- 계곡마다 샘물을 터뜨리시어 산과 산 사이로 흐르게 하시니
- 들짐승들이 모두 마시고 목마른 나귀들도 목을 축입니다.
- 하늘의 새들이 그 가까운 곳에 깃들이고 나뭇가지 사이에서 지저귑니다.
- 높은 궁궐에서 산 위에 물을 쏟으시니 온 땅이 손수 내신 열매로 한껏 배부릅니다.
- 짐승들이 먹을 풀을 기르시고 사람이 농사지어 땅에서 양식을 얻도록 곡식을 또한 가꾸셨습니다.

- He sendeth the springs into the valleys, which run among the hills.
- They give drink to every beast of the field: the wild asses quench their thirst.
- By them shall the fowls of the heaven have their habitation, which sing among the branches.
- He watereth the hills from his chambers: the earth is satisfied with the fruit of thy works.
- He causeth the grass to grow for the cattle, and herb for the service of man: that he may bring forth food out of the earth;

- 사람의 마음을 즐겁게 하는 포도주도 내시고 얼굴에 윤기 내는 기름도 내시고 힘을 돋우어주는 양식도 내셨습니다.
- 야훼의 나무들은 배부르게 마시니, 손수 심으신 레바논의 송백은
- 새들이 거기에 깃들이고 그 꼭대기엔 황새가 집을 짓사옵니다.
- 높은 산은 산양들의 차지, 바위틈은 오소리의 피신처.
- 때를 가늠하도록 달을 만드시고 해에게는 그 질 곳을 일러주셨습니다.

- And wine that maketh glad the heart of man, and oil to make his face to shine, and bread which strengtheneth man's heart.
- The trees of the LORD are full of sap; the cedars of Lebanon, which he hath planted;
- Where the birds make their nests: as for the stork, the fir trees are her house.
- The high hills are a refuge for the wild goats; and the rocks for the conies.
- He appointed the moon for seasons: the sun knoweth his going down.

- 어둠을 드리우시니 그것이 밤, 숲 속의 온갖 짐승들이 움직이는 때,
- 사자들은 하느님께 먹이를 달라고 소리지르며 사냥을 하다가도
- 해가 돋으면 스스로 물러가 제자리로 돌아가 잠자리 찾고
- 사람은 일하러 나와서 저물도록 수고합니다.

- Thou makest darkness, and it is night: wherein all the beasts of the forest do creep forth.
- The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their meat from God.
- The sun ariseth, they gather themselves together, and lay them down in their dens.
- Man goeth forth unto his work and to his labour until the evening.
