诗篇 22 [简体:NASB]   
 
  1. 我的神，我的神，为什么离弃我。为什么远离不救我，不听我唉哼的言语。
  2. 我的神阿，我白日呼求，你不应允。夜间呼求，必不住声。
  3. 但你是圣洁的，是用以色列的赞美为宝座的。
  4. 我们的祖宗倚靠你。他们倚靠你，你便解救他们。
  5. 他们哀求你，便蒙解救。他们倚靠你，就不羞愧。
  1. My God, my God, why have You forsaken me? Far from my deliverance are the words of my groaning.
  2. O my God, I cry by day, but You do not answer; And by night, but I have no rest.
  3. Yet You are holy, O You who are enthroned upon the praises of Israel.
  4. In You our fathers trusted; They trusted and You delivered them.
  5. To You they cried out and were delivered; In You they trusted and were not disappointed.
 
 
  1. 但我是虫，不是人。被众人羞辱，被百姓藐视。
  2. 凡看见我的都嗤笑我。他们撇嘴摇头，说，
  3. 他把自己交托耶和华，耶和华可以救他吧。耶和华既喜悦他，可以搭救他吧。
  4. 但你是叫我出母腹的。我在母怀里，你就使我有倚靠的心。
  5. 我自出母胎就被交在你手里。从我母亲生我，你就是我的神。
  1. But I am a worm and not a man, A reproach of men and despised by the people.
  2. All who see me sneer at me; They separate with the lip, they wag the head, saying,
  3. "Commit yourself to the LORD; let Him deliver him; Let Him rescue him, because He delights in him."
  4. Yet You are He who brought me forth from the womb; You made me trust when upon my mother's breasts.
  5. Upon You I was cast from birth; You have been my God from my mother's womb.
 
 
  1. 求你不要远离我。因为急难临近了，没有人帮助我。
  2. 有许多公牛围绕我。巴珊大力的公牛四面困住我。
  3. 他们向我张口，好像抓撕吼叫的狮子。
  4. 我如水被倒出来。我的骨头都脱了节。我心在我里面如腊熔化。
  5. 我的精力枯乾，如同瓦片。我的舌头贴在我牙床上。你将我安置在死地的尘土中。
  1. Be not far from me, for trouble is near; For there is none to help.
  2. Many bulls have surrounded me; Strong bulls of Bashan have encircled me.
  3. They open wide their mouth at me, As a ravening and a roaring lion.
  4. I am poured out like water, And all my bones are out of joint; My heart is like wax; It is melted within me.
  5. My strength is dried up like a potsherd, And my tongue cleaves to my jaws; And You lay me in the dust of death.
 
 
  1. 犬类围着我。恶党环绕我。他们扎了我的手，我的脚。
  2. 我的骨头，我都能数过。他们瞪着眼看我。
  3. 他们分我的外衣，为我的里衣拈阄。
  4. 耶和华阿，求你不要远离我。我的救主阿，求你快来帮助我。
  5. 求你救我的灵魂脱离刀剑，救我的生命脱离犬类。
  1. For dogs have surrounded me; A band of evildoers has encompassed me; They pierced my hands and my feet.
  2. I can count all my bones. They look, they stare at me;
  3. They divide my garments among them, And for my clothing they cast lots.
  4. But You, O LORD, be not far off; O You my help, hasten to my assistance.
  5. Deliver my soul from the sword, My only life from the power of the dog.
 
 
  1. 救我脱离狮子的口。你已经应允我，使我脱离野牛的角。
  2. 我要将你的名传与我的弟兄。在会中我要赞美你。
  3. 你们敬畏耶和华的人，要赞美他。雅各的后裔，都要荣耀他。以色列的后裔，都要惧怕他。
  4. 因为他没有藐视憎恶受苦的人。也没有向他掩面。那受苦之人呼吁的时候，他就垂听。
  5. 我在大会中赞美你的话，是从你而来的。我要在敬畏耶和华的人面前还我的愿。
  1. Save me from the lion's mouth; From the horns of the wild oxen You answer me.
  2. I will tell of Your name to my brethren; In the midst of the assembly I will praise You.
  3. You who fear the LORD, praise Him; All you descendants of Jacob, glorify Him, And stand in awe of Him, all you descendants of Israel.
  4. For He has not despised nor abhorred the affliction of the afflicted; Nor has He hidden His face from him; But when he cried to Him for help, He heard.
  5. From You comes my praise in the great assembly; I shall pay my vows before those who fear Him.
 
 
  1. 谦卑的人必吃得饱足。寻求耶和华的人必赞美他。愿你们的心永远活着。
  2. 地的四极，都要想念耶和华，并且归顺他。列国的万族，都要在你面前敬拜。
  3. 因为国权是耶和华的。他是管理万国的。
  4. 地上一切丰肥的人，必吃喝而敬拜。凡下到尘土中不能存活自己性命的人，都要在他面前下拜。
  5. 他必有后裔事奉他。主所行的事，必传与后代。
  1. The afflicted will eat and be satisfied; Those who seek Him will praise the LORD Let your heart live forever!
  2. All the ends of the earth will remember and turn to the LORD, And all the families of the nations will worship before You.
  3. For the kingdom is the LORD'S And He rules over the nations.
  4. All the prosperous of the earth will eat and worship, All those who go down to the dust will bow before Him, Even he who cannot keep his soul alive.
  5. Posterity will serve Him; It will be told of the Lord to the coming generation.
 
 
  1. 他们必来把他的公义传给将要生的民，言明这事是他所行的。
  1. They will come and will declare His righteousness To a people who will be born, that He has performed it.
