- 세상의 왕들이 들고 일어나며 지도자들이 함께 모여 여호와와 그의 기름 부은 자를 대적하여
- '자, 우리가 그의 사슬을 끊어 버리고 그의 속박에서 벗어나자' 하는구나.
- 하늘에 계신 여호와께서 웃으시며 그들을 비웃으신다.
- 그리고서 분노하사 그들을 꾸짖고 놀라게 하시며

- Why do the heathen rage, and the people imagine a vain thing?
- The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers take counsel together, against the LORD, and against his anointed, saying,
- Let us break their bands asunder, and cast away their cords from us.
- He that sitteth in the heavens shall laugh: the LORD shall have them in derision.
- Then shall he speak unto them in his wrath, and vex them in his sore displeasure.
