민수기 2:1-3:20

 하나님의 명령에 따라 각 지파는 성막을 중심으로 진을 배치하였다. 성막을 중심으로 동편에는 유다, 잇사갈, 스불론 지파가, 남편에는 르우벤, 시므온, 갓 지파가, 서편에는 에브라임, 므낫세, 베냐민 지파가, 북편에는 단, 아셀, 납달리 지파가 배치되었다.
  
  진 배치(2:1-3:20)    
 
  1. 야훼께서 모세와 아론에게 말씀하셨다.
  2. "이스라엘 백성은 각기 자기가 속한 군대의 깃발 아래 각 가문의 기를 세우고 만남의 장막 둘레에서 조금 떨어져 진을 치도록 하여라.
  3. 해 뜨는 동쪽에는 유다 지파가 부대를 편성하여 기를 앞세우고 진을 친다. 유다족의 지휘관은 암미나답의 아들 나흐손이다.
  4. 그 부대에 소속된 장정은 칠만 사천육백 명이다.
  5. 그 한쪽 옆에는 이싸갈 지파가 진을 친다. 이싸갈족의 지휘관은 수알의 아들 느다넬이다.
  1. Now the LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,
  2. "The sons of Israel shall camp, each by his own standard, with the banners of their fathers' households; they shall camp around the tent of meeting at a distance.
  3. "Now those who camp on the east side toward the sunrise shall be of the standard of the camp of Judah, by their armies, and the leader of the sons of Judah: Nahshon the son of Amminadab,
  4. and his army, even their numbered men, 74,600.
  5. "Those who camp next to him shall be the tribe of Issachar, and the leader of the sons of Issachar: Nethanel the son of Zuar,
  1. 그 부대에 소속된 장정은 오만 사천사백 명이다.
  2. 또 한쪽 옆에는 즈불룬 지파가 진을 친다. 즈불룬족의 지휘관은 헬론의 아들 엘리압이다.
  3. 그 부대에 소속된 장정은 오만 칠천사백 명이다.
  4. 이렇게 유다 진에 소속된 각 부대의 인원수는 모두 합하여 십팔만 육천사백 명이다. 이들이 앞장을 선다.
  5. 남쪽에는 르우벤 지파가 부대를 편성하여 기를 앞세우고 나선다. 르우벤족의 지휘관은 스데울의 아들 엘리술이다.
  1. and his army, even their numbered men, 54,400.
  2. "Then comes the tribe of Zebulun, and the leader of the sons of Zebulun: Eliab the son of Helon,
  3. and his army, even his numbered men, 57,400.
  4. "The total of the numbered men of the camp of Judah: 186,400, by their armies. They shall set out first.
  5. "On the south side shall be the standard of the camp of Reuben by their armies, and the leader of the sons of Reuben: Elizur the son of Shedeur,
  1. 그 부대에 소속된 장정은 사만 육천오백 명이다.
  2. 그 한쪽 옆에는 시므온 지파가 진을 친다. 시므온족의 지휘관은 수리사때의 아들 슬루미엘이다.
  3. 그 부대에 소속된 장정은 오만 구천삼백 명이다.
  4. 또 다른 한쪽 옆에는 가드 지파가 진을 친다. 가드족의 지휘관은 드우엘의 아들 엘랴삽이다.
  5. 그 부대에 소속된 장정은 사만 오천육백오십 명이다.
  1. and his army, even their numbered men, 46,500.
  2. "Those who camp next to him shall be the tribe of Simeon, and the leader of the sons of Simeon: Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai,
  3. and his army, even their numbered men, 59,300.
  4. "Then comes the tribe of Gad, and the leader of the sons of Gad: Eliasaph the son of Deuel,
  5. and his army, even their numbered men, 45,650.
  1. 이렇게 르우벤 진에 소속된 각 부대의 인원수는 모두 합하여 십오만 천사백오십 명이다. 이들이 두 번째로 진군한다.
  2. 다음은 전군의 행렬 중간에 레위인들의 진이 만남의 장막을 모시고 자리를 뜬다. 이렇게 진을 쳤던 순서대로 각기 자기네 기를 앞세우고 출발하는 것이다.
  3. 서쪽에는 에브라임 지파가 부대를 편성하여 기를 앞세우고 나선다. 에브라임족의 지휘관은 암미훗의 아들 엘리사마이다.
  4. 그 부대에 소속된 장정은 사만 오백 명이다.
  5. 그 한쪽 옆에는 므나쎄 지파가 진을 친다. 므나쎄족의 지휘관은 브다술의 아들 가믈리엘이다.
  1. "The total of the numbered men of the camp of Reuben: 151,450 by their armies. And they shall set out second.
  2. "Then the tent of meeting shall set out with the camp of the Levites in the midst of the camps; just as they camp, so they shall set out, every man in his place by their standards.
  3. "On the west side shall be the standard of the camp of Ephraim by their armies, and the leader of the sons of Ephraim shall be Elishama the son of Ammihud,
  4. and his army, even their numbered men, 40,500.
  5. "Next to him shall be the tribe of Manasseh, and the leader of the sons of Manasseh: Gamaliel the son of Pedahzur,
  1. 그 부대에 소속된 장정은 삼만 이천이백 명이다.
  2. 또 다른 한쪽 옆에는 베냐민 지파가 진을 친다. 베냐민족의 지휘관은 기드오니의 아들 아비단이다.
  3. 그 부대에 소속된 장정은 삼만 오천사백 명이다.
  4. 이렇게 에브라임 진에 소속된 각 부대의 인원수는 모두 합하여 십만 팔천백 명이다. 이들이 세 번째로 진군한다.
  5. 북쪽에는 단 지파가 부대를 편성하여 기를 앞세우고 나선다. 단족의 지휘관은 암미사때의 아들 아히에젤이다.
  1. and his army, even their numbered men, 32,200.
  2. "Then comes the tribe of Benjamin, and the leader of the sons of Benjamin: Abidan the son of Gideoni,
  3. and his army, even their numbered men, 35,400.
  4. "The total of the numbered men of the camp of Ephraim: 108,100, by their armies. And they shall set out third.
  5. "On the north side shall be the standard of the camp of Dan by their armies, and the leader of the sons of Dan: Ahiezer the son of Ammishaddai,
  1. 그 부대에 소속된 장정은 육만 이천칠백 명이다.
  2. 그 한쪽 옆에는 아셀 지파가 진을 친다. 아셀족의 지휘관은 오그란의 아들 바기엘이다.
  3. 그 부대에 소속된 장정은 사만 천오백 명이다.
  4. 또 한쪽 옆에는 납달리 지파가 진을 친다. 납달리족의 지휘관은 에난의 아들 아히라이다.
  5. 그 부대에 소속된 장정은 오만 삼천사백 명이다.
  1. and his army, even their numbered men, 62,700.
  2. "Those who camp next to him shall be the tribe of Asher, and the leader of the sons of Asher: Pagiel the son of Ochran,
  3. and his army, even their numbered men, 41,500.
  4. "Then comes the tribe of Naphtali, and the leader of the sons of Naphtali: Ahira the son of Enan,
  5. and his army, even their numbered men, 53,400.
  1. 이렇게 단 진에 소속된 각 부대의 인원수는 모두 합하여 십오만 칠천육백 명이다. 이들이 각기 기를 앞세우고 진군하는 부대 가운데 마지막 부대가 된다."
  2. 이것이 이스라엘 백성 가운데서 가문별로 병적부에 오른 사람의 수다. 이렇게 부대별로 각 진에 소속된 자는 모두 합하여 육십만 삼천오백오십 명이다.
  3. 이스라엘 백성 가운데 레위인은 야훼께서 모세에게 지시하신 대로 병적부에 함께 올리지 않았다.
  4. 이스라엘 백성은 야훼께서 모세에게 내리신 지시를 따라 각기 그 깃발 아래 진을 치고, 갈래와 가문을 따라 차례로 진군하였다.
  1. "The total of the numbered men of the camp of Dan was 157,600. They shall set out last by their standards."
  2. These are the numbered men of the sons of Israel by their fathers' households; the total of the numbered men of the camps by their armies, 603,550.
  3. The Levites, however, were not numbered among the sons of Israel, just as the LORD had commanded Moses.
  4. Thus the sons of Israel did; according to all that the LORD commanded Moses, so they camped by their standards, and so they set out, every one by his family according to his father's household.
 
 
  1. 야훼께서 시나이 산에서 모세에게 말씀하시던 때, 아론과 모세에게는 다음과 같은 자식들이 있었다.
  2. 아론의 아들들의 이름은 맏아들이 나답이요, 그 다음은 아비후, 엘르아잘, 이다말이다.
  3. 이 이름들은 기름 부음을 받고 사제로 성별되어 사제직을 맡은 아론의 아들들의 이름이다.
  4. 나답과 아비후는 시나이 광야에서 야훼께 속된 불을 드리다가 야훼 앞에서 죽었는데, 그들에게는 자식이 없어서 엘르아잘과 이다말이 아버지 아론 앞에서 사제 일을 맡게 되었다.
  5. 야훼께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다.
  1. Now these are the records of the generations of Aaron and Moses at the time when the LORD spoke with Moses on Mount Sinai.
  2. These then are the names of the sons of Aaron: Nadab the firstborn, and Abihu, Eleazar and Ithamar.
  3. These are the names of the sons of Aaron, the anointed priests, whom he ordained to serve as priests.
  4. But Nadab and Abihu died before the LORD when they offered strange fire before the LORD in the wilderness of Sinai; and they had no children. So Eleazar and Ithamar served as priests in the lifetime of their father Aaron.
  5. Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
  1. "너는 레위 지파를 불러내어 아론 사제 밑에 두고 그의 시중을 들게 하여라.
  2. 그들은 성막에서 봉사할 사람들로서, 만남의 장막 앞에서 아론이 할 일과 회중이 할 일을 돕는 직무를 맡는다.
  3. 만남의 장막의 모든 기구를 보살피고 이스라엘 백성이 할 일을 돕는다. 이것이 그들이 성막에서 해야 할 일이다.
  4. 너는 레위인들을 아론과 그의 후손에게 붙여주어라. 그들은 이스라엘 백성 가운데서 뽑혀 그의 성직을 보좌할 것이다.
  5. 너는 아론과 그의 아들들을 세워 사제 일을 맡아보게 하여라. 다른 사람이 나섰다가는 죽으리라."
  1. "Bring the tribe of Levi near and set them before Aaron the priest, that they may serve him.
  2. "They shall perform the duties for him and for the whole congregation before the tent of meeting, to do the service of the tabernacle.
  3. "They shall also keep all the furnishings of the tent of meeting, along with the duties of the sons of Israel, to do the service of the tabernacle.
  4. "You shall thus give the Levites to Aaron and to his sons; they are wholly given to him from among the sons of Israel.
  5. "So you shall appoint Aaron and his sons that they may keep their priesthood, but the layman who comes near shall be put to death."
  1. 야훼께서 모세에게 말씀하셨다.
  2. "나는 이제 이스라엘 백성 가운데서 레위인들을 뽑아, 이스라엘 백성 중에서 처음 태어나는 모든 맏아들 대신으로 삼았다. 그러므로 레위인들은 나의 것이다.
  3. 처음 난 것은 모두 나의 것이기 때문이다. 이집트 땅에서 처음 난 모든 것을 치던 날, 나는 이스라엘에서 처음 태어난 것은 사람이건 짐승이건 모두 나의 것으로 구분하여 나의 것으로 삼았다. 나는 야훼이다."
  4. 야훼께서 시나이 광야에서 모세에게 말씀하셨다.
  5. "너는 레위 후손들을 각 갈래와 가문별로 등록하여라. 난 지 한 달 이상 되는 사내아이는 모두 등록시켜야 한다."
  1. Again the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
  2. "Now, behold, I have taken the Levites from among the sons of Israel instead of every firstborn, the first issue of the womb among the sons of Israel. So the Levites shall be Mine.
  3. "For all the firstborn are Mine; on the day that I struck down all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, I sanctified to Myself all the firstborn in Israel, from man to beast. They shall be Mine; I am the LORD."
  4. Then the LORD spoke to Moses in the wilderness of Sinai, saying,
  5. "Number the sons of Levi by their fathers' households, by their families; every male from a month old and upward you shall number."
  1. 모세는 야훼의 말씀을 따라, 지시받은 대로 그들을 등록시켰다.
  2. 레위에게는 게르손과 크핫과 므라리라는 이름을 가진 아들들이 있었다.
  3. 게르손에게서는 리브니와 시므이라는 이름을 가진 아들들의 갈래가 생겼다.
  4. 크핫에게서는 아들 아므람, 이스할, 헤브론, 우찌엘의 갈래가 생겼다.
  5. 므라리에게서는 아들 마흘리와 무시의 갈래가 생겼다. 레위인들의 가문에서는 위와 같은 갈래들이 생겼다.
  1. So Moses numbered them according to the word of the LORD, just as he had been commanded.
  2. These then are the sons of Levi by their names: Gershon and Kohath and Merari.
  3. These are the names of the sons of Gershon by their families: Libni and Shimei;
  4. and the sons of Kohath by their families: Amram and Izhar, Hebron and Uzziel;
  5. and the sons of Merari by their families: Mahli and Mushi. These are the families of the Levites according to their fathers' households.
