- 자기들을 원수의 손에서 구해 주시던 그 날, 그 힘을 그들은 까맣게 잊어버렸다.
- 하느님께서는 이집트에서 표적을 보이셨고 소안 평야에서 기적을 이루셨으니,
- 그들의 강물을 피로 바꾸시어 어디에서도 흐르는 물을 마실 수 없게 하셨다.
- 등에를 쏟아놓아 물게 하셨고 개구리를 풀어놓아 황폐케 하셨다.
- 그들의 소출을 누리떼에게 내주셨고, 애써 가꾼 곡식을 메뚜기떼에게 주셨으며,

- They remembered not his hand, nor the day when he delivered them from the enemy.
- How he had wrought his signs in Egypt, and his wonders in the field of Zoan.
- And had turned their rivers into blood; and their floods, that they could not drink.
- He sent divers sorts of flies among them, which devoured them; and frogs, which destroyed them.
- He gave also their increase unto the caterpiller, and their labour unto the locust.

- 우박으로 그들의 포도밭을, 서리로 무화과나무들을 두들기시고
- 우박으로 그들의 가축들을, 양떼들을 벼락으로 때리셨다.
- 그들에게 진노의 불을 쏟으셨고 분노와 노여움으로 재앙을 내리셨으니 곧 그들에게 재앙의 천사들을 보내신 것이다.
- 당신 분노의 길을 터놓으신 것이니, 그들의 목숨을 죽음에서 건져내지 아니하시고 그들의 생명을 염병에 부치셨다.
- 이집트의 모든 맏아들을, 그 민족의 꽃이라는 맏아들들을 함의 천막에서 모두 죽이셨다.

- He destroyed their vines with hail, and their sycomore trees with frost.
- He gave up their cattle also to the hail, and their flocks to hot thunderbolts.
- He cast upon them the fierceness of his anger, wrath, and indignation, and trouble, by sending evil angels among them.
- He made a way to his anger; he spared not their soul from death, but gave their life over to the pestilence;
- And smote all the firstborn in Egypt; the chief of their strength in the tabernacles of Ham:

- 그리고 당신 백성을 양떼처럼 이끌어내시어 가축떼처럼 사막에서 인도하셨다.

- But made his own people to go forth like sheep, and guided them in the wilderness like a flock.
