Psalms 39 [NASB:简体]   
 
  1. I said, "I will guard my ways That I may not sin with my tongue; I will guard my mouth as with a muzzle While the wicked are in my presence."
  2. I was mute and silent, I refrained even from good, And my sorrow grew worse.
  3. My heart was hot within me, While I was musing the fire burned; Then I spoke with my tongue:
  4. "LORD, make me to know my end And what is the extent of my days; Let me know how transient I am.
  5. "Behold, You have made my days as handbreadths, And my lifetime as nothing in Your sight; Surely every man at his best is a mere breath. Selah.
  1. （大卫的诗，交与伶长耶杜顿）我曾说，我要谨慎我的言行，免得我舌头犯罪。恶人在我面前的时候，我要用嚼回环勒住我的口。
  2. 我默然无声，连好话也不出口。我的愁苦就发动了。
  3. 我的心在我里面发热。我默想的时候，火就烧起，我便用舌头说话。
  4. 耶和华阿，求你叫我晓得我身之终，我的寿数几何，叫我知道我的生命不长。
  5. 你使我的年日，窄如手掌。我一生的年数，在你面前，如同无有。各人最稳妥的时候，真是全然虚幻。（细拉）
 
 
  1. "Surely every man walks about as a phantom; Surely they make an uproar for nothing; He amasses riches and does not know who will gather them.
  2. "And now, Lord, for what do I wait? My hope is in You.
  3. "Deliver me from all my transgressions; Make me not the reproach of the foolish.
  4. "I have become mute, I do not open my mouth, Because it is You who have done it.
  5. "Remove Your plague from me; Because of the opposition of Your hand I am perishing.
  1. 世人行动实系幻影。他们忙乱，真是枉然。积蓄财宝，不知将来有谁收取。
  2. 主阿，如今我等什么呢。我的指望在乎你。
  3. 求你救我脱离一切的过犯。不要使我受愚顽人的羞辱。
  4. 因我所遭遇的是出于你，我默然不语。
  5. 求你把你的责罚，从我身上免去。因你手的责打，我便消灭。
 
 
  1. "With reproofs You chasten a man for iniquity; You consume as a moth what is precious to him; Surely every man is a mere breath. Selah.
  2. "Hear my prayer, O LORD, and give ear to my cry; Do not be silent at my tears; For I am a stranger with You, A sojourner like all my fathers.
  3. "Turn Your gaze away from me, that I may smile again Before I depart and am no more."
  1. 你因人的罪恶，惩罚他的时候，叫他的笑容消灭，（的笑容或作所喜爱的）如衣被虫所咬。世人真是虚幻。（细拉）
  2. 耶和华阿。求你听我的祷告，留心听我的呼求。我流泪，求你不要静默无声。因为我在你面前是客旅，是寄居的，像我列祖一般。
  3. 求你宽容我，使我在去而不返之先，可以力量复原。
