  1. （上行之诗）耶和华阿，我从深处向你求告。
  2. 主阿，求你听我的声音。愿你侧耳听我恳求的声音。
  3. 主耶和华阿，你若究察罪孽，谁能站得住呢。
  4. 但在你有赦免之恩，要叫人敬畏你。
  5. 我等候耶和华，我的心等候。我也仰望他的话。
  1. Out of the depths have I cried unto thee, O LORD.
  2. Lord, hear my voice: let thine ears be attentive to the voice of my supplications.
  3. If thou, LORD, shouldest mark iniquities, O Lord, who shall stand?
  4. But there is forgiveness with thee, that thou mayest be feared.
  5. I wait for the LORD, my soul doth wait, and in his word do I hope.
 
 
  1. 我的心等候主，胜于守夜的，等候天亮，胜于守夜的，等候天亮。
  2. 以色列阿，你当仰望耶和华。因他有慈爱，有丰盛的救恩。
  3. 他必救赎以色列脱离一切的罪孽。
  1. My soul waiteth for the Lord more than they that watch for the morning: I say, more than they that watch for the morning.
  2. Let Israel hope in the LORD: for with the LORD there is mercy, and with him is plenteous redemption.
  3. And he shall redeem Israel from all his iniquities.
