约伯记 32 [简体:NIV]   
 
  1. 于是这三个人，因约伯自以为义就，不再回答他。
  2. 那时有布西人，兰族巴拉迦的儿子，以利户向约伯发怒。因约伯自以为义，不以神为义。
  3. 他又向约伯的三个朋友发怒。因为他们想不出回答的话来，仍以约伯为有罪。
  4. 以利户要与约伯说话，就等候他们，因为他们比自己年老。
  5. 以利户见这三个人口中无话回答，就怒气发作。
  1. So these three men stopped answering Job, because he was righteous in his own eyes.
  2. But Elihu son of Barakel the Buzite, of the family of Ram, became very angry with Job for justifying himself rather than God.
  3. He was also angry with the three friends, because they had found no way to refute Job, and yet had condemned him.
  4. Now Elihu had waited before speaking to Job because they were older than he.
  5. But when he saw that the three men had nothing more to say, his anger was aroused.
 
 
  1. 布西人，巴拉迦的儿子，以利户回答说，我年轻，你们老迈。因此我退让，不敢向你们陈说我的意见。
  2. 我说，年老的当先说话。寿高的当以智慧教训人。
  3. 但在人里面有灵，全能者的气使趟有聪明。
  4. 尊贵的不都有智慧。寿高的不都能明白公平。
  5. 因此我说，你们要听我言，我也要陈说我的意见。
  1. So Elihu son of Barakel the Buzite said: "I am young in years, and you are old; that is why I was fearful, not daring to tell you what I know.
  2. I thought, 'Age should speak; advanced years should teach wisdom.'
  3. But it is the spirit in a man, the breath of the Almighty, that gives him understanding.
  4. It is not only the old who are wise, not only the aged who understand what is right.
  5. "Therefore I say: Listen to me; I too will tell you what I know.
 
 
  1. 你们查究所要说的话。那时我等候你们的话，侧耳听你们的辩论。
  2. 留心听你们。谁知你们中间无一人折服约伯，驳倒他的话。
  3. 你们切不可说，我们寻得智慧。神能胜他，人却不能。
  4. 约伯没有向我争辩。我也不用你们的话回答他。
  5. 他们惊奇不再回答，一言不发。
  1. I waited while you spoke, I listened to your reasoning; while you were searching for words,
  2. I gave you my full attention. But not one of you has proved Job wrong; none of you has answered his arguments.
  3. Do not say, 'We have found wisdom; let God refute him, not man.'
  4. But Job has not marshaled his words against me, and I will not answer him with your arguments.
  5. "They are dismayed and have no more to say; words have failed them.
 
 
  1. 我岂因他们不说话，站住不再回答，仍旧等候呢。
  2. 我也要回答我的一分话，陈说我的意见。
  3. 因为我的言语满怀。我里面的灵激动我。
  4. 我的胸怀如盛酒之囊，没有出气之缝，又如新皮袋快要破裂。
  5. 我要说话，使我舒畅。我要开口回答。
  1. Must I wait, now that they are silent, now that they stand there with no reply?
  2. I too will have my say; I too will tell what I know.
  3. For I am full of words, and the spirit within me compels me;
  4. inside I am like bottled-up wine, like new wineskins ready to burst.
  5. I must speak and find relief; I must open my lips and reply.
 
 
  1. 我必不看人的情面，也不奉承人。
  2. 我不晓得奉承。若奉承，造我的主必快快除灭我。
  1. I will show partiality to no one, nor will I flatter any man;
  2. for if I were skilled in flattery, my Maker would soon take me away.
