- 여호와여, 언제까지 보고만 계시겠습니까? 나를 그들에게서 구출하시고 하나밖에 없는 나의 소중한 생명을 이 사자같은 자들에게서 구해 주소서.
- 그러면 내가 대중 앞에서 주께 감사하고 많은 백성 가운데서 주를 찬양하겠습니다.
- 까닭 없이 나를 대적하는 원수들이 나 때문에 기뻐하지 못하게 하시고 이유없이 나를 미워하는 자가 능글맞게 눈짓으로 나를 야유하지 못하게 하소서.
- 그들은 다정하게 말하는 법이 없으며 말없이 조용하게 살아가는 자를 거짓말로 헐뜯고 괴롭힙니다.
- 그들은 나를 향해 입을 크게 벌리고 '하하, 우리가 목격하였다.' 하고 말합니다.

- O Lord, how long will you look on? Rescue my life from their ravages, my precious life from these lions.
- I will give you thanks in the great assembly; among throngs of people I will praise you.
- Let not those gloat over me who are my enemies without cause; let not those who hate me without reason maliciously wink the eye.
- They do not speak peaceably, but devise false accusations against those who live quietly in the land.
- They gape at me and say, "Aha! Aha! With our own eyes we have seen it."

- 여호와여, 주께서 이것을 보셨으니 잠잠하지 마소서. 여호와여, 나를 멀리하지 마소서.
- 나의 하나님 여호와여, 일어나 나를 변호하시고 내 문제를 해결해 주소서.
- 여호와 나의 하나님이시여, 주는 의롭고 공정하신 분이십니다. 나의 무죄를 선언해 주시고 내 원수들이 나를 보고 기뻐하지 못하게 하소서.
- 그들이 '아하, 우리가 원하는 대로 되었다!' 하고 말하지 못하게 하시며 '우리가 저를 삼켜 버렸다!' 하지 못하게 하소서.
- 나의 고통을 보고 기뻐하는 자들이 부끄러움을 당하고 당황하게 하시며 내 앞에서 교만을 피우는 자들이 수치와 모욕을 당하게 하소서!

- O LORD, you have seen this; be not silent. Do not be far from me, O Lord.
- Awake, and rise to my defense! Contend for me, my God and Lord.
- Vindicate me in your righteousness, O LORD my God; do not let them gloat over me.
- Do not let them think, "Aha, just what we wanted!" or say, "We have swallowed him up."
- May all who gloat over my distress be put to shame and confusion; may all who exalt themselves over me be clothed with shame and disgrace.

- 나의 무죄가 판명되는 것을 즐거워하는 자들이 기쁨의 함성을 올리게 하시고 그들이 항상 '여호와는 위대하시다! 그는 자기 종들의 성공을 기뻐하신다!' 하고 외치게 하소서.
- 그러면 내가 주의 의를 선포하며 하루 종일 주를 찬양하겠습니다.

- May those who delight in my vindication shout for joy and gladness; may they always say, "The LORD be exalted, who delights in the well-being of his servant."
- My tongue will speak of your righteousness and of your praises all day long.
