느헤미야 10:1-11:36

 이스라엘 백성들은 하나님의 모든 계명을 지켜 충성할 것을 맹세하는 표시로 인을 치는 일에 동참하였다. 백성의 지도자들은 예루살렘 성에 머물렀으며, 그 남은 백성은 제비를 뽑아 십분의 일은 성에 거하고 나머지는 다른 성읍에 거하였다.
  
  언약의 맹세(10:1-10:39)    
 
  1. 이리하여 우리는 하는 수 없이 맹약을 맺게 되었다. 우리가 그것을 기록하여 봉하고 지도자들과 레위인들과 사제들이 이에 서명하였다.
  2. 그 맹약서에 서명한 사람들은 다음과 같다. 하갈랴의 아들 총독 느헤미야와 시드키야,
  3. 스라야, 아자리야, 예레미야,
  4. 바스후르, 아마리야, 말기야,
  5. 하투스, 스바니야, 말룩,
  1. Now those that sealed were, Nehemiah, the Tirshatha, the son of Hachaliah, and Zidkijah,
  2. Seraiah, Azariah, Jeremiah,
  3. Pashur, Amariah, Malchijah,
  4. Hattush, Shebaniah, Malluch,
  5. Harim, Meremoth, Obadiah,
  1. 하림, 므레못, 오바디야,
  2. 다니엘, 긴느돈, 바룩,
  3. 므술람, 아비야, 미야민,
  4. 마아지야, 빌개, 스마야 등의 사제와
  5. 레위인으로서는 아자니야의 아들 예수아, 헤나닷 일가인 빈누이, 그리고 카드미엘,
  1. Daniel, Ginnethon, Baruch,
  2. Meshullam, Abijah, Mijamin,
  3. Maaziah, Bilgai, Shemaiah: these were the priests.
  4. And the Levites: both Jeshua the son of Azaniah, Binnui of the sons of Henadad, Kadmiel;
  5. And their brethren, Shebaniah, Hodijah, Kelita, Pelaiah, Hanan,
  1. 그들의 일가인 스바냐, 호다야, 클리타, 불라야, 하난,
  2. 미가, 르홉, 하사비야,
  3. 자구르, 세레비야, 스바니야,
  4. 호디야, 바니, 브니누들과,

  1. Micha, Rehob, Hashabiah,

  4. The chief of the people; Parosh, Pahathmoab, Elam, Zatthu, Bani,
  5. Bunni, Azgad, Bebai,
  1. 분니, 아즈갓, 베배,
  2. 아도니야, 비그왜, 아딘,
  3. 아텔, 히즈키야, 아쭈르,
  4. 호디야, 하숨, 베새,
  5. 하립, 아나돗, 네배,
  1. Adonijah, Bigvai, Adin,
  2. Ater, Hizkijah, Azzur,
  3. Hodijah, Hashum, Bezai,
  4. Hariph, Anathoth, Nebai,
  5. Magpiash, Meshullam, Hezir,
  1. 막비앗, 므술람, 헤지르,
  2. 므세자브엘, 사독, 야뚜아,
  3. 불라티야, 하난, 아나야,
  4. 호세아, 하나니야, 하숩,
  5. 할로헷, 빌하, 소벡,
  1. Meshezabeel, Zadok, Jaddua,
  2. Pelatiah, Hanan, Anaiah,
  3. Hoshea, Hananiah, Hashub,
  4. Hallohesh, Pileha, Shobek,
  5. Rehum, Hashabnah, Maaseiah,
  1. 르훔, 하삽나, 마아세야,
  2. 아히야, 하난, 아난,
  3. 말룩, 하림, 바아나 등이었다.
  4. 그 밖에 일반민, 사제, 레위인, 수위, 합창대원, 막일꾼 할 것 없이 아내와 아들 딸에 이르기까지 셈든 사람으로서 다른 나라 백성들과 관계를 끊은 사람들은 모두,
  5. 동족들 가운데 유력한 인사들의 뒤를 밀어주었다. 그래서 그들도 모세에게서 물려받은 법을 따라 우리 주 야훼의 계명과 법령과 규례대로 살기로 하고, 그것을 어기면 저주를 받아도 좋다고 맹세하였다. 그 내용은 아래와 같다.
  1. And Ahijah, Hanan, Anan,
  2. Malluch, Harim, Baanah.
  3. And the rest of the people, the priests, the Levites, the porters, the singers, the Nethinims, and all they that had separated themselves from the people of the lands unto the law of God, their wives, their sons, and their daughters, every one having knowledge, and having understanding;
  4. They clave to their brethren, their nobles, and entered into a curse, and into an oath, to walk in God's law, which was given by Moses the servant of God, and to observe and do all the commandments of the LORD our Lord, and his judgments and his statutes;
  5. And that we would not give our daughters unto the people of the land, not take their daughters for our sons:
  1. "이 땅에 사는 다른 민족 가운데서 사위를 맞이하거나, 며느리를 보지 않을 것.
  2. 이 땅에 사는 다른 민족이 안식일에 곡식이나 그 무엇을 팔러 오더라도 사지 않을 것. 안식일뿐 아니라 어떤 축제일에도 사지 않을 것. 칠 년마다 땅의 소출을 거두어들이지 않을 것. 남에게 빚준 것이 있으면 없애버릴 것."
  3. 우리는 또 다음과 같은 규례를 정하였다. "우리 하느님의 성전 행사를 위하여 해마다 삼분의 일 세겔씩 바칠 것.
  4. 이것은 안식일이나 초하루나 그 밖의 절기 때에 제사 상에 오를 떡, 정기 곡식예물, 정기 번제물 같은 거룩한 제물과 이스라엘의 죄를 벗기는 속죄제물을 마련하는 등 우리 하느님의 성전에서 할 모든 일에 쓸 돈이다.
  5. 사제, 레위인, 일반민 구별없이 가문별로 제비를 뽑아 해마다 정한 때에 우리 하느님의 성전에 장작을 바칠 것. 이것은 법에 있는 대로 우리 하느님 야훼의 제단에서 사를 장작이다.
  1. And if the people of the land bring ware or any victuals on the sabbath day to sell, that we would not buy it of them on the sabbath, or on the holy day: and that we would leave the seventh year, and the exaction of every debt.
  2. Also we made ordinances for us, to charge ourselves yearly with the third part of a shekel for the service of the house of our God;
  3. For the shewbread, and for the continual meat offering, and for the continual burnt offering, of the sabbaths, of the new moons, for the set feasts, and for the holy things, and for the sin offerings to make an atonement for Israel, and for all the work of the house of our God.
  4. And we cast the lots among the priests, the Levites, and the people, for the wood offering, to bring it into the house of our God, after the houses of our fathers, at times appointed year by year, to burn upon the altar of the LORD our God, as it is written in the law:
  5. And to bring the firstfruits of our ground, and the firstfruits of all fruit of all trees, year by year, unto the house of the LORD:
  1. 우리 밭에서 나는 햇곡식과 처음 딴 과일도 해마다 야훼의 성전에 바칠 것.
  2. 법에 있는 대로 맏아들과 처음 난 가축, 곧 처음 난 송아지나 새끼 양을 우리 하느님의 성전에서 봉직하는 사제들에게 바칠 것."
  3. 또 우리는 받들어 드릴 예물로 처음 만든 떡반죽, 갖가지 과일, 햇술, 기름을 우리 하느님의 성전 행랑방의 사제들에게 바치고 우리 밭에서 나는 소출 중 열의 하나는 레위인들의 몫으로 떼어놓기로 하였다. 농사를 지으며 사는 우리의 성읍마다 돌아다니며 그 열의 하나를 거두어들이는 것은 바로 레위인들의 일이다.
  4. 레위인들이 열의 하나를 거둘 때 아론의 후손인 사제 한 사람이 따라다니도록 하였다. 레위인들은 그 거두어들인 열의 하나에서 다시 열의 하나를 떼어 우리 하느님의 성전에 가져다가 성전 창고에 있는 여러 방에 보관시키기로 하였다.
  1. Also the firstborn of our sons, and of our cattle, as it is written in the law, and the firstlings of our herds and of our flocks, to bring to the house of our God, unto the priests that minister in the house of our God:
  2. And that we should bring the firstfruits of our dough, and our offerings, and the fruit of all manner of trees, of wine and of oil, unto the priests, to the chambers of the house of our God; and the tithes of our ground unto the Levites, that the same Levites might have the tithes in all the cities of our tillage.
  3. And the priest the son of Aaron shall be with the Levites, when the Levites take tithes: and the Levites shall bring up the tithe of the tithes unto the house of our God, to the chambers, into the treasure house.
  4. For the children of Israel and the children of Levi shall bring the offering of the corn, of the new wine, and the oil, unto the chambers, where are the vessels of the sanctuary, and the priests that minister, and the porters, and the singers: and we will not forsake the house of our God.
 
  예루살렘의 거주자들(11:1-11:36)    
 
  1. 백성의 지도자들과 일반 백성 가운데 확률이 열의 하나인 제비에 뽑힌 사람들이 이 거룩한 도성 예루살렘에서 살게 되었다. 나머지 아홉은 지방 성읍들에서 살게 되었다.
  2. 예루살렘에서 살겠다고 자원하는 사람도 있었는데 이런 사람은 모두 칭찬을 받았다.
  3. 예루살렘에 자리를 잡은 유다 지방 어른들은 다음과 같다. 다른 이스라엘 사람들은 사제, 레위인, 성전 막일꾼, 솔로몬의 종들의 후손 구별없이 제 땅이 있는 유다 각 성읍에 자리를 잡았다.
  4. 예루살렘에 자리잡은 유다 후손과 베냐민 후손. 유다 후손으로서는 아다야, 그의 아비는 우찌야, 그 윗대는 즈가리야, 그 윗대는 아마리야, 그 윗대는 스바티야, 그 윗대는 마할랄렐, 그 윗대는 베레스.
  5. 다음은 마아세야, 그의 아비는 바룩, 그 윗대는 골호재, 그 윗대는 하자야, 그 윗대는 아다야, 그 윗대는 요야립, 그 윗대는 즈가리야, 그 윗대는 셀라.
  1. And the rulers of the people dwelt at Jerusalem: the rest of the people also cast lots, to bring one of ten to dwell in Jerusalem the holy city, and nine parts to dwell in other cities.
  2. And the people blessed all the men, that willingly offered themselves to dwell at Jerusalem.
  3. Now these are the chief of the province that dwelt in Jerusalem: but in the cities of Judah dwelt every one in his possession in their cities, to wit, Israel, the priests, and the Levites, and the Nethinims, and the children of Solomon's servants.
  4. And at Jerusalem dwelt certain of the children of Judah, and of the children of Benjamin. Of the children of Judah; Athaiah the son of Uzziah, the son of Zechariah, the son of Amariah, the son of Shephatiah, the son of Mahalaleel, of the children of Perez;
  5. And Maaseiah the son of Baruch, the son of Colhozeh, the son of Hazaiah, the son of Adaiah, the son of Joiarib, the son of Zechariah, the son of Shiloni.
  1. 예루살렘에 자리잡은 베레스의 후손 장정은 모두 사백육십팔 명.
  2. 베냐민 후손은 아래와 같다. 살루, 그의 아비는 므술람, 그 윗대는 요엣, 그 윗대는 브다야, 그 윗대는 콜라야, 그 윗대는 마아세야, 그 윗대는 이디엘, 그 윗대는 이사야.
  3. 그의 일가 장정은 구백이십팔 명이었다.
  4. 지그리의 아들 요엘이 그들의 우두머리요, 하쓰누아의 아들 유다가 그 도성의 부장이었다.
  5. 사제로서는 여다야, 요야립, 야긴,
  1. All the sons of Perez that dwelt at Jerusalem were four hundred threescore and eight valiant men.
  2. And these are the sons of Benjamin; Sallu the son of Meshullam, the son of Joed, the son of Pedaiah, the son of Kolaiah, the son of Maaseiah, the son of Ithiel, the son of Jesaiah.
  3. And after him Gabbai, Sallai, nine hundred twenty and eight.
  4. And Joel the son of Zichri was their overseer: and Judah the son of Senuah was second over the city.
  5. Of the priests: Jedaiah the son of Joiarib, Jachin.
  1. 스라야. 스라야의 아비는 힐키야, 그 윗대는 므술람, 그 윗대는 사독, 그 윗대는 므라욧, 그 윗대는 하느님의 성전 책임자였던 아히툽이었다.
  2. 그들의 일가가 성전 일을 책임졌는데 수효는 팔백이십이 명이었다. 또 아다야, 그의 아비는 여로함, 그 윗대는 블랄리야, 그 윗대는 암시, 그 윗대는 즈가리야, 그 윗대는 바스훌, 그 윗대는 말기야.
  3. 그의 일가 각 가문 어른들의 수효는 이백사십이 명이었다. 또 아마새, 그의 아비는 아자렐, 그 윗대는 아하재, 그 윗대는 므실레못, 그 윗대는 임멜.
  4. 그의 일가 용사들의 수효는 백이십팔 명이었다. 그들의 우두머리는 하끄돌림의 아들 잡디엘이었다.
  5. 레위인으로서는 스마야, 그의 아비는 하숩, 그 윗대는 아즈리캄, 그 윗대는 하사비야, 그 윗대는 분니.
  1. Seraiah the son of Hilkiah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Zadok, the son of Meraioth, the son of Ahitub, was the ruler of the house of God.
  2. And their brethren that did the work of the house were eight hundred twenty and two: and Adaiah the son of Jeroham, the son of Pelaliah, the son of Amzi, the son of Zechariah, the son of Pashur, the son of Malchiah.
  3. And his brethren, chief of the fathers, two hundred forty and two: and Amashai the son of Azareel, the son of Ahasai, the son of Meshillemoth, the son of Immer,
  4. And their brethren, mighty men of valour, an hundred twenty and eight: and their overseer was Zabdiel, the son of one of the great men.
  5. Also of the Levites: Shemaiah the son of Hashub, the son of Azrikam, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Bunni;
  1. 레위인 어른들 가운데서 삽대와 요자밧은 하느님의 성전 외무를 맡았다.
  2. 또 마따니야, 그의 아비는 미가, 그 윗대는 잡디, 그 윗대는 아삽. 그는 기도드릴 때 감사 찬양을 부르는 성가대 대장이었다. 부대장은 박부키야였다. 또 압다, 그의 아비는 삼무아, 그 윗대는 갈랄, 그 윗대는 여두둔.
  3. 거룩한 도성에 자리잡은 이들 레위인은 모두 이백팔십사 명이었다.
  4. 수위로서는 아쿱과 탈몬의 일가 백칠십이 명.
  5. 나머지 이스라엘 일반민과 사제와 레위인들은 저마다 자기의 밭이 있는 유다 성읍들에 자리를 잡았다.
  1. And Shabbethai and Jozabad, of the chief of the Levites, had the oversight of the outward business of the house of God.
  2. And Mattaniah the son of Micha, the son of Zabdi, the son of Asaph, was the principal to begin the thanksgiving in prayer: and Bakbukiah the second among his brethren, and Abda the son of Shammua, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun.
  3. All the Levites in the holy city were two hundred fourscore and four.
  4. Moreover the porters, Akkub, Talmon, and their brethren that kept the gates, were an hundred seventy and two.
  5. And the residue of Israel, of the priests, and the Levites, were in all the cities of Judah, every one in his inheritance.
  1. 성전 막일꾼들은 오벨에 자리를 잡았다. 그들을 거느리는 사람은 시하와 기스바였다.
  2. 예루살렘에 자리잡은 레위인들의 우두머리는 우찌였다. 그는 하느님의 성전에서 예배할 때 앞에 나서서 찬양을 했던 아삽의 후손으로서 그의 아비는 바니, 그 윗대는 하사비야, 그 윗대는 마따니야, 그 윗대는 미가였다.
  3. 합창대원들에게는 날마다 어김없이 지킬 어명이 내려져 있었다.
  4. 유다의 아들 제라 후손 가운데서 므세자브엘의 아들 브다히야가 황제의 옆에서 백성 다스리는 일을 거들었다.
  5. 시골 마을들로 말하면, 키럇알바와 거기에 딸린 촌락들, 디본과 거기에 딸린 촌락들, 여캅스엘과 거기에 딸린 촌락들에 유다 후손의 일부가 자리잡았고,
  1. But the Nethinims dwelt in Ophel: and Ziha and Gispa were over the Nethinims.
  2. The overseer also of the Levites at Jerusalem was Uzzi the son of Bani, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Micha. Of the sons of Asaph, the singers were over the business of the house of God.
  3. For it was the king's commandment concerning them, that a certain portion should be for the singers, due for every day.
  4. And Pethahiah the son of Meshezabeel, of the children of Zerah the son of Judah, was at the king's hand in all matters concerning the people.
  5. And for the villages, with their fields, some of the children of Judah dwelt at Kirjatharba, and in the villages thereof, and at Dibon, and in the villages thereof, and at Jekabzeel, and in the villages thereof,
  1. 또 예수아, 몰라다, 벳벨렛,
  2. 하살수알, 브엘세바와 거기에 딸린 촌락들,
  3. 시글락, 므고나와 거기에 딸린 촌락들,
  4. 엔림몬, 소라, 야르뭇,
  5. 자노아, 아둘람과 거기에 딸린 촌락들, 라기스와 거기에 딸린 촌락들, 아제카와 거기에 딸린 촌락들에 자리잡았다. 이렇게 브엘세바에서 힌놈 골짜기에 이르기까지 차지하고 살게 되었다.
  1. And at Jeshua, and at Moladah, and at Bethphelet,
  2. And at Hazarshual, and at Beersheba, and in the villages thereof,
  3. And at Ziklag, and at Mekonah, and in the villages thereof,
  4. And at Enrimmon, and at Zareah, and at Jarmuth,
  5. Zanoah, Adullam, and in their villages, at Lachish, and the fields thereof, at Azekah, and in the villages thereof. And they dwelt from Beersheba unto the valley of Hinnom.
  1. 베냐민 후손이 자리잡은 곳은 게바, 믹마스, 아야, 베델과 거기에 딸린 촌락들,
  2. 아나돗, 놉, 아나니야,
  3. 하솔, 라마, 기따임,
  4. 하딧, 스보임, 느발랏,
  5. 롯, 오노, 대장장이 골짜기였다.
  1. The children also of Benjamin from Geba dwelt at Michmash, and Aija, and Bethel, and in their villages.
  2. And at Anathoth, Nob, Ananiah,
  3. Hazor, Ramah, Gittaim,
  4. Hadid, Zeboim, Neballat,
  5. Lod, and Ono, the valley of craftsmen.
  1. 일부 레위인들은 유다에서 베냐민으로 가서 자리를 잡았다.
  1. And of the Levites were divisions in Judah, and in Benjamin.
