이사야 31:1-33:24

 이사야는 하나님께 의지하지 않고 애굽에 도움을 구한 자들은 심판받을 것이며,예루살렘은 보호받고 앗수르는 망할 것이라고 하였다. 그리고 장차 의의 왕이신 메시아의 통치로 말미암아 방백들은 공평으로 일할 것이라고 하였다. 또한 경고를 받지 않는 안일한 여자들은 환난 날에 수치를 당할 것이라고 하면서, 하나님께서 위로부터 성신을 부어 주셔서 공평과 의를 펴시고 학대받는 자들의 구원이 되실 것이라고 예언하였다.
  
  불신앙에 대한 심판(31:1-31:9)    
 
  1. 도움을 구하러 애굽으로 내려가는 자들은 화 있을진저 그들은 말을 의지하며 병거의 많음과 마병의 심히 강함을 의지하고 이스라엘의 거룩하신 이를 앙모하지 아니하며 여호와를 구하지 아니하나니
  2. 여호와께서도 지혜로우신즉 재앙을 내리실 것이라 그의 말씀들을 변하게 하지 아니하시고 일어나사 악행하는 자들의 집을 치시며 행악을 돕는 자들을 치시리니
  3. 애굽은 사람이요 신이 아니며 그들의 말들은 육체요 영이 아니라 여호와께서 그의 손을 펴시면 돕는 자도 넘어지며 도움을 받는 자도 엎드러져서 다 함께 멸망하리라
  4. 여호와께서 이같이 내게 이르시되 큰 사자나 젊은 사자가 자기의 먹이를 움키고 으르렁거릴 때에 그것을 치려고 여러 목자를 불러 왔다 할지라도 그것이 그들의 소리로 말미암아 놀라지 아니할 것이요 그들의 떠듦으로 말미암아 굴복하지 아니할 것이라 이와 같이 나 만군의 여호와가 강림하여 시온 산과 그 언덕에서 싸울 것이라
  5. 새가 날개 치며 그 새끼를 보호함 같이 나 만군의 여호와가 예루살렘을 보호할 것이라 그것을 호위하며 건지며 뛰어넘어 구원하리라 하셨느니라
  1. Woe to those who go down to Egypt for help And rely on horses, And trust in chariots because they are many And in horsemen because they are very strong, But they do not look to the Holy One of Israel, nor seek the LORD!
  2. Yet He also is wise and will bring disaster And does not retract His words, But will arise against the house of evildoers And against the help of the workers of iniquity.
  3. Now the Egyptians are men and not God, And their horses are flesh and not spirit; So the LORD will stretch out His hand, And he who helps will stumble And he who is helped will fall, And all of them will come to an end together.
  4. For thus says the LORD to me, "As the lion or the young lion growls over his prey, Against which a band of shepherds is called out, And he will not be terrified at their voice nor disturbed at their noise, So will the LORD of hosts come down to wage war on Mount Zion and on its hill."
  5. Like flying birds so the LORD of hosts will protect Jerusalem He will protect and deliver it; He will pass over and rescue it.
  1. 이스라엘 자손들아 너희는 심히 거역하던 자에게로 돌아오라
  2. 너희가 자기 손으로 만들어 범죄한 은 우상, 금 우상을 그 날에는 각 사람이 던져 버릴 것이며
  3. 앗수르는 칼에 엎드러질 것이나 사람의 칼로 말미암음이 아니겠고 칼에 삼켜질 것이나 사람의 칼로 말미암음이 아닐 것이며 그는 칼 앞에서 도망할 것이요 그의 장정들은 복역하는 자가 될 것이라
  4. 그의 반석은 두려움으로 말미암아 물러가겠고 그의 고관들은 기치로 말미암아 놀라리라 이는 여호와의 말씀이라 여호와의 불은 시온에 있고 여호와의 풀무는 예루살렘에 있느니라
  1. Return to Him from whom you have deeply defected, O sons of Israel.
  2. For in that day every man will cast away his silver idols and his gold idols, which your sinful hands have made for you as a sin.
  3. And the Assyrian will fall by a sword not of man, And a sword not of man will devour him So he will not escape the sword, And his young men will become forced laborers.
  4. "His rock will pass away because of panic, And his princes will be terrified at the standard," Declares the LORD, whose fire is in Zion and whose furnace is in Jerusalem.
 
  의의 나라(32:1-32:20)    
 
  1. 보라 장차 한 왕이 공의로 통치할 것이요 방백들이 정의로 다스릴 것이며
  2. 또 그 사람은 광풍을 피하는 곳, 폭우를 가리는 곳 같을 것이며 마른 땅에 냇물 같을 것이며 곤비한 땅에 큰 바위 그늘 같으리니
  3. 보는 자의 눈이 감기지 아니할 것이요 듣는 자가 귀를 기울일 것이며
  4. 조급한 자의 마음이 지식을 깨닫고 어눌한 자의 혀가 민첩하여 말을 분명히 할 것이라
  5. 어리석은 자를 다시 존귀하다 부르지 아니하겠고 우둔한 자를 다시 존귀한 자라 말하지 아니하리니
  1. Behold, a king will reign righteously And princes will rule justly.
  2. Each will be like a refuge from the wind And a shelter from the storm, Like streams of water in a dry country, Like the shade of a huge rock in a parched land.
  3. Then the eyes of those who see will not be blinded, And the ears of those who hear will listen.
  4. The mind of the hasty will discern the truth, And the tongue of the stammerers will hasten to speak clearly.
  5. No longer will the fool be called noble, Or the rogue be spoken of as generous.
  1. 이는 어리석은 자는 어리석은 것을 말하며 그 마음에 불의를 품어 간사를 행하며 패역한 말로 여호와를 거스르며 주린 자의 속을 비게 하며 목마른 자에게서 마실 것을 없어지게 함이며
  2. 악한 자는 그 그릇이 악하여 악한 계획을 세워 거짓말로 가련한 자를 멸하며 가난한 자가 말을 바르게 할지라도 그리함이거니와
  3. 존귀한 자는 존귀한 일을 계획하나니 그는 항상 존귀한 일에 서리라
  4. 너희 안일한 여인들아 일어나 내 목소리를 들을지어다 너희 염려 없는 딸들아 내 말에 귀를 기울일지어다
  5. 너희 염려 없는 여자들아 일 년 남짓 지나면 너희가 당황하리니 포도 수확이 없으며 열매 거두는 일이 이르지 않을 것임이라
  1. For a fool speaks nonsense, And his heart inclines toward wickedness: To practice ungodliness and to speak error against the LORD, To keep the hungry person unsatisfied And to withhold drink from the thirsty.
  2. As for a rogue, his weapons are evil; He devises wicked schemes To destroy the afflicted with slander, Even though the needy one speaks what is right.
  3. But the noble man devises noble plans; And by noble plans he stands.
  4. Rise up, you women who are at ease, And hear my voice; Give ear to my word, You complacent daughters.
  5. Within a year and a few days You will be troubled, O complacent daughters; For the vintage is ended, And the fruit gathering will not come.
  1. 너희 안일한 여자들아 떨지어다 너희 염려 없는 자들아 당황할지어다 옷을 벗어 몸을 드러내고 베로 허리를 동일지어다
  2. 그들은 좋은 밭으로 인하여 열매 많은 포도나무로 인하여 가슴을 치게 될 것이니라
  3. 내 백성의 땅에 가시와 찔레가 나며 희락의 성읍, 기뻐하는 모든 집에 나리니
  4. 대저 궁전이 폐한 바 되며 인구 많던 성읍이 적막하며 오벨과 망대가 영원히 굴혈이 되며 들나귀가 즐기는 곳과 양 떼의 초장이 되려니와
  5. 마침내 위에서부터 영을 우리에게 부어 주시리니 광야가 아름다운 밭이 되며 아름다운 밭을 숲으로 여기게 되리라
  1. Tremble, you women who are at ease; Be troubled, you complacent daughters; Strip, undress and put sackcloth on your waist,
  2. Beat your breasts for the pleasant fields, for the fruitful vine,
  3. For the land of my people in which thorns and briars shall come up; Yea, for all the joyful houses and for the jubilant city.
  4. Because the palace has been abandoned, the populated city forsaken Hill and watch-tower have become caves forever, A delight for wild donkeys, a pasture for flocks;
  5. Until the Spirit is poured out upon us from on high, And the wilderness becomes a fertile field, And the fertile field is considered as a forest.
  1. 그 때에 정의가 광야에 거하며 공의가 아름다운 밭에 거하리니
  2. 공의의 열매는 화평이요 공의의 결과는 영원한 평안과 안전이라
  3. 내 백성이 화평한 집과 안전한 거처와 조용히 쉬는 곳에 있으려니와
  4. 그 숲은 우박에 상하고 성읍은 파괴되리라
  5. 모든 물 가에 씨를 뿌리고 소와 나귀를 그리로 모는 너희는 복이 있느니라
  1. Then justice will dwell in the wilderness And righteousness will abide in the fertile field.
  2. And the work of righteousness will be peace, And the service of righteousness, quietness and confidence forever.
  3. Then my people will live in a peaceful habitation, And in secure dwellings and in undisturbed resting places;
  4. And it will hail when the forest comes down, And the city will be utterly laid low.
  5. How blessed will you be, you who sow beside all waters, Who let out freely the ox and the donkey.
 
  주의 구원(33:1-33:24)    
 
  1. 너 학대를 당하지 아니하고도 학대하며 속이고도 속임을 당하지 아니하는 자여 화 있을진저 네가 학대하기를 그치면 네가 학대를 당할 것이며 네가 속이기를 그치면 사람이 너를 속이리라
  2. 여호와여 우리에게 은혜를 베푸소서 우리가 주를 앙망하오니 주는 아침마다 우리의 팔이 되시며 환난 때에 우리의 구원이 되소서
  3. 요란한 소리로 말미암아 민족들이 도망하며 주께서 일어나심으로 말미암아 나라들이 흩어졌나이다
  4. 황충의 떼 같이 사람이 너희의 노략물을 모을 것이며 메뚜기가 뛰어오름 같이 그들이 그 위로 뛰어오르리라
  5. 여호와께서는 지극히 존귀하시니 그는 높은 곳에 거하심이요 정의와 공의를 시온에 충만하게 하심이라
  1. Woe to you, O destroyer, While you were not destroyed; And he who is treacherous, while others did not deal treacherously with him As soon as you finish destroying, you will be destroyed; As soon as you cease to deal treacherously, others will deal treacherously with you.
  2. O LORD, be gracious to us; we have waited for You Be their strength every morning, Our salvation also in the time of distress.
  3. At the sound of the tumult peoples flee; At the lifting up of Yourself nations disperse.
  4. Your spoil is gathered as the caterpillar gathers; As locusts rushing about men rush about on it.
  5. The LORD is exalted, for He dwells on high; He has filled Zion with justice and righteousness.
  1. 네 시대에 평안함이 있으며 구원과 지혜와 지식이 풍성할 것이니 여호와를 경외함이 네 보배니라
  2. 보라 그들의 용사가 밖에서 부르짖으며 평화의 사신들이 슬피 곡하며
  3. 대로가 황폐하여 행인이 끊어지며 대적이 조약을 파하고 성읍들을 멸시하며 사람을 생각하지 아니하며
  4. 땅이 슬퍼하고 쇠잔하며 레바논은 부끄러워하고 마르며 사론은 사막과 같고 바산과 갈멜은 나뭇잎을 떨어뜨리는도다
  5. 여호와께서 이르시되 내가 이제 일어나며 내가 이제 나를 높이며 내가 이제 지극히 높아지리니
  1. And He will be the stability of your times, A wealth of salvation, wisdom and knowledge; The fear of the LORD is his treasure.
  2. Behold, their brave men cry in the streets, The ambassadors of peace weep bitterly.
  3. The highways are desolate, the traveler has ceased, He has broken the covenant, he has despised the cities, He has no regard for man.
  4. The land mourns and pines away, Lebanon is shamed and withers; Sharon is like a desert plain, And Bashan and Carmel lose their foliage.
  5. "Now I will arise," says the LORD, "Now I will be exalted, now I will be lifted up.
  1. 너희가 겨를 잉태하고 짚을 해산할 것이며 너희의 호흡은 불이 되어 너희를 삼킬 것이며
  2. 민족들은 불에 굽는 횟돌 같겠고 잘라서 불에 사르는 가시나무 같으리로다
  3. 너희 먼 데에 있는 자들아 내가 행한 것을 들으라 너희 가까이에 있는 자들아 나의 권능을 알라
  4. 시온의 죄인들이 두려워하며 경건하지 아니한 자들이 떨며 이르기를 우리 중에 누가 삼키는 불과 함께 거하겠으며 우리 중에 누가 영영히 타는 것과 함께 거하리요 하도다
  5. 오직 공의롭게 행하는 자, 정직히 말하는 자, 토색한 재물을 가증히 여기는 자, 손을 흔들어 뇌물을 받지 아니하는 자, 귀를 막아 피 흘리려는 꾀를 듣지 아니하는 자, 눈을 감아 악을 보지 아니하는 자,
  1. "You have conceived chaff, you will give birth to stubble; My breath will consume you like a fire.
  2. "The peoples will be burned to lime, Like cut thorns which are burned in the fire.
  3. "You who are far away, hear what I have done; And you who are near, acknowledge My might."
  4. Sinners in Zion are terrified; Trembling has seized the godless "Who among us can live with the consuming fire? Who among us can live with continual burning?"
  5. He who walks righteously and speaks with sincerity, He who rejects unjust gain And shakes his hands so that they hold no bribe; He who stops his ears from hearing about bloodshed And shuts his eyes from looking upon evil;
  1. 그는 높은 곳에 거하리니 견고한 바위가 그의 요새가 되며 그의 양식은 공급되고 그의 물은 끊어지지 아니하리라
  2. 네 눈은 왕을 그의 아름다운 가운데에서 보며 광활한 땅을 눈으로 보겠고
  3. 네 마음은 두려워하던 것을 생각해 내리라 계산하던 자가 어디 있느냐 공세를 계량하던 자가 어디 있느냐 망대를 계수하던 자가 어디 있느냐
  4. 네가 강포한 백성을 보지 아니하리라 그 백성은 방언이 어려워 네가 알아듣지 못하며 말이 이상하여 네가 깨닫지 못하는 자니라
  5. 우리 절기의 시온 성을 보라 네 눈이 안정된 처소인 예루살렘을 보리니 그것은 옮겨지지 아니할 장막이라 그 말뚝이 영영히 뽑히지 아니할 것이요 그 줄이 하나도 끊어지지 아니할 것이며
  1. He will dwell on the heights, His refuge will be the impregnable rock; His bread will be given him, His water will be sure.
  2. Your eyes will see the King in His beauty; They will behold a far-distant land.
  3. Your heart will meditate on terror: "Where is he who counts? Where is he who weighs? Where is he who counts the towers?"
  4. You will no longer see a fierce people, A people of unintelligible speech which no one comprehends, Of a stammering tongue which no one understands.
  5. Look upon Zion, the city of our appointed feasts; Your eyes will see Jerusalem, an undisturbed habitation, A tent which will not be folded; Its stakes will never be pulled up, Nor any of its cords be torn apart.
  1. 여호와는 거기에 위엄 중에 우리와 함께 계시리니 그 곳에는 여러 강과 큰 호수가 있으나 노 젓는 배나 큰 배가 통행하지 못하리라
  2. 대저 여호와는 우리 재판장이시요 여호와는 우리에게 율법을 세우신 이요 여호와는 우리의 왕이시니 그가 우리를 구원하실 것임이라
  3. 네 돛대 줄이 풀렸으니 돛대의 밑을 튼튼히 하지 못하였고 돛을 달지 못하였느니라 때가 되면 많은 재물을 탈취하여 나누리니 저는 자도 그 재물을 취할 것이며
  4. 그 거주민은 내가 병들었노라 하지 아니할 것이라 거기에 사는 백성이 사죄함을 받으리라
  1. But there the majestic One, the LORD, will be for us A place of rivers and wide canals On which no boat with oars will go, And on which no mighty ship will pass--
  2. For the LORD is our judge, The LORD is our lawgiver, The LORD is our king; He will save us--
  3. Your tackle hangs slack; It cannot hold the base of its mast firmly, Nor spread out the sail. Then the prey of an abundant spoil will be divided; The lame will take the plunder.
  4. And no resident will say, "I am sick"; The people who dwell there will be forgiven their iniquity.
