  1. Then the sons of Israel again did evil in the sight of the LORD, after Ehud died.
  2. And the LORD sold them into the hand of Jabin king of Canaan, who reigned in Hazor; and the commander of his army was Sisera, who lived in Harosheth-hagoyim.
  3. The sons of Israel cried to the LORD; for he had nine hundred iron chariots, and he oppressed the sons of Israel severely for twenty years.
  4. Now Deborah, a prophetess, the wife of Lappidoth, was judging Israel at that time.
  5. She used to sit under the palm tree of Deborah between Ramah and Bethel in the hill country of Ephraim; and the sons of Israel came up to her for judgment.
  1. 以笏死后，以色列人又行耶和华眼中看为恶的事，
  2. 耶和华就把他们付与在夏琐作王的迦南王耶宾手中。他的将军是西西拉，住在外邦人的夏罗设。
  3. 耶宾王有铁车九百辆。他大大欺压以色列人二十年，以色列人就呼求耶和华。
  4. 有一位女先知名叫底波拉，是拉比多的妻，当时作以色列的士师。
  5. 她住在以法莲山地拉玛和伯特利中间，在底波拉的棕树下。以色列人都上她那里去听判断。
 
 
  1. Now she sent and summoned Barak the son of Abinoam from Kedesh-naphtali, and said to him, "Behold, the LORD, the God of Israel, has commanded, 'Go and march to Mount Tabor, and take with you ten thousand men from the sons of Naphtali and from the sons of Zebulun.
  2. 'I will draw out to you Sisera, the commander of Jabin's army, with his chariots and his many troops to the river Kishon, and I will give him into your hand.'"
  3. Then Barak said to her, "If you will go with me, then I will go; but if you will not go with me, I will not go."
  4. She said, "I will surely go with you; nevertheless, the honor shall not be yours on the journey that you are about to take, for the LORD will sell Sisera into the hands of a woman." Then Deborah arose and went with Barak to Kedesh.
  5. Barak called Zebulun and Naphtali together to Kedesh, and ten thousand men went up with him; Deborah also went up with him.
  1. 她打发人从拿弗他利的基低斯将亚比挪庵的儿子巴拉召了来，对他说，耶和华以色列的神吩咐你说，你率领一万拿弗他利和西布伦人上他泊山去。
  2. 我必使耶宾的将军西西拉率领他的车辆和全军往基顺河，到你那里去。我必将他交在你手中。
  3. 巴拉说，你若同我去，我就去。你若不同我去，我就不去。
  4. 底波拉说，我必与你同去，只是你在所行的路上得不着荣耀，因为耶和华要将西西拉交在一个妇人手里。于是底波拉起来，与巴拉一同往基低斯去了。
  5. 巴拉就招聚西布伦人和拿弗他利人到基低斯，跟他上去的有一万人。底波拉也同他上去。
 
 
  1. Now Heber the Kenite had separated himself from the Kenites, from the sons of Hobab the father-in-law of Moses, and had pitched his tent as far away as the oak in Zaanannim, which is near Kedesh.
  2. Then they told Sisera that Barak the son of Abinoam had gone up to Mount Tabor.
  3. Sisera called together all his chariots, nine hundred iron chariots, and all the people who were with him, from Harosheth-hagoyim to the river Kishon.
  4. Deborah said to Barak, "Arise! For this is the day in which the LORD has given Sisera into your hands; behold, the LORD has gone out before you." So Barak went down from Mount Tabor with ten thousand men following him.
  5. The LORD routed Sisera and all his chariots and all his army with the edge of the sword before Barak; and Sisera alighted from his chariot and fled away on foot.
  1. 摩西岳父（或作内兄）何巴的后裔，基尼人希百曾离开基尼族，到靠近基低斯撒拿音的橡树旁支搭帐棚。
  2. 有人告诉西西拉说，亚比挪庵的儿子巴拉已经上他泊山了。
  3. 西西拉就聚集所有的铁车九百辆和跟随他的全军，从外邦人的夏罗设出来，到了基顺河。
  4. 底波拉对巴拉说，你起来，今日就是耶和华将西西拉交在你手的日子。耶和华岂不在你前头行麽。于是巴拉下了他泊山，跟随他有一万人。
  5. 耶和华使西西拉和他一切车辆全军溃乱，在巴拉面前被刀杀败。西西拉下车步行逃跑。
 
 
  1. But Barak pursued the chariots and the army as far as Harosheth-hagoyim, and all the army of Sisera fell by the edge of the sword; not even one was left.
  2. Now Sisera fled away on foot to the tent of Jael the wife of Heber the Kenite, for there was peace between Jabin the king of Hazor and the house of Heber the Kenite.
  3. Jael went out to meet Sisera, and said to him, "Turn aside, my master, turn aside to me! Do not be afraid." And he turned aside to her into the tent, and she covered him with a rug.
  4. He said to her, "Please give me a little water to drink, for I am thirsty." So she opened a bottle of milk and gave him a drink; then she covered him.
  5. He said to her, "Stand in the doorway of the tent, and it shall be if anyone comes and inquires of you, and says, 'Is there anyone here?' that you shall say, 'No.'"
  1. 巴拉追赶车辆，军队，直到外邦人的夏罗设。西西拉的全军都倒在刀下，没有留下一人。
  2. 只有西西拉步行逃跑，到了基尼人希百之妻雅亿的帐棚，因为夏琐王耶宾与基尼人希百家和好。
  3. 雅亿出来迎接西西拉，对他说，请我主进来，不要惧怕。西西拉就进了她的帐棚。雅忆用被将他遮盖。
  4. 西西拉对雅亿说，我渴了，求你给我一点水喝。雅亿就打开皮袋，给他奶子喝，仍旧把他遮盖。
  5. 西西拉又对雅亿说，请你站在帐棚门口，若有人来问你说，有人在这里没有。你就说，没有。
 
 
  1. But Jael, Heber's wife, took a tent peg and seized a hammer in her hand, and went secretly to him and drove the peg into his temple, and it went through into the ground; for he was sound asleep and exhausted. So he died.
  2. And behold, as Barak pursued Sisera, Jael came out to meet him and said to him, "Come, and I will show you the man whom you are seeking." And he entered with her, and behold Sisera was lying dead with the tent peg in his temple.
  3. So God subdued on that day Jabin the king of Canaan before the sons of Israel.
  4. The hand of the sons of Israel pressed heavier and heavier upon Jabin the king of Canaan, until they had destroyed Jabin the king of Canaan.
  1. 西西拉疲乏沉睡。希百的妻雅亿取了帐棚的橛子，手里拿着锤子，轻悄悄地到他旁边，将橛子从他鬓边钉进去，钉入地里。西西拉就死了。
  2. 巴拉追赶西西拉的时候，雅亿出来迎接他说，来吧，我将你所寻梢的人给你看。他就进入帐棚，看见西西拉已经死了，倒在地上，橛子还在他鬓中。
  3. 这样，神使迦南王耶宾被以色列人制伏了。
  4. 从此以色列人的手越发有力，胜了迦南王耶宾，直到将他灭绝了。
