  1. 你且呼求，有谁答应你。诸圣者之中，你转向那一位呢。
  2. 忿怒害死愚妄人，嫉妒杀死痴迷人。
  3. 我曾见愚妄人扎下根，但我忽然咒诅他的住处。
  4. 他的儿女远离稳妥的地步，在城门口被压，并无人搭救。
  5. 他的庄稼有饥饿的人吃尽了，就是在荆棘里的也抢去了。他的财宝有网罗张口吞灭了。
  1. "Call now, is there anyone who will answer you? And to which of the holy ones will you turn?
  2. "For anger slays the foolish man, And jealousy kills the simple.
  3. "I have seen the foolish taking root, And I cursed his abode immediately.
  4. "His sons are far from safety, They are even oppressed in the gate, And there is no deliverer.
  5. "His harvest the hungry devour And take it to a place of thorns, And the schemer is eager for their wealth.
 
 
  1. 祸患原不是从土中出来。患难也不是从地里发生。
  2. 人生在世必遇患难，如同火星飞腾。
  3. 至于我，我必仰望神，把我的事情托付他。
  4. 他行大事不可测度，行奇事不可胜数。
  5. 降雨在地上，赐水于田里。
  1. "For affliction does not come from the dust, Nor does trouble sprout from the ground,
  2. For man is born for trouble, As sparks fly upward.
  3. "But as for me, I would seek God, And I would place my cause before God;
  4. Who does great and unsearchable things, Wonders without number.
  5. "He gives rain on the earth And sends water on the fields,
 
 
  1. 将卑微的安置在高处，将哀痛的举到稳妥之地。
  2. 破坏狡猾人的计谋，使他们所谋的不得成就。
  3. 他叫有智慧的中了自己的诡计，使狡诈人的计谋速速灭亡。
  4. 他们白昼遇见黑暗，午间摸索如在夜间。
  5. 神拯救穷乏人，脱离他们口中的刀，和强暴人的手。
  1. So that He sets on high those who are lowly, And those who mourn are lifted to safety.
  2. "He frustrates the plotting of the shrewd, So that their hands cannot attain success.
  3. "He captures the wise by their own shrewdness, And the advice of the cunning is quickly thwarted.
  4. "By day they meet with darkness, And grope at noon as in the night.
  5. "But He saves from the sword of their mouth, And the poor from the hand of the mighty.
 
 
  1. 这样，贫寒的人有指望，罪孽之辈必塞口无言。
  2. 神所惩治的人是有福的。所以你不可轻看全能者的管教。
  3. 因为他打破，又缠裹。他击伤，用手医治。
  4. 你六次遭难，他必救你。就是七次，灾祸也无法害你。
  5. 在饥荒中，他必救你脱离死亡。在争战中，他必救你脱离刀剑的权力。
  1. "So the helpless has hope, And unrighteousness must shut its mouth.
  2. "Behold, how happy is the man whom God reproves, So do not despise the discipline of the Almighty.
  3. "For He inflicts pain, and gives relief; He wounds, and His hands also heal.
  4. "From six troubles He will deliver you, Even in seven evil will not touch you.
  5. "In famine He will redeem you from death, And in war from the power of the sword.
 
 
  1. 你必被隐藏，不受口舌之害。灾殃临到，你也不惧怕。
  2. 你遇见灾害饥馑，就必嬉笑。地上的野兽，你也不惧怕。
  3. 因为你必与田间的石头立约，田里的野兽也必与你和好。
  4. 你必知道你帐棚平安，要查看你的羊圈，一无所失。
  5. 也必知道你的后裔将来发达，你的子孙像地上的青草。
  1. "You will be hidden from the scourge of the tongue, And you will not be afraid of violence when it comes.
  2. "You will laugh at violence and famine, And you will not be afraid of wild beasts.
  3. "For you will be in league with the stones of the field, And the beasts of the field will be at peace with you.
  4. "You will know that your tent is secure, For you will visit your abode and fear no loss.
  5. "You will know also that your descendants will be many, And your offspring as the grass of the earth.
 
 
  1. 你必寿高年迈才归坟墓，好像禾捆到时收藏。
  2. 这理，我们已经考察，本是如此。你须要听，要知道是与自己有益。
  1. "You will come to the grave in full vigor, Like the stacking of grain in its season.
  2. "Behold this; we have investigated it, and so it is. Hear it, and know for yourself."
