  1. How blessed is he whose transgression is forgiven, Whose sin is covered!
  2. How blessed is the man to whom the LORD does not impute iniquity, And in whose spirit there is no deceit!
  3. When I kept silent about my sin, my body wasted away Through my groaning all day long.
  4. For day and night Your hand was heavy upon me; My vitality was drained away as with the fever heat of summer. Selah.
  5. I acknowledged my sin to You, And my iniquity I did not hide; I said, "I will confess my transgressions to the LORD"; And You forgave the guilt of my sin. Selah.
  1. （大卫的训诲诗）得赦免其过，遮盖其罪的，这人是有福的。
  2. 凡心里没有诡诈，耶和华不算为有罪的，这人是有福的。
  3. 我闭口不认罪的时候，因终日唉哼，而骨头枯乾。
  4. 黑夜白日，你的手在我身上沉重。我的精液耗尽，如同夏天的乾旱。（细拉）
  5. 我向你陈明我的罪，不隐瞒我的恶。我说，我要向耶和华承认我的过犯，你就赦免我的罪。（细拉）
 
 
  1. Therefore, let everyone who is godly pray to You in a time when You may be found; Surely in a flood of great waters they will not reach him.
  2. You are my hiding place; You preserve me from trouble; You surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah.
  3. I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you should go; I will counsel you with My eye upon you.
  4. Do not be as the horse or as the mule which have no understanding, Whose trappings include bit and bridle to hold them in check, Otherwise they will not come near to you.
  5. Many are the sorrows of the wicked, But he who trusts in the LORD, lovingkindness shall surround him.
  1. 为此，凡虔诚人，都当趁你可寻梢的时候祷告你。大水泛溢的时候，必不能到他那里。
  2. 你是我藏身之处。你必保佑我脱离苦难，以得救的乐歌，四面环绕我。（细拉）
  3. 我要教导你，指示你当行的路。我要定睛在你身上劝戒你。
  4. 你不可像那无知的骡马，必用嚼环辔头勒住他，不然，就不能顺服。
  5. 恶人必多受苦楚。唯独倚靠耶和华的，必有慈爱四面环绕他。
 
 
  1. Be glad in the LORD and rejoice, you righteous ones; And shout for joy, all you who are upright in heart.
  1. 你们义人应当靠耶和华欢喜快乐。你们心里正直的人，都当欢呼。
