- He said to the judges, "Consider what you are doing, for you do not judge for man but for the LORD who is with you when you render judgment.
- "Now then let the fear of the LORD be upon you; be very careful what you do, for the LORD our God will have no part in unrighteousness or partiality or the taking of a bribe."

- 住在各城里你们的弟兄,若有争讼的事来到你们这里,或为流血,或犯律法,诫命,律例,典章,你们要警戒他们,免得他们得罪耶和华,以致他的忿怒临到你们和你们的弟兄。这样行,你们就没有罪了。
