- And David spake unto the LORD the words of this song in the day that the LORD had delivered him out of the hand of all his enemies, and out of the hand of Saul:
- And he said, The LORD is my rock, and my fortress, and my deliverer;
- The God of my rock; in him will I trust: he is my shield, and the horn of my salvation, my high tower, and my refuge, my saviour; thou savest me from violence.
- I will call on the LORD, who is worthy to be praised: so shall I be saved from mine enemies.
- When the waves of death compassed me, the floods of ungodly men made me afraid;

- 当耶和华救大卫脱离一切仇敌和扫罗之手的日子,他向耶和华念这诗,
- 说,耶和华是我的岩石,我的山寨,我的救主,
- 我的神,我的磐石,我所投靠的。他是我的盾牌,是拯救我的角,是我的高台,是我的避难所。我的救主阿,你是救我脱离强暴的。
- 我要求告当赞美的耶和华,这样,我必从仇敌手中被救出来。
- 曾有死亡的波浪环绕我,匪类的急流使我惊惧,
