  1. （上行之诗）以色列当说，从我幼年以来，敌人屡次苦害我，
  2. 从我幼年以来，敌人屡次苦害我，却没有胜了我。
  3. 如同扶犁的在我背上扶犁而耕，耕的犁沟甚长。
  4. 耶和华是公义的。他砍断了恶人的绳索。
  5. 愿恨恶锡安的，都蒙羞退后。
  1. They have greatly oppressed me from my youth-- let Israel say-
  2. they have greatly oppressed me from my youth, but they have not gained the victory over me.
  3. Plowmen have plowed my back and made their furrows long.
  4. But the LORD is righteous; he has cut me free from the cords of the wicked.
  5. May all who hate Zion be turned back in shame.
 
 
  1. 愿他们像房顶上的草，未长成而枯乾。
  2. 收割的不够一把，捆禾的也不满怀。
  3. 过路的也不说，愿耶和华所赐的福，归与你们。我们奉耶和华的名，给你们祝福。
  1. May they be like grass on the roof, which withers before it can grow;
  2. with it the reaper cannot fill his hands, nor the one who gathers fill his arms.
  3. May those who pass by not say, "The blessing of the LORD be upon you; we bless you in the name of the LORD."
