诗篇 30 [简体:NASB]   
 
  1. 耶和华阿，我要尊崇你，因为你曾提拔我，不叫仇敌向我夸耀。
  2. 耶和华我的神阿，我曾呼求你，你医治了我。
  3. 耶和华阿，你曾把我的灵魂从阴间救上来，使我存活，不至于下坑。
  4. 耶和华的圣民哪，你们要歌颂他，称赞他可记念的圣名。
  5. 因为他的怒气不过是转眼之间。他的恩典乃是一生之久。一宿虽然有哭泣，早晨便必欢呼。
  1. I will extol You, O LORD, for You have lifted me up, And have not let my enemies rejoice over me.
  2. O LORD my God, I cried to You for help, and You healed me.
  3. O LORD, You have brought up my soul from Sheol; You have kept me alive, that I would not go down to the pit.
  4. Sing praise to the LORD, you His godly ones, And give thanks to His holy name.
  5. For His anger is but for a moment, His favor is for a lifetime; Weeping may last for the night, But a shout of joy comes in the morning.
 
 
  1. 至于我，我凡事平顺，便说，我永不动摇。
  2. 耶和华阿，你曾施恩，叫我的江山稳固。你掩了面，我就惊惶。
  3. 耶和华阿，我曾求告你。我向耶和华恳求，说，
  4. 我被害流血，下到坑中，有什么益处呢。尘土岂能称赞你，传说你的诚实麽。
  5. 耶和华阿，求你应允我，怜恤我。耶和华阿，求你帮助我。
  1. Now as for me, I said in my prosperity, "I will never be moved."
  2. O LORD, by Your favor You have made my mountain to stand strong; You hid Your face, I was dismayed.
  3. To You, O LORD, I called, And to the Lord I made supplication:
  4. "What profit is there in my blood, if I go down to the pit? Will the dust praise You? Will it declare Your faithfulness?
  5. "Hear, O LORD, and be gracious to me; O LORD, be my helper."
 
 
  1. 你已将我的哀哭变为跳舞，将我的麻衣脱去，给我披上喜乐。
  2. 好叫我的灵（原文作荣耀）歌颂你，并不住声。耶和华我的神阿，我要称谢你，直到永远。
  1. You have turned for me my mourning into dancing; You have loosed my sackcloth and girded me with gladness,
  2. That my soul may sing praise to You and not be silent O LORD my God, I will give thanks to You forever.
