에스겔 12:1-13:23

 에스겔은 행구를 옮기는 상징적 행동을 통해 이스라엘이 포로될 것을 보여 주었고, 예루살렘 거민이 강포로 인해 근심하며 놀랄 것이라고 예언하였다. 그러나 거짓 선지자들은 예루살렘이 조속히 번영될 것이라고 거짓 예언을 함으로써 백성들을 미혹시켰다. 이에 하나님께서는 이스라엘과 거짓 선지자들의 심판을 선포하셨고, 하나님의 백성들을 건지시겠다고 약속하셨다.
  
  이스라엘 멸망의 상징(12:1-12:28)    
 
  1. 또 여호와의 말씀이 내게 임하여 이르시되
  2. 인자야 네가 반역하는 족속 중에 거주하는도다 그들은 볼 눈이 있어도 보지 아니하고 들을 귀가 있어도 듣지 아니하나니 그들은 반역하는 족속임이라
  3. 인자야 너는 포로의 행장을 꾸리고 낮에 그들의 목전에서 끌려가라 네가 네 처소를 다른 곳으로 옮기는 것을 그들이 보면 비록 반역하는 족속이라도 혹 생각이 있으리라
  4. 너는 낮에 그들의 목전에서 네 포로의 행장을 밖에 내놓기를 끌려가는 포로의 행장 같이 하고 저물 때에 너는 그들의 목전에서 밖으로 나가기를 포로되어 가는 자 같이 하라
  5. 너는 그들의 목전에서 성벽을 뚫고 그리로 따라 옮기되
  1. The word of the LORD came to me:
  2. "Son of man, you are living among a rebellious people. They have eyes to see but do not see and ears to hear but do not hear, for they are a rebellious people.
  3. "Therefore, son of man, pack your belongings for exile and in the daytime, as they watch, set out and go from where you are to another place. Perhaps they will understand, though they are a rebellious house.
  4. During the daytime, while they watch, bring out your belongings packed for exile. Then in the evening, while they are watching, go out like those who go into exile.
  5. While they watch, dig through the wall and take your belongings out through it.
  1. 캄캄할 때에 그들의 목전에서 어깨에 메고 나가며 얼굴을 가리고 땅을 보지 말지어다 이는 내가 너를 세워 이스라엘 족속에게 징조가 되게 함이라 하시기로
  2. 내가 그 명령대로 행하여 낮에 나의 행장을 끌려가는 포로의 행장 같이 내놓고 저물 때에 내 손으로 성벽을 뚫고 캄캄할 때에 행장을 내다가 그들의 목전에서 어깨에 메고 나가니라
  3. 이튿날 아침에 여호와의 말씀이 또 내게 임하여 이르시되
  4. 인자야 이스라엘 족속 곧 그 반역하는 족속이 네게 묻기를 무엇을 하느냐 하지 아니하더냐
  5. 너는 그들에게 말하기를 주 여호와의 말씀에 이것은 예루살렘 왕과 그 가운데에 있는 이스라엘 온 족속에 대한 묵시라 하셨다 하고
  1. Put them on your shoulder as they are watching and carry them out at dusk. Cover your face so that you cannot see the land, for I have made you a sign to the house of Israel."
  2. So I did as I was commanded. During the day I brought out my things packed for exile. Then in the evening I dug through the wall with my hands. I took my belongings out at dusk, carrying them on my shoulders while they watched.
  3. In the morning the word of the LORD came to me:
  4. "Son of man, did not that rebellious house of Israel ask you, 'What are you doing?'
  5. "Say to them, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: This oracle concerns the prince in Jerusalem and the whole house of Israel who are there.'
  1. 또 말하기를 나는 너희 징조라 내가 행한 대로 그들도 포로로 사로잡혀 가리라
  2. 무리가 성벽을 뚫고 행장을 그리로 가지고 나가고 그 중에 왕은 어두울 때에 어깨에 행장을 메고 나가며 눈으로 땅을 보지 아니하려고 자기 얼굴을 가리리라 하라
  3. 내가 또 내 그물을 그의 위에 치고 내 올무에 걸리게 하여 그를 끌고 갈대아 땅 바벨론에 이르리니 그가 거기에서 죽으려니와 그 땅을 보지 못하리라
  4. 내가 그 호위하는 자와 부대들을 다 사방으로 흩고 또 그 뒤를 따라 칼을 빼리라
  5. 내가 그들을 이방인 가운데로 흩으며 여러 나라 가운데에 헤친 후에야 내가 여호와인 줄을 그들이 알리라
  1. Say to them, 'I am a sign to you.' "As I have done, so it will be done to them. They will go into exile as captives.
  2. "The prince among them will put his things on his shoulder at dusk and leave, and a hole will be dug in the wall for him to go through. He will cover his face so that he cannot see the land.
  3. I will spread my net for him, and he will be caught in my snare; I will bring him to Babylonia, the land of the Chaldeans, but he will not see it, and there he will die.
  4. I will scatter to the winds all those around him--his staff and all his troops--and I will pursue them with drawn sword.
  5. "They will know that I am the LORD, when I disperse them among the nations and scatter them through the countries.
  1. 그러나 내가 그 중 몇 사람을 남겨 칼과 기근과 전염병에서 벗어나게 하여 그들이 이르는 이방인 가운데에서 자기의 모든 가증한 일을 자백하게 하리니 내가 여호와인 줄을 그들이 알리라
  2. 여호와의 말씀이 또 내게 임하여 이르시되
  3. 인자야 너는 떨면서 네 음식을 먹고 놀라고 근심하면서 네 물을 마시며
  4. 이 땅 백성에게 말하되 주 여호와께서 예루살렘 주민과 이스라엘 땅에 대하여 이르시기를 그들이 근심하면서 그 음식을 먹으며 놀라면서 그 물을 마실 것은 이 땅 모든 주민의 포악으로 말미암아 땅에 가득한 것이 황폐하게 됨이라
  5. 사람이 거주하는 성읍들이 황폐하며 땅이 적막하리니 내가 여호와인 줄을 너희가 알리라 하셨다 하라
  1. But I will spare a few of them from the sword, famine and plague, so that in the nations where they go they may acknowledge all their detestable practices. Then they will know that I am the LORD."
  2. The word of the LORD came to me:
  3. "Son of man, tremble as you eat your food, and shudder in fear as you drink your water.
  4. Say to the people of the land: 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says about those living in Jerusalem and in the land of Israel: They will eat their food in anxiety and drink their water in despair, for their land will be stripped of everything in it because of the violence of all who live there.
  5. The inhabited towns will be laid waste and the land will be desolate. Then you will know that I am the LORD.' "
  1. 여호와의 말씀이 또 내게 임하여 이르시되
  2. 인자야 이스라엘 땅에서 이르기를 날이 더디고 모든 묵시가 사라지리라 하는 너희의 이 속담이 어찌 됨이냐
  3. 그러므로 너는 그들에게 이르기를 주 여호와께서 이같이 말씀하시기를 내가 이 속담을 그치게 하리니 사람이 다시는 이스라엘 가운데에서 이 속담을 사용하지 못하리라 하셨다 하고 또 그들에게 이르기를 날과 모든 묵시의 응함이 가까우니
  4. 이스라엘 족속 중에 허탄한 묵시나 아첨하는 복술이 다시 있지 못하리라 하라
  5. 나는 여호와라 내가 말하리니 내가 하는 말이 다시는 더디지 아니하고 응하리라 반역하는 족속이여 내가 너희 생전에 말하고 이루리라 나 주 여호와의 말이니라 하셨다 하라
  1. The word of the LORD came to me:
  2. "Son of man, what is this proverb you have in the land of Israel: 'The days go by and every vision comes to nothing'?
  3. Say to them, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am going to put an end to this proverb, and they will no longer quote it in Israel.' Say to them, 'The days are near when every vision will be fulfilled.
  4. For there will be no more false visions or flattering divinations among the people of Israel.
  5. But I the LORD will speak what I will, and it shall be fulfilled without delay. For in your days, you rebellious house, I will fulfill whatever I say, declares the Sovereign LORD.' "
  1. 여호와의 말씀이 또 내게 임하여 이르시되
  2. 인자야 이스라엘 족속의 말이 그가 보는 묵시는 여러 날 후의 일이라 그가 멀리 있는 때에 대하여 예언하였다 하느니라
  3. 그러므로 너는 그들에게 이르기를 주 여호와의 말씀에 나의 말이 하나도 다시 더디지 아니할지니 내가 한 말이 이루어지리라 나 주 여호와의 말이니라 하셨다 하라
  1. The word of the LORD came to me:
  2. "Son of man, the house of Israel is saying, 'The vision he sees is for many years from now, and he prophesies about the distant future.'
  3. "Therefore say to them, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: None of my words will be delayed any longer; whatever I say will be fulfilled, declares the Sovereign LORD.' "
 
  거짓 예언자들에 대한 정죄(13:1-13:23)    
 
  1. 여호와의 말씀이 내게 임하여 이르시되
  2. 인자야 너는 이스라엘의 예언하는 선지자들에게 경고하여 예언하되 자기 마음대로 예언하는 자에게 말하기를 너희는 여호와의 말씀을 들으라
  3. 주 여호와의 말씀에 본 것이 없이 자기 심령을 따라 예언하는 어리석은 선지자에게 화가 있을진저
  4. 이스라엘아 너의 선지자들은 황무지에 있는 여우 같으니라
  5. 너희 선지자들이 성 무너진 곳에 올라가지도 아니하였으며 이스라엘 족속을 위하여 여호와의 날에 전쟁에서 견디게 하려고 성벽을 수축하지도 아니하였느니라
  1. The word of the LORD came to me:
  2. "Son of man, prophesy against the prophets of Israel who are now prophesying. Say to those who prophesy out of their own imagination: 'Hear the word of the LORD!
  3. This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Woe to the foolish prophets who follow their own spirit and have seen nothing!
  4. Your prophets, O Israel, are like jackals among ruins.
  5. You have not gone up to the breaks in the wall to repair it for the house of Israel so that it will stand firm in the battle on the day of the LORD.
  1. 여호와께서 말씀하셨다고 하는 자들이 허탄한 것과 거짓된 점괘를 보며 사람들에게 그 말이 확실히 이루어지기를 바라게 하거니와 그들은 여호와가 보낸 자가 아니라
  2. 너희가 말하기는 여호와의 말씀이라 하여도 내가 말한 것이 아닌즉 어찌 허탄한 묵시를 보며 거짓된 점괘를 말한 것이 아니냐
  3. 그러므로 주 여호와께서 이같이 말씀하셨느니라 너희가 허탄한 것을 말하며 거짓된 것을 보았은즉 내가 너희를 치리라 주 여호와의 말씀이니라
  4. 그 선지자들이 허탄한 묵시를 보며 거짓 것을 점쳤으니 내 손이 그들을 쳐서 내 백성의 공회에 들어오지 못하게 하며 이스라엘 족속의 호적에도 기록되지 못하게 하며 이스라엘 땅에도 들어가지 못하게 하리니 너희가 나를 여호와인 줄 알리라
  5. 이렇게 칠 것은 그들이 내 백성을 유혹하여 평강이 없으나 평강이 있다 함이라 어떤 사람이 담을 쌓을 때에 그들이 회칠을 하는도다
  1. Their visions are false and their divinations a lie. They say, "The LORD declares," when the LORD has not sent them; yet they expect their words to be fulfilled.
  2. Have you not seen false visions and uttered lying divinations when you say, "The LORD declares," though I have not spoken?
  3. " 'Therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: Because of your false words and lying visions, I am against you, declares the Sovereign LORD.
  4. My hand will be against the prophets who see false visions and utter lying divinations. They will not belong to the council of my people or be listed in the records of the house of Israel, nor will they enter the land of Israel. Then you will know that I am the Sovereign LORD.
  5. " 'Because they lead my people astray, saying, "Peace," when there is no peace, and because, when a flimsy wall is built, they cover it with whitewash,
  1. 그러므로 너는 회칠하는 자에게 이르기를 그것이 무너지리라 폭우가 내리며 큰 우박덩이가 떨어지며 폭풍이 몰아치리니
  2. 그 담이 무너진즉 어떤 사람이 너희에게 말하기를 그것에 칠한 회가 어디 있느냐 하지 아니하겠느냐
  3. 그러므로 나 주 여호와가 말하노라 내가 분노하여 폭풍을 퍼붓고 내가 진노하여 폭우를 내리고 분노하여 큰 우박덩어리로 무너뜨리리라
  4. 회칠한 담을 내가 이렇게 허물어서 땅에 넘어뜨리고 그 기초를 드러낼 것이라 담이 무너진즉 너희가 그 가운데에서 망하리니 나를 여호와인 줄 알리라
  5. 이와 같이 내가 내 노를 담과 회칠한 자에게 모두 이루고 또 너희에게 말하기를 담도 없어지고 칠한 자들도 없어졌다 하리니
  1. therefore tell those who cover it with whitewash that it is going to fall. Rain will come in torrents, and I will send hailstones hurtling down, and violent winds will burst forth.
  2. When the wall collapses, will people not ask you, "Where is the whitewash you covered it with?"
  3. " 'Therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: In my wrath I will unleash a violent wind, and in my anger hailstones and torrents of rain will fall with destructive fury.
  4. I will tear down the wall you have covered with whitewash and will level it to the ground so that its foundation will be laid bare. When it falls, you will be destroyed in it; and you will know that I am the LORD.
  5. So I will spend my wrath against the wall and against those who covered it with whitewash. I will say to you, "The wall is gone and so are those who whitewashed it,
  1. 이들은 예루살렘에 대하여 예언하기를 평강이 없으나 평강의 묵시를 보았다고 하는 이스라엘의 선지자들이니라 주 여호와의 말씀이니라
  2. 너 인자야 너의 백성 중 자기 마음대로 예언하는 여자들에게 경고하며 예언하여
  3. 이르기를 주 여호와의 말씀에 사람의 영혼을 사냥하려고 손목마다 부적을 꿰어 매고 키가 큰 자나 작은 자의 머리를 위하여 수건을 만드는 여자들에게 화 있을진저 너희가 어찌하여 내 백성의 영혼은 사냥하면서 자기를 위하여는 영혼을 살리려 하느냐
  4. 너희가 두어 움큼 보리와 두어 조각 떡을 위하여 나를 내 백성 가운데에서 욕되게 하여 거짓말을 곧이 듣는 내 백성에게 너희가 거짓말을 지어내어 죽지 아니할 영혼을 죽이고 살지 못할 영혼을 살리는도다
  5. 그러므로 나 주 여호와가 이같이 말하노라 너희가 새를 사냥하듯 영혼들을 사냥하는 그 부적을 내가 너희 팔에서 떼어 버리고 너희가 새처럼 사냥한 그 영혼들을 놓아 주며
  1. those prophets of Israel who prophesied to Jerusalem and saw visions of peace for her when there was no peace, declares the Sovereign LORD." '
  2. "Now, son of man, set your face against the daughters of your people who prophesy out of their own imagination. Prophesy against them
  3. and say, 'This is what the Sovereign LORD says: Woe to the women who sew magic charms on all their wrists and make veils of various lengths for their heads in order to ensnare people. Will you ensnare the lives of my people but preserve your own?
  4. You have profaned me among my people for a few handfuls of barley and scraps of bread. By lying to my people, who listen to lies, you have killed those who should not have died and have spared those who should not live.
  5. " 'Therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am against your magic charms with which you ensnare people like birds and I will tear them from your arms; I will set free the people that you ensnare like birds.
  1. 또 너희 수건을 찢고 내 백성을 너희 손에서 건지고 다시는 너희 손에 사냥물이 되지 아니하게 하리니 내가 여호와인 줄을 너희가 알리라
  2. 내가 슬프게 하지 아니한 의인의 마음을 너희가 거짓말로 근심하게 하며 너희가 또 악인의 손을 굳게 하여 그 악한 길에서 돌이켜 떠나 삶을 얻지 못하게 하였은즉
  3. 너희가 다시는 허탄한 묵시를 보지 못하고 점복도 못할지라 내가 내 백성을 너희 손에서 건져내리니 내가 여호와인 줄을 너희가 알리라 하라
  1. I will tear off your veils and save my people from your hands, and they will no longer fall prey to your power. Then you will know that I am the LORD.
  2. Because you disheartened the righteous with your lies, when I had brought them no grief, and because you encouraged the wicked not to turn from their evil ways and so save their lives,
  3. therefore you will no longer see false visions or practice divination. I will save my people from your hands. And then you will know that I am the LORD.' "
