역대상 7:1-8:40

 잇사갈, 베냐민, 납달리, 에브라임, 아셀, 요단 서편 므낫세 반 지파의 족보가 기록되어 있다. 또한, 베냐민 지파 중에서도 에훗과 사울을 중심으로 한 족보와 요나단의 후손들에 관한 족보가 상세히 기록되어 있다.
  
  북방에 정착한 지파들의 족보(7:1-7:40)    
 
  1. 이싸갈의 아들은 돌라, 부아, 야숩, 시므론, 이상 넷이다.
  2. 돌라의 아들은 우찌, 르바이야, 여리엘, 야흐매, 입삼, 스무엘인데, 이들은 힘있는 장사로서 돌라 가문의 수령들이었다. 다윗 시대의 족보에 등록된 그들의 수효는 이만 이천육백 명이었다.
  3. 우찌의 아들은 이즈라히야, 이즈라히야의 아들은 미가엘, 오바디야, 요엘, 이씨야, 이 다섯은 모두 수령들이었다.
  4. 이 일족들은 유난히 부인들도 많고 자식들도 많았다. 이 수령들의 지휘를 받는 군대를 족보별 가문별로 편성하고 보니 모두 삼만 육천 명이나 되었다.
  5. 이싸갈의 여러 씨족에 등록된 군인의 수는 모두 팔만 칠천 명이었다.
  1. Now the sons of Issachar were, Tola, and Puah, Jashub, and Shimrom, four.
  2. And the sons of Tola; Uzzi, and Rephaiah, and Jeriel, and Jahmai, and Jibsam, and Shemuel, heads of their father's house, to wit, of Tola: they were valiant men of might in their generations; whose number was in the days of David two and twenty thousand and six hundred.
  3. And the sons of Uzzi; Izrahiah: and the sons of Izrahiah; Michael, and Obadiah, and Joel, Ishiah, five: all of them chief men.
  4. And with them, by their generations, after the house of their fathers, were bands of soldiers for war, six and thirty thousand men: for they had many wives and sons.
  5. And their brethren among all the families of Issachar were valiant men of might, reckoned in all by their genealogies fourscore and seven thousand.
  1. 베냐민의 아들은 벨라, 베겔, 여디아엘, 이상 셋이다.
  2. 벨라의 아들은 에스본, 우찌, 우찌엘, 여리못, 이리, 이상 다섯이다. 이들은 힘있는 장사로서 각 가문의 수령이었다. 등록된 군인의 수효는 이만 이천삼십사 명이었다.
  3. 베겔의 아들은 즈미라, 요아스, 엘리에젤, 엘요에내, 오므리, 여레못, 아비야, 아나돗, 알레멧. 이들이 모두 베겔의 아들이었다.
  4. 각 가문의 수령과 군인들을 족보별로 등록하고 보니, 모두 이만 이백 명이었다.
  5. 여디아엘의 아들은 빌한, 빌한의 아들은 여우스, 베냐민, 에훗, 그나아나, 제단, 다르싯, 아히사할.
  1. The sons of Benjamin; Bela, and Becher, and Jediael, three.
  2. And the sons of Bela; Ezbon, and Uzzi, and Uzziel, and Jerimoth, and Iri, five; heads of the house of their fathers, mighty men of valour; and were reckoned by their genealogies twenty and two thousand and thirty and four.
  3. And the sons of Becher; Zemira, and Joash, and Eliezer, and Elioenai, and Omri, and Jerimoth, and Abiah, and Anathoth, and Alameth. All these are the sons of Becher.
  4. And the number of them, after their genealogy by their generations, heads of the house of their fathers, mighty men of valour, was twenty thousand and two hundred.
  5. The sons also of Jediael; Bilhan: and the sons of Bilhan; Jeush, and Benjamin, and Ehud, and Chenaanah, and Zethan, and Tharshish, and Ahishahar.
  1. 이들이 모두 여디아엘의 아들이었다. 각 가문의 수령에다 힘센 장정들까지 합하여, 싸움에 나갈 수 있는 군인은 모두 일만 칠천 이백 명이었다.
  2. 그 밖에도 수빔과 후빔이 있었다. 단의 아들은 후심 하나뿐이었다.
  3. 납달리의 아들은 야시엘, 구니, 예셀, 살룸. 이상은 빌하의 몸에서 얻은 후손들이다.
  4. 므나쎄는 아람인 소실의 몸에서 아스리엘을 보았다. 그 소실은 길르앗을 세운 마길도 낳았다.
  5. 마길은 마아가라는 아내를 맞았다. 그에게는 몰레겟이라는 누이가 있었다. 므나쎄의 둘째 아들의 이름은 슬롭핫이었는데, 그에게는 딸밖에 없었다.
  1. All these the sons of Jediael, by the heads of their fathers, mighty men of valour, were seventeen thousand and two hundred soldiers, fit to go out for war and battle.
  2. Shuppim also, and Huppim, the children of Ir, and Hushim, the sons of Aher.
  3. The sons of Naphtali; Jahziel, and Guni, and Jezer, and Shallum, the sons of Bilhah.
  4. The sons of Manasseh; Ashriel, whom she bare: (but his concubine the Aramitess bare Machir the father of Gilead:
  5. And Machir took to wife the sister of Huppim and Shuppim, whose sister's name was Maachah;) and the name of the second was Zelophehad: and Zelophehad had daughters.
  1. 마길의 아내 마아가는 아들을 낳고 베레스라는 이름을 붙여주었다. 베레스에게는 세레스라는 아우가 있었는데, 그는 울람과 라켐이라는 아들을 두었다.
  2. 울람의 아들은 브단이다. 이상이 므나쎄의 손자요, 마길의 아들인 길르앗의 후손이다.
  3. 마길의 누이 몰레겟은 이스홋, 아비에젤, 마흘라를 낳았다.
  4. 스미다의 아들은 아히안, 세겜, 리크히, 아니암이다.
  5. 에브라임의 아들은 수델라, 그 다음 대는 베렛, 그 다음 대는 다핫, 그 다음 대는 엘라다, 그 다음 대는 다핫,
  1. And Maachah the wife of Machir bare a son, and she called his name Peresh; and the name of his brother was Sheresh; and his sons were Ulam and Rakem.
  2. And the sons of Ulam; Bedan. These were the sons of Gilead, the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh.
  3. And his sister Hammoleketh bare Ishod, and Abiezer, and Mahalah.
  4. And the sons of Shemidah were, Ahian, and Shechem, and Likhi, and Aniam.
  5. And the sons of Ephraim; Shuthelah, and Bered his son, and Tahath his son, and Eladah his son, and Tahath his son,
  1. 그 다음 대는 자밧, 그 다음 대는 수델라. 에브라임은 수델라 외에 에제르와 엘르앗이라는 아들이 있었는데, 그들은 갓 사람들이 사는 데 내려가서 가축을 약탈하려다가 맞아죽었다.
  2. 아버지 에브라임은 이 일을 두고 오래 슬퍼하였으므로 친척들이 찾아와서 위로하였다.
  3. 그 후 에브라임은 아내와 한자리에 들었다. 아내가 임신하여 아들을 낳자, 그는 집안에 액운이 있었다고 하여 아들의 이름을 브리아라 지었다.

  3. And when he went in to his wife, she conceived, and bare a son, and he called his name Beriah, because it went evil with his house.
  4. (And his daughter was Sherah, who built Bethhoron the nether, and the upper, and Uzzensherah.)
  5. And Rephah was his son, also Resheph, and Telah his son, and Tahan his son.
  1. 그 다음 대는 라아단, 그 다음 대는 암미훗, 그 다음 대는 엘리사마,
  2. 그 다음 대는 눈, 그 다음 대는 여호수아이다.
  3. 에브라임의 후손들은 베델과 거기에 딸린 촌락들, 거기에서 동쪽에 있는 나아란, 서쪽에 있는 게젤과 거기에 딸린 촌락들, 세겜과 거기에 딸린 촌락들, 아야와 거기에 딸린 촌락들에 흩어져 살았다.
  4. 므나쎄의 후손들은 벳스안과 거기에 딸린 촌락들, 다아낙과 거기에 딸린 촌락들, 므기또와 거기에 딸린 촌락들, 도르와 거기에 딸린 촌락들을 손안에 넣었다. 이상 여러 곳에서 이스라엘의 아들 요셉의 후손들이 살았다.
  5. 아셀은 임나, 이스와, 이스위, 브리아라는 아들과 세라라는 딸을 두었다.
  1. Laadan his son, Ammihud his son, Elishama his son.
  2. Non his son, Jehoshuah his son.
  3. And their possessions and habitations were, Bethel and the towns thereof, and eastward Naaran, and westward Gezer, with the towns thereof; Shechem also and the towns thereof, unto Gaza and the towns thereof:
  4. And by the borders of the children of Manasseh, Bethshean and her towns, Taanach and her towns, Megiddo and her towns, Dor and her towns. In these dwelt the children of Joseph the son of Israel.
  5. The sons of Asher; Imnah, and Isuah, and Ishuai, and Beriah, and Serah their sister.
  1. 브리아는 헤벨과 말기엘이라는 아들을 두었는데, 이 말기엘이 바로 비르자윗을 세운 사람이다.
  2. 헤벨은 야블렛, 소멜, 호담이라는 아들과 수아라는 딸을 낳았다.
  3. 야블렛의 아들은 바삭, 빔할, 아스왓, 이상이 야블렛의 아들들이다.
  4. 소멜의 아들은 아히, 로흐가, 여후빠, 아람,
  5. 소멜의 아우 호담의 아들은 소바, 임나, 셀레스, 아말,
  1. And the sons of Beriah; Heber, and Malchiel, who is the father of Birzavith.
  2. And Heber begat Japhlet, and Shomer, and Hotham, and Shua their sister.
  3. And the sons of Japhlet; Pasach, and Bimhal, and Ashvath. These are the children of Japhlet.
  4. And the sons of Shamer; Ahi, and Rohgah, Jehubbah, and Aram.
  5. And the sons of his brother Helem; Zophah, and Imna, and Shelesh, and Amal.
  1. 소바의 아들은 수아, 하르네벨, 수알, 베리, 이므라,
  2. 베셀, 호드, 삼마, 실사, 이드란, 브에라,
  3. 예델의 아들은 여분네, 비스바, 으라,
  4. 울라의 아들은 아라, 한니엘, 리스야.
  5. 이들은 모두 아셀의 후손으로서 각 가문의 수령들이요, 출중한 인물들이요, 힘센 장사들이요, 으뜸가는 대표들이었다. 출전할 수 있는 군인의 수효는 이만 육천 명이었다.
  1. The sons of Zophah; Suah, and Harnepher, and Shual, and Beri, and Imrah,
  2. Bezer, and Hod, and Shamma, and Shilshah, and Ithran, and Beera.
  3. And the sons of Jether; Jephunneh, and Pispah, and Ara.
  4. And the sons of Ulla; Arah, and Haniel, and Rezia.
  5. All these were the children of Asher, heads of their father's house, choice and mighty men of valour, chief of the princes. And the number throughout the genealogy of them that were apt to the war and to battle was twenty and six thousand men.
 
  베냐민 지파의 족보(8:1-8:40)    
 
  1. 베냐민의 아들은, 맏아들 벨라, 둘째 아스벨, 셋째 아흐라,
  2. 넷째 노하, 다섯째 라바.
  3. 벨라의 아들은 아딸, 에훗의 아버지 게라,
  4. 아비수아, 나아만, 아호아,
  5. 게라, 스부반, 후람.
  1. Now Benjamin begat Bela his firstborn, Ashbel the second, and Aharah the third,
  2. Nohah the fourth, and Rapha the fifth.
  3. And the sons of Bela were, Addar, and Gera, and Abihud,
  4. And Abishua, and Naaman, and Ahoah,
  5. And Gera, and Shephuphan, and Huram.
  1. 에훗의 후손은 다음과 같다. 게바에서 살다가 마나핫으로 사로잡혀 간 각 가문의 수령들은
  2. 나아만, 아히야, 게라인데, 이 게라가 바로 그들을 사로잡아 간 장본인이다. 게라는 우짜와 아히훗을 낳았다.
  3. 사하라임은 모압 평야에 있을 때 소실에게서 마하삼과 바아라 둘을 얻었다.
  4. 본처 호데스의 몸에서 낳은 아들은 요밥, 시브야, 메사, 말감,
  5. 여우스, 사크야, 미르마였다. 이상이 이 가문의 수령들이었다.
  1. And these are the sons of Ehud: these are the heads of the fathers of the inhabitants of Geba, and they removed them to Manahath:
  2. And Naaman, and Ahiah, and Gera, he removed them, and begat Uzza, and Ahihud.
  3. And Shaharaim begat children in the country of Moab, after he had sent them away; Hushim and Baara were his wives.
  4. And he begat of Hodesh his wife, Jobab, and Zibia, and Mesha, and Malcham,
  5. And Jeuz, and Shachia, and Mirma. These were his sons, heads of the fathers.
  1. 마하삼은 아비툽과 엘바알을 낳았다.
  2. 엘바알의 아들은 에벨, 미삼, 사멧인데, 이 사멧이 바로 오노를 세우고 롯과 거기에 딸린 촌락들을 세운 사람이다.
  3. 브리아와 세마는 아이얄론에 사는 가문들의 수령으로서 갓 주민을 쫓아낸 사람들이다.
  4. 아효, 사삭, 여레못,
  5. 즈바디야, 아랏, 아델,
  1. And of Hushim he begat Abitub, and Elpaal.
  2. The sons of Elpaal; Eber, and Misham, and Shamed, who built Ono, and Lod, with the towns thereof:
  3. Beriah also, and Shema, who were heads of the fathers of the inhabitants of Aijalon, who drove away the inhabitants of Gath:
  4. And Ahio, Shashak, and Jeremoth,
  5. And Zebadiah, and Arad, and Ader,
  1. 미가엘, 이스바, 요하, 이상이 브리아의 아들들이다.
  2. 즈바디야, 므술람, 히즈키, 헤벨,
  3. 이스므래, 이즐리아, 요밥, 이상이 엘바알의 아들들이다.
  4. 야킴, 지그리, 잡디,
  5. 엘리에내, 실대, 엘리엘,
  1. And Michael, and Ispah, and Joha, the sons of Beriah;
  2. And Zebadiah, and Meshullam, and Hezeki, and Heber,
  3. Ishmerai also, and Jezliah, and Jobab, the sons of Elpaal;
  4. And Jakim, and Zichri, and Zabdi,
  5. And Elienai, and Zilthai, and Eliel,
  1. 아다야, 브라야, 시므랏, 이상이 시므이의 아들들이다.
  2. 이스반, 에벨, 엘리엘,
  3. 압돈, 지그리, 하난,
  4. 하나니야, 엘람, 안도디야,
  5. 입드야, 브누엘, 이상이 사삭의 아들들이다.
  1. And Adaiah, and Beraiah, and Shimrath, the sons of Shimhi;
  2. And Ishpan, and Heber, and Eliel,
  3. And Abdon, and Zichri, and Hanan,
  4. And Hananiah, and Elam, and Antothijah,
  5. And Iphedeiah, and Penuel, the sons of Shashak;
  1. 삼스래, 스하랴, 아달리야,
  2. 야아레시야, 엘리야, 지그리, 이상이 여로함의 아들들이다.
  3. 족보별로 본 각 가문의 수령들은 위와 같다. 이들은 예루살렘에서 살았다.
  4. 기브온에 여이엘이라는 사람이 있었는데, 그는 기브온을 세운 사람으로서 마아가라는 아내와 살았다.
  5. 그의 맏아들은 압돈이요, 그 아래로 수르, 키스, 바알, 나답,
  1. And Shamsherai, and Shehariah, and Athaliah,
  2. And Jaresiah, and Eliah, and Zichri, the sons of Jeroham.
  3. These were heads of the fathers, by their generations, chief men. These dwelt in Jerusalem.
  4. And at Gibeon dwelt the father of Gibeon; whose wife's name was Maachah:
  5. And his firstborn son Abdon, and Zur, and Kish, and Baal, and Nadab,
  1. 그돌, 아효, 제겔, 미클롯이 있었다.
  2. 미클롯은 시므아를 낳았는데, 그의 일가도 다른 일족들을 마주보고 예루살렘에서 살았다.
  3. 넬은 키스를 낳았고 키스는 사울을 낳았다. 사울은 요나단, 말기수아, 아비나답, 에스바알을 낳았다.
  4. 요나단은 므리바알을 낳았고 므리바알은 미가를 낳았다.
  5. 미가는 비돈, 멜렉, 다레아, 아하즈를 낳았다.
  1. And Gedor, and Ahio, and Zacher.
  2. And Mikloth begat Shimeah. And these also dwelt with their brethren in Jerusalem, over against them.
  3. And Ner begat Kish, and Kish begat Saul, and Saul begat Jonathan, and Malchishua, and Abinadab, and Eshbaal.
  4. And the son of Jonathan was Meribbaal; and Meribbaal begat Micah.
  5. And the sons of Micah were, Pithon, and Melech, and Tarea, and Ahaz.
  1. 아하즈는 여호아따를 낳았고 여호아따는 알레멧, 아즈마?, 지므리를 낳았다. 지므리는 모사를 낳았고
  2. 모사는 비느아를 낳았다. 비느아는 라바를, 라바는 엘라사를, 엘라사는 아셀을 낳았다.
  3. 아셀은 여섯 아들을 두었는데 그들의 이름은 아즈리캄, 보크루, 이스마엘, 스아리아, 오바디야, 하난이다. 이 모두가 아셀의 아들들이다.
  4. 아셀의 아우 에섹은 맏아들 울람, 둘째 여우스, 셋째 엘리벨렛을 낳았다.
  5. 울람의 아들들은 활을 잘 쏘는 용사들이었는데 그 자손이 백오십 명이나 되었다. 이상이 모두 베냐민의 후손이다.
  1. And Ahaz begat Jehoadah; and Jehoadah begat Alemeth, and Azmaveth, and Zimri; and Zimri begat Moza,
  2. And Moza begat Binea: Rapha was his son, Eleasah his son, Azel his son:
  3. And Azel had six sons, whose names are these, Azrikam, Bocheru, and Ishmael, and Sheariah, and Obadiah, and Hanan. All these were the sons of Azel.
  4. And the sons of Eshek his brother were, Ulam his firstborn, Jehush the second, and Eliphelet the third.
  5. And the sons of Ulam were mighty men of valour, archers, and had many sons, and sons' sons, an hundred and fifty. All these are of the sons of Benjamin.
