the store and glory out of all the pleasant furniture.
  5. She is empty, and void, and waste: and the heart melteth, and the knees smite together, and much pain is in all loins, and the faces of them all gather blackness.
 
 
  1. 獅子的洞和少壯獅子餧養之處在那裡呢、公獅母獅小獅遊行無人驚嚇之地在那裡呢。
  2. 公獅為小獅撕碎許多食物、為母獅掐死活物、把撕碎的掐死的充滿牠的洞穴。
  3. 萬軍之耶和華說、我與你為敵、必將你的車輛焚燒成煙、刀劍也必吞滅你的少壯獅子。我必從地上除滅你所撕碎的、你使者的聲音、必不再聽見。
  1. Where is the dwelling of the lions, and the feedingplace of the young lions, where the lion, even the old lion, walked, and the lion's whelp, and none made them afraid?
  2. The lion did tear in pieces enough for his whelps, and strangled for his lionesses, and filled his holes with prey, and his dens with ravin.
  3. Behold, I am against thee, saith the LORD of hosts, and I will burn her chariots in the smoke, and the sword shall devour thy young lions: and I will cut off thy prey from the earth, and the voice of thy messengers shall no more be heard.
