  1. （上行之诗）我要向山举目。我的帮助从何而来。
  2. 我的帮助从造天地的耶和华而来。
  3. 他必不叫你的脚摇动。保护你的必不打盹。
  4. 保护以色列的，也不打盹，也不睡觉。
  5. 保护你的是耶和华。耶和华在你的右边荫庇你。
  1. I lift up my eyes to the hills-- where does my help come from?
  2. My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth.
  3. He will not let your foot slip-- he who watches over you will not slumber;
  4. indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep.
  5. The LORD watches over you-- the LORD is your shade at your right hand;
 
 
  1. 白日太阳必不伤你，夜间月亮必不害你。
  2. 耶和华要保护你，免受一切的灾害。他要保护你的性命。
  3. 你出你入耶和华要保护你，从今时直到永远。
  1. the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night.
  2. The LORD will keep you from all harm-- he will watch over your life;
  3. the LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.
