  1. Hear my prayer, O LORD; let my cry for help come to you.
  2. Do not hide your face from me when I am in distress. Turn your ear to me; when I call, answer me quickly.
  3. For my days vanish like smoke; my bones burn like glowing embers.
  4. My heart is blighted and withered like grass; I forget to eat my food.
  5. Because of my loud groaning I am reduced to skin and bones.
  1. (困苦人发昏的时候,在耶和华面前吐露苦情的祷告)耶和华阿,求你听我的祷告,容我的呼求达到你面前。
  2. 我在急难的日子,求你向我侧耳,不要向我掩面。我呼求的日子,求你快快应允我。
  3. 因为,我的年日如烟云消灭,我的骨头,如火把烧着。
  4. 我的心被伤,如草枯乾,甚至我忘记吃饭。
  5. 因我唉哼的声音,我的肉紧贴骨头。
 
 
  1. I am like a desert owl, like an owl among the ruins.
  2. I lie awake; I have become like a bird alone on a roof.
  3. All day long my enemies taunt me; those who rail against me use my name as a curse.
  4. For I eat ashes as my food and mingle my drink with tears
  5. because of your great wrath, for you have taken me up and thrown me aside.
  1. 我如同旷野的鹈鹕。我好像荒场的??鸟。
  2. 我儆醒不睡。我像房顶上孤单的麻雀。
  3. 我的仇敌终日辱骂我。向我猖狂的人指着我赌咒。
  4. 我吃过炉灰,如同吃饭。我所喝的与眼泪搀杂。
  5. 这都因你的恼恨和忿怒。你把我拾起来,又把我摔下去。
 
 
  1. My days are like the evening shadow; I wither away like grass.
  2. But you, O LORD, sit enthroned forever; your renown endures through all generations.
  3. You will arise and have compassion on Zion, for it is time to show favor to her; the appointed time has come.
  4. For her stones are dear to your servants; her very dust moves them to pity.
  5. The nations will fear the name of the LORD, all the kings of the earth will revere your glory.
  1. 我的年日,如日偏斜。我也如草枯乾。
  2. 惟你耶和华必存到永远。你可记念的名,也存到万代。
  3. 你必起来怜恤锡安,因现在饲可怜她的时候。日期已经到了。
  4. 你的仆人原来喜悦她的石头,可怜她的尘土。
  5. 列国要敬畏耶和华的名。世上诸王都敬畏你的荣耀。
 
 
  1. For the LORD will rebuild Zion and appear in his glory.
  2. He will respond to the prayer of the destitute; he will not despise their plea.
  3. Let this be written for a future generation, that a people not yet created may praise the LORD :
  4. "The LORD looked down from his sanctuary on high, from heaven he viewed the earth,
  5. to hear the groans of the prisoners and release those condemned to death."
  1. 因为耶和华建造了锡安,在他荣耀里显现。
  2. 他垂听穷人的祷告,并不藐视他们的祈求。
  3. 这必为后代的人记下。将来受造的民,要赞美耶和华。
  4. 因为他从至高的圣所垂看。耶和华从天向地观察。
  5. 要垂听被囚之人的叹息。要释放将要死的人。
 
 
  1. So the name of the LORD will be declared in Zion and his praise in Jerusalem
  2. when the peoples and the kingdoms assemble to worship the LORD.
  3. In the course of my life he broke my strength; he cut short my days.
  4. So I said: "Do not take me away, O my God, in the midst of my days; your years go on through all generations.
  5. In the beginning you laid the foundations of the earth, and the heavens are the work of your hands.
  1. 使人在锡安传扬耶和华的名,在耶路撒冷传扬赞美他的话。
  2. 就是在万民和列国聚会事奉耶和华的时候。
  3. 他使我的力量,中道衰弱,使我的年日短少。
  4. 我说,我的神阿,不要使我中年去世。你的年数世世无穷。
  5. 你起初立了地的根基。天也是你手所造的。
 
 
  1. They will perish, but you remain; they will all wear out like a garment. Like clothing you will change them and they will be discarded.
  2. But you remain the same, and your years will never end.
  3. The children of your servants will live in your presence; their descendants will be established before you."
  1. 天地都要灭没,你却要长存。天地都要如外衣渐渐旧了。你要将天地如里衣更换,天地就改变了。
  2. 惟有你永不改变。你的年数,没有穷尽。
  3. 你仆人的子孙要长存。他们的后裔,要坚立在你面前。
