- 하나님이여 내가 근심하는 소리를 들으시고 원수의 두려움에서 나의 생명을 보존하소서
- 주는 악을 꾀하는 자들의 음모에서 나를 숨겨 주시고 악을 행하는 자들의 소동에서 나를 감추어 주소서
- 그들이 칼 같이 자기 혀를 연마하며 화살 같이 독한 말로 겨누고
- 숨은 곳에서 온전한 자를 쏘며 갑자기 쏘고 두려워하지 아니하는도다
- 그들은 악한 목적으로 서로 격려하며 남몰래 올무 놓기를 함께 의논하고 하는 말이 누가 우리를 보리요 하며

- Hear my voice, O God, in my prayer: preserve my life from fear of the enemy.
- Hide me from the secret counsel of the wicked; from the insurrection of the workers of iniquity:
- Who whet their tongue like a sword, and bend their bows to shoot their arrows, even bitter words:
- That they may shoot in secret at the perfect: suddenly do they shoot at him, and fear not.
- They encourage themselves in an evil matter: they commune of laying snares privily; they say, Who shall see them?
