로마서 7:21-8:17

 바울은 성화의 과정 중에서 성도들이 반드시 겪게 되는 내적 갈등에 대하여 언급한 후, 이어 죄와 사망의 법에서 해방된 성도는 생명의 법 아래 있는 자임을 증거하였다. 그리고 성도는 하나님, 곧 그리스도의 후사이며, 그와 함께 영광을 받기 위해서는 고난도 함께 받아야 한다고 하였다.
  
  성화와 성령(7:21-8:17)    
 
  1. 그러므로 내가 한 법을 깨달았노니 곧 선을 행하기 원하는 나에게 악이 함께 있는 것이로다
  2. 내 속사람으로는 하나님의 법을 즐거워하되
  3. 내 지체 속에서 한 다른 법이 내 마음의 법과 싸워 내 지체 속에 있는 죄의 법으로 나를 사로잡는 것을 보는도다
  4. 오호라 나는 곤고한 사람이로다 이 사망의 몸에서 누가 나를 건져내랴
  5. 우리 주 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 하나님께 감사하리로다 그런즉 내 자신이 마음으로는 하나님의 법을 육신으로는 죄의 법을 섬기노라
  1. I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me.
  2. For I delight in the law of God after the inward man:
  3. But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members.
  4. O wretched man that I am! who shall deliver me from the body of this death?
  5. I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh the law of sin.
 
 
  1. 그러므로 이제 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 자에게는 결코 정죄함이 없나니
  2. 이는 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 생명의 성령의 법이 죄와 사망의 법에서 너를 해방하였음이라
  3. 율법이 육신으로 말미암아 연약하여 할 수 없는 그것을 하나님은 하시나니 곧 죄로 말미암아 자기 아들을 죄 있는 육신의 모양으로 보내어 육신에 죄를 정하사
  4. 육신을 따르지 않고 그 영을 따라 행하는 우리에게 율법의 요구가 이루어지게 하려 하심이니라
  5. 육신을 따르는 자는 육신의 일을, 영을 따르는 자는 영의 일을 생각하나니
  1. There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
  2. For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.
  3. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh:
  4. That the righteousness of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit.
  5. For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit.
  1. 육신의 생각은 사망이요 영의 생각은 생명과 평안이니라
  2. 육신의 생각은 하나님과 원수가 되나니 이는 하나님의 법에 굴복하지 아니할 뿐 아니라 할 수도 없음이라
  3. 육신에 있는 자들은 하나님을 기쁘시게 할 수 없느니라
  4. 만일 너희 속에 하나님의 영이 거하시면 너희가 육신에 있지 아니하고 영에 있나니 누구든지 그리스도의 영이 없으면 그리스도의 사람이 아니라
  5. 또 그리스도께서 너희 안에 계시면 몸은 죄로 말미암아 죽은 것이나 영은 의로 말미암아 살아 있는 것이니라
  1. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace.
  2. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be.
  3. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
  4. But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.
  5. And if Christ be in you, the body is dead because of sin; but the Spirit is life because of righteousness.
  1. 예수를 죽은 자 가운데서 살리신 이의 영이 너희 안에 거하시면 그리스도 예수를 죽은 자 가운데서 살리신 이가 너희 안에 거하시는 그의 영으로 말미암아 너희 죽을 몸도 살리시리라
  2. 그러므로 형제들아 우리가 빚진 자로되 육신에게 져서 육신대로 살 것이 아니니라
  3. 너희가 육신대로 살면 반드시 죽을 것이로되 영으로써 몸의 행실을 죽이면 살리니
  4. 무릇 하나님의 영으로 인도함을 받는 사람은 곧 하나님의 아들이라
  5. 너희는 다시 무서워하는 종의 영을 받지 아니하고 양자의 영을 받았으므로 우리가 아빠 아버지라고 부르짖느니라
  1. But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.
  2. Therefore, brethren, we are debtors, not to the flesh, to live after the flesh.
  3. For if ye live after the flesh, ye shall die: but if ye through the Spirit do mortify the deeds of the body, ye shall live.
  4. For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.
  5. For ye have not received the spirit of bondage again to fear; but ye have received the Spirit of adoption, whereby we cry, Abba, Father.
  1. 성령이 친히 우리의 영과 더불어 우리가 하나님의 자녀인 것을 증언하시나니
  2. 자녀이면 또한 상속자 곧 하나님의 상속자요 그리스도와 함께 한 상속자니 우리가 그와 함께 영광을 받기 위하여 고난도 함께 받아야 할 것이니라
  1. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
  2. And if children, then heirs; heirs of God, and joint-heirs with Christ; if so be that we suffer with him, that we may be also glorified together.
