	누가복음 5:29-6:11 예수님께서는 세리 마태를 제자로 삼으신 것을 비방하는 자들에게 자신은 의인이 아닌 죄인을 불러 회개시키러 오셨다고 말씀하시고 자신을 안식일의 주인으로 천명하셨다.

	금식 논쟁(5:29-5:39)

레위가 예수를 위하여 자기 집에서 큰 잔치를 하니 세리와 다른 사람이 많이 함께 앉아 있는지라

바리새인과 그들의 서기관들이 그 제자들을 비방하여 이르되 너희가 어찌하여 세리와 죄인과 함께 먹고 마시느냐

예수께서 대답하여 이르시되 건강한 자에게는 의사가 쓸 데 없고 병든 자에게라야 쓸 데 있나니

내가 의인을 부르러 온 것이 아니요 죄인을 불러 회개시키러 왔노라

그들이 예수께 말하되 요한의 제자는 자주 금식하며 기도하고 바리새인의 제자들도 또한 그리하되 당신의 제자들은 먹고 마시나이다

And Levi made him a great feast in his own house: and there was a great company of publicans and of others that sat down with them.

But their scribes and Pharisees murmured against his disciples, saying, Why do ye eat and drink with publicans and sinners?

And Jesus answering said unto them, They that are whole need not a physician; but they that are sick.

I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

And they said unto him, Why do the disciples of John fast often, and make prayers, and likewise the disciples of the Pharisees; but thine eat and drink?

예수께서 그들에게 이르시되 혼인 집 손님들이 신랑과 함께 있을 때에 너희가 그 손님으로 금식하게 할 수 있느냐

그러나 그 날에 이르러 그들이 신랑을 빼앗기리니 그 날에는 금식할 것이니라

또 비유하여 이르시되 새 옷에서 한 조각을 찢어 낡은 옷에 붙이는 자가 없나니 만일 그렇게 하면 새 옷을 찢을 뿐이요 또 새 옷에서 찢은 조각이 낡은 것에 어울리지 아니하리라

새 포도주를 낡은 가죽 부대에 넣는 자가 없나니 만일 그렇게 하면 새 포도주가 부대를 터뜨려 포도주가 쏟아지고 부대도 못쓰게 되리라

새 포도주는 새 부대에 넣어야 할 것이니라

And he said unto them, Can ye make the children of the bridechamber fast, while the bridegroom is with them?

But the days will come, when the bridegroom shall be taken away from them, and then shall they fast in those days.

And he spake also a parable unto them; No man putteth a piece of a new garment upon an old; if otherwise, then both the new maketh a rent, and the piece that was taken out of the new agreeth not with the old.

And no man putteth new wine into old bottles; else the new wine will burst the bottles, and be spilled, and the bottles shall perish.

But new wine must be put into new bottles; and both are preserved.

묵은 포도주를 마시고 새 것을 원하는 자가 없나니 이는 묵은 것이 좋다 함이니라

No man also having drunk old wine straightway desireth new: for he saith, The old is better.

	안식일의 주인(6:1-6:11)

안식일에 예수께서 밀밭 사이로 지나가실새 제자들이 이삭을 잘라 손으로 비비어 먹으니

어떤 바리새인들이 말하되 어찌하여 안식일에 하지 못할 일을 하느냐

예수께서 대답하여 이르시되 다윗이 자기 및 자기와 함께 한 자들이 시장할 때에 한 일을 읽지 못하였느냐

그가 하나님의 전에 들어가서 다만 제사장 외에는 먹어서는 안 되는 진설병을 먹고 함께 한 자들에게도 주지 아니하였느냐

또 이르시되 인자는 안식일의 주인이니라 하시더라

And it came to pass on the second sabbath after the first, that he went through the corn fields; and his disciples plucked the ears of corn, and did eat, rubbing them in their hands.

And certain of the Pharisees said unto them, Why do ye that which is not lawful to do on the sabbath days?

And Jesus answering them said, Have ye not read so much as this, what David did, when himself was an hungred, and they which were with him;

How he went into the house of God, and did take and eat the shewbread, and gave also to them that were with him; which it is not lawful to eat but for the priests alone?

And he said unto them, That the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.

또 다른 안식일에 예수께서 회당에 들어가사 가르치실새 거기 오른손 마른 사람이 있는지라

서기관과 바리새인들이 예수를 고발할 증거를 찾으려 하여 안식일에 병을 고치시는가 엿보니

예수께서 그들의 생각을 아시고 손 마른 사람에게 이르시되 일어나 한가운데 서라 하시니 그가 일어나 서거늘

예수께서 그들에게 이르시되 내가 너희에게 묻노니 안식일에 선을 행하는 것과 악을 행하는 것, 생명을 구하는 것과 죽이는 것, 어느 것이 옳으냐 하시며

무리를 둘러보시고 그 사람에게 이르시되 네 손을 내밀라 하시니 그가 그리하매 그 손이 회복된지라

And it came to pass also on another sabbath, that he entered into the synagogue and taught: and there was a man whose right hand was withered.

And the scribes and Pharisees watched him, whether he would heal on the sabbath day; that they might find an accusation against him.

But he knew their thoughts, and said to the man which had the withered hand, Rise up, and stand forth in the midst. And he arose and stood forth.

Then said Jesus unto them, I will ask you one thing; Is it lawful on the sabbath days to do good, or to do evil? to save life, or to destroy it?

And looking round about upon them all, he said unto the man, Stretch forth thy hand. And he did so: and his hand was restored whole as the other.

그들은 노기가 가득하여 예수를 어떻게 할까 하고 서로 의논하니라

And they were filled with madness; and communed one with another what they might do to Jesus.

	진설병(陣設餠, 6:4) 매안식일 때 드리는 떡으로 제사장만이 먹을 수 있음
