- (다윗의 시) 여호와여, 내가 주께 부르짖습니다. 속히 나에게 오셔서 내가 부르짖을 때 내 음성에 귀를 기울이소서.
- 나의 기도를 주께 드리는 향과 저녁 제사처럼 받으소서.
- 여호와여, 내 입에 경비병을 세우시고 내 입술의 문을 지키소서.
- 내 마음이 악한 것에 끌려 악을 행하는 자들과 함께 악한 짓을 하지 않게 하시고 그들의 잔치에 참석하지 않게 하소서.
- 의로운 자들이 나를 치고 책망할지라도 내가 그것을 좋게 여기고 거절하지 않을 것이나 악인들의 악한 행위는 내가 대적하고 항상 기도하리라.

- O LORD, I call to you; come quickly to me. Hear my voice when I call to you.
- May my prayer be set before you like incense; may the lifting up of my hands be like the evening sacrifice.
- Set a guard over my mouth, O LORD; keep watch over the door of my lips.
- Let not my heart be drawn to what is evil, to take part in wicked deeds with men who are evildoers; let me not eat of their delicacies.
- Let a righteous man strike me--it is a kindness; let him rebuke me--it is oil on my head. My head will not refuse it. Yet my prayer is ever against the deeds of evildoers;

- 그들의 통치자들이 바위 절벽에서 떨어질 때 사람들은 내 말을 들을 것이다.
- 사람들이 밭을 갈아 흙덩이를 부수뜨려 놓은 것처럼 우리 뼈가 무덤가에 흩어졌구나.
- 주 여호와여, 내가 주를 바라보며 주를 신뢰합니다. 나를 죽도록 내버려 두지 마소서.
- 나를 지키셔서 악인들의 덫과 함정에 걸려들지 않게 하소서.
- 그들을 자기 그물에 걸리게 하시고 나는 무사히 피하게 하소서.

- their rulers will be thrown down from the cliffs, and the wicked will learn that my words were well spoken.
- They will say, "As one plows and breaks up the earth, so our bones have been scattered at the mouth of the grave. "
- But my eyes are fixed on you, O Sovereign LORD; in you I take refuge--do not give me over to death.
- Keep me from the snares they have laid for me, from the traps set by evildoers.
- Let the wicked fall into their own nets, while I pass by in safety.
