느헤미야 10:1-11:36

 이스라엘 백성들은 하나님의 모든 계명을 지켜 충성할 것을 맹세하는 표시로 인을 치는 일에 동참하였다. 백성의 지도자들은 예루살렘 성에 머물렀으며, 그 남은 백성은 제비를 뽑아 십분의 일은 성에 거하고 나머지는 다른 성읍에 거하였다.
  
  언약의 맹세(10:1-10:39)    
 
  1. 그 성명서에는 총독인 나 느헤미야가 먼저 서명을 했으며 그 다음으로 서명한 사람들은 이렇다
  2. 제사장 중에서 시드기야, 스라야, 아사랴, 예레미야,
  3. 바스훌, 아마랴, 말기야,
  4. 핫두스, 스바냐, 말룩,
  5. 하림, 므레못, 오바댜,
  1. Those who sealed it were: Nehemiah the governor, the son of Hacaliah. Zedekiah,
  2. Seraiah, Azariah, Jeremiah,
  3. Pashhur, Amariah, Malkijah,
  4. Hattush, Shebaniah, Malluch,
  5. Harim, Meremoth, Obadiah,
  1. 다니엘, 긴느돈, 바룩,
  2. 므술람. 아비야, 미야민,
  3. 마아시야, 빌개, 스마야였다.
  4. 레위 사람 중에서 서명한 사람들은 아사냐의 아들 예수아, 헤나닷의 자손인 빈누이, 그리고 갓미엘,

  2. Meshullam, Abijah, Mijamin,

  4. The Levites: Jeshua son of Azaniah, Binnui of the sons of Henadad, Kadmiel,
  5. and their associates: Shebaniah, Hodiah, Kelita, Pelaiah, Hanan,
  1. 미가, 르홉, 하사뱌,

  3. 그리고 그 나머지 백성들, 곧 제사장, 레위인, 성전 문지기, 성가대원, 성전 봉사자, 그리고 하나님의 법에 순종하기 위해서 그 땅에 사는 이방 사람들과의 관계를 끊은 모든 사람들이 자기들의 아내와 또 알아들을 만한 그들의 자녀들과 함께
  4. 이 지도자들의 성명서에 따를 것을 결의하고 하나님께서 그의 종 모세를 통해 주신 율법에 순종하며 우리 하나님 여호와의 모든 명령과 규정을 철저하게 지키기로 맹세하고 만일 지키지 않는 자는 저주를 받을 것이라고 하였다.
  5. 그리고 우리는 우리 딸을 이방 사람들에게 시집보내지 않고 또 우리 아들을 위해 그들의 딸을 데려오지 않기로 했으며
  1. Ahiah, Hanan, Anan,
  2. Malluch, Harim and Baanah.
  3. "The rest of the people--priests, Levites, gatekeepers, singers, temple servants and all who separated themselves from the neighboring peoples for the sake of the Law of God, together with their wives and all their sons and daughters who are able to understand-
  4. all these now join their brothers the nobles, and bind themselves with a curse and an oath to follow the Law of God given through Moses the servant of God and to obey carefully all the commands, regulations and decrees of the LORD our Lord.
  5. "We promise not to give our daughters in marriage to the peoples around us or take their daughters for our sons.
  1. 만일 이방 사람들이 안식일에 곡식이나 상품을 팔려고 가져와도 우리는 안식일과 그 밖의 거룩한 날에는 그것을 사지 않기로 합의하였고 또 7년마다 땅을 쉬게 하고 일체의 빚을 받지 않기로 하였다.
  2. 그리고 우리는 우리 하나님의 성전을 위해 자진해서 해마다 은 약 4그램의 성전세를 내어
  3. 항상 차림상에 거룩한 빵을 차려 놓고 매일 곡식으로 드리는 소제와 불로 태워 바치는 번제를 드리며 또 안식일과 초하루와 정기적인 명절에 쓸 거룩한 물건과 이스라엘 백성의 죄를 씻는 속죄제와 그 밖의 성전에 필요한 비용으로 쓰게 하였다.
  4. 그런 다음 우리 백성들과 제사장들과 레위인들이 제비를 뽑아 집안별로 해마다 정한 때에 성전으로 나무를 가져와 율법에 기록된 대로 우리 하나님의 제단에 불을 피우게 하였고
  5. 또 해마다 우리가 수확한 첫 농작물과 모든 과일 나무에서 딴 첫 열매를 성전에 바치기로 하였으며
  1. "When the neighboring peoples bring merchandise or grain to sell on the Sabbath, we will not buy from them on the Sabbath or on any holy day. Every seventh year we will forgo working the land and will cancel all debts.
  2. "We assume the responsibility for carrying out the commands to give a third of a shekel each year for the service of the house of our God:
  3. for the bread set out on the table; for the regular grain offerings and burnt offerings; for the offerings on the Sabbaths, New Moon festivals and appointed feasts; for the holy offerings; for sin offerings to make atonement for Israel; and for all the duties of the house of our God.
  4. "We--the priests, the Levites and the people--have cast lots to determine when each of our families is to bring to the house of our God at set times each year a contribution of wood to burn on the altar of the LORD our God, as it is written in the Law.
  5. "We also assume responsibility for bringing to the house of the LORD each year the firstfruits of our crops and of every fruit tree.
  1. 그리고 율법에 기록된 대로 우리 맏아들을 성전에서 섬기는 제사장들에게 데려다 주어 자신을 하나님께 바치게 하였고 우리 양과 소와 그 밖에 가축의 첫 새끼도 제사장들에게 주기로 하였다.
  2. 우리는 매년 처음 생산된 밀가루와 과일과 새 포도주와 감람기름과 그밖의 예물을 제사장들에게 가져가 성전 창고에 넣어 두고 우리 농산물의 십일조를 레위인들에게 주기로 하였다. 이것은 그들이 모든 성에서 그것을 받을 권리가 있었기 때문이었다.
  3. 그리고 레위인들이 십일조를 거둘 때에는 아론 자손의 제사장 하나가 입회하도록 했으며 레위인들은 그 십일조의 10분의 1을 성전 창고에 두도록 하였다.
  4. 또 레위 사람들을 포함한 이스라엘 백성들이 예물로 바친 곡식과 새 포도주와 감람기름을 성전 기구가 보관된 골방과 그리고 제사장과 문지기와 성가대원이 머물고 있는 골방에 갖다 두도록 하였다. 이렇게 해서 우리는 우리 하나님이 성전을 소홀히 하지 않을 것을 다짐하였다.
  1. "As it is also written in the Law, we will bring the firstborn of our sons and of our cattle, of our herds and of our flocks to the house of our God, to the priests ministering there.
  2. "Moreover, we will bring to the storerooms of the house of our God, to the priests, the first of our ground meal, of our grain offerings, of the fruit of all our trees and of our new wine and oil. And we will bring a tithe of our crops to the Levites, for it is the Levites who collect the tithes in all the towns where we work.
  3. A priest descended from Aaron is to accompany the Levites when they receive the tithes, and the Levites are to bring a tenth of the tithes up to the house of our God, to the storerooms of the treasury.
  4. The people of Israel, including the Levites, are to bring their contributions of grain, new wine and oil to the storerooms where the articles for the sanctuary are kept and where the ministering priests, the gatekeepers and the singers stay. "We will not neglect the house of our God."
 
  예루살렘의 거주자들(11:1-11:36)    
 
  1. 이제 백성들의 지도자들은 예루살렘에 머물고 백성 가운데 제비를 뽑아 10분의 1은 예루살렘에 와서 살게 하며 그 나머지 백성은 각자 자기 성에 머물러 있게 했는데
  2. 백성들은 자진해서 예루살렘에 살겠다고 나서는 사람들을 칭찬하였다.
  3. 또 일부 이스라엘 사람들과 제사장, 레위인, 성전 봉사자들, 그리고 솔로몬을 섬기던 신하들의 자손들은 자기들의 본 성에 정착하였고 유다와 베냐민의 일부 사람들도 예루살렘에서 살았다. 그리고 예루살렘에서 살게 된 유다 각 지방의 지도자들은 다음과 같다. 유다 지파 중에서는 아다야와 마아세야였다. 아다야는 웃시야의 아들이며 스가랴의 손자이고 아마랴의 증손이며 스바댜의 현손이요 마할랄렐의 5대손으로 베레스의 자손이었다.

  5. 그리고 마아세야는 바룩의 아들이며 골-호세의 손자이고 하사야의 증손이며 아다야의 현손이요 요야립의 5대손이며 스가랴의 6대손으로 셀라의 자손이었다.
  1. Now the leaders of the people settled in Jerusalem, and the rest of the people cast lots to bring one out of every ten to live in Jerusalem, the holy city, while the remaining nine were to stay in their own towns.
  2. The people commended all the men who volunteered to live in Jerusalem.
  3. These are the provincial leaders who settled in Jerusalem (now some Israelites, priests, Levites, temple servants and descendants of Solomon's servants lived in the towns of Judah, each on his own property in the various towns,
  4. while other people from both Judah and Benjamin lived in Jerusalem): From the descendants of Judah: Athaiah son of Uzziah, the son of Zechariah, the son of Amariah, the son of Shephatiah, the son of Mahalalel, a descendant of Perez;
  5. and Maaseiah son of Baruch, the son of Col-Hozeh, the son of Hazaiah, the son of Adaiah, the son of Joiarib, the son of Zechariah, a descendant of Shelah.
  1. 이들과 함께 예루살렘에 살게 된 베레스의 자손들은 모두 468명으로 다 유능한 인물들이었다.
  2. 베냐민 지파 중에서는 살루와 그의 가까운 친척인 갑배와 살래였다. 살루는 므술람의 아들이며 요엣의 손자이고 브다야의 증손이며 골라야의 현손이요 마아세야의 5대손이며 이디엘의 6대손이고 여사야의 7대손이었다. 이들과 함께 예루살렘에 살게 된 베냐민 사람들은 모두 928명이었다.

  4. 그리고 시그리의 아들 요엘이 그들의 지도자였으며 핫스누아의 아들 유다는 그 다음 지위에 있는 사람이었다.
  5. 제사장 중에서는 요야립의 아들 여다야, 그리고 야긴과
  1. The descendants of Perez who lived in Jerusalem totaled 468 able men.
  2. From the descendants of Benjamin: Sallu son of Meshullam, the son of Joed, the son of Pedaiah, the son of Kolaiah, the son of Maaseiah, the son of Ithiel, the son of Jeshaiah,
  3. and his followers, Gabbai and Sallai--928 men.
  4. Joel son of Zicri was their chief officer, and Judah son of Hassenuah was over the Second District of the city.
  5. From the priests: Jedaiah; the son of Joiarib; Jakin;
  1. 스라야였다. 스라야는 힐기야의 아들이며 므술람의 손자이고 사독의 증손이며 므라웃의 현손이요 성전 책임자인 아히둡의 5대손이었다.
  2. 그리고 성전 업무를 수행하는 그들의 친척 822명도 예루살렘에서 함께 살았다. 또 여로함의 아들이며 블라야의 손자이고 암시의 증손이며 스가랴의 현손이요 바스훌의 5대손이며 말기야의 6대손인 아다야와
  3. 그의 친척인 족장 242명과 또 아사렐의 아들이며 아흐새의 손자이고 므실레못의 증손이며 임멜의 현손인 아맛새와
  4. 그들의 친척인 용사 128명이었다. 그리고 예루살렘에 사는 이들 제사장의 지도자는 하그돌림의 아들 삽디엘이었다.
  5. 레위 사람 중에서는 핫숩의 아들이며 아스리감의 손자이고 하사뱌의 증손이며 분니의 현손인 스마야,
  1. Seraiah son of Hilkiah, the son of Meshullam, the son of Zadok, the son of Meraioth, the son of Ahitub, supervisor in the house of God,
  2. and their associates, who carried on work for the temple--822 men; Adaiah son of Jeroham, the son of Pelaliah, the son of Amzi, the son of Zechariah, the son of Pashhur, the son of Malkijah,
  3. and his associates, who were heads of families--242 men; Amashsai son of Azarel, the son of Ahzai, the son of Meshillemoth, the son of Immer,
  4. and his associates, who were able men--128. Their chief officer was Zabdiel son of Haggedolim.
  5. From the Levites: Shemaiah son of Hasshub, the son of Azrikam, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Bunni;
  1. 성전 바깥 일을 맡은 레위 사람의 두 족장 삽브대와 요사밧,
  2. 미가의 아들이며 삽디의 손자이고 아삽의 증손으로 기도와 감사의 찬송을 인도하는 맛다냐, 그를 돕는 박부갸, 그리고 삼무아의 아들이며 갈랄의 손자이고 여두둔의 증손인 압다였다.
  3. 이들과 함께 예루살렘에 살게 된 레위 사람들은 모두 284명이었다.
  4. 성전 문지기 중에서는 악굽과 달몬과 그들의 친척들이며 이들은 모두 172명이었다.
  5. 그 나머지 백성들과 제사장들과 레위 사람들은 유다의 여러 성에 흩어져 각자 자기 소유지에서 살았고
  1. Shabbethai and Jozabad, two of the heads of the Levites, who had charge of the outside work of the house of God;
  2. Mattaniah son of Mica, the son of Zabdi, the son of Asaph, the director who led in thanksgiving and prayer; Bakbukiah, second among his associates; and Abda son of Shammua, the son of Galal, the son of Jeduthun.
  3. The Levites in the holy city totaled 284.
  4. The gatekeepers: Akkub, Talmon and their associates, who kept watch at the gates--172 men.
  5. The rest of the Israelites, with the priests and Levites, were in all the towns of Judah, each on his ancestral property.
  1. 성전 봉사부들은 예루살렘의 오벨 언덕에 살았는데 그들의 책임자들은 시하와 기스바였다.
  2. 예루살렘에 사는 레위 사람들의 감독은 성전에서 노래하는 일을 맡은 아삽의 자손 웃시였다. 그는 바니의 아들이며 하사뱌의 손자이고 맛다냐의 증손이요 미가의 현손이었다.

  1. The temple servants lived on the hill of Ophel, and Ziha and Gishpa were in charge of them.
  2. The chief officer of the Levites in Jerusalem was Uzzi son of Bani, the son of Hashabiah, the son of Mattaniah, the son of Mica. Uzzi was one of Asaph's descendants, who were the singers responsible for the service of the house of God.
  3. The singers were under the king's orders, which regulated their daily activity.
  4. Pethahiah son of Meshezabel, one of the descendants of Zerah son of Judah, was the king's agent in all affairs relating to the people.
  5. As for the villages with their fields, some of the people of Judah lived in Kiriath Arba and its surrounding settlements, in Dibon and its settlements, in Jekabzeel and its villages,
  1. 예수아, 몰라다, 벧-벨렛,
  2. 하살-수알, 브엘세바,
  3. 시글락, 므고나,
  4. 엔-림몬, 소라, 야르뭇,
  5. 사노아, 아둘람, 라기스, 아세가, 그리고 이상의 성들과 그 주변 마을이었다. 이와 같이 유다 사람들은 남쪽 브엘세바에서부터 북쪽 힌놈 골짜기에 이르는 지역에서 살았다.
  1. in Jeshua, in Moladah, in Beth Pelet,
  2. in Hazar Shual, in Beersheba and its settlements,
  3. in Ziklag, in Meconah and its settlements,
  4. in En Rimmon, in Zorah, in Jarmuth,
  5. Zanoah, Adullam and their villages, in Lachish and its fields, and in Azekah and its settlements. So they were living all the way from Beersheba to the Valley of Hinnom.
  1. 그리고 베냐민 지파 사람들이 흩어져 산 곳은 게바, 믹마스, 아야, 벧엘과 그 주변 일대의 마을,
  2. 아나돗, 놉, 아나냐,
  3. 하솔, 라마, 깃다임,
  4. 하딧, 스보임, 느발랏,
  5. 로드, 오노, 그리고 기능공들의 골짜기였으며
  1. The descendants of the Benjamites from Geba lived in Micmash, Aija, Bethel and its settlements,
  2. in Anathoth, Nob and Ananiah,
  3. in Hazor, Ramah and Gittaim,
  4. in Hadid, Zeboim and Neballat,
  5. in Lod and Ono, and in the Valley of the Craftsmen.
  1. 유다 지파의 땅에 살던 일부 레위 사람들은 베냐민 지파 사람들의 땅에 정착하였다.
  1. Some of the divisions of the Levites of Judah settled in Benjamin.
