- 나의 애타는 마음을 고백합니다. 이 괴로움을 아뢰옵니다.
- 내가 숨이 넘어갈 듯 허덕일 때, 당신은 나의 앞길을 보살피십니다. 사람들은 나를 잡으려고 내가 가는 길에 덫을 놓았습니다.
- 오른쪽을 살펴보소서. 걱정해 주는 사람 하나 없사옵니다. 도망칠 길마저 모두 막혔는데, 내 목숨을 근심해 주는 사람 하나 없사옵니다.
- 야훼여, 당신 향하여 소리지릅니다. "당신은 나의 피난처 이 세상에서 당신은 나의 모든 것."
